PASSIONATE PEOPLE PUTTING PATIENTS FIRST.

On-time appointments without waiting. One hour of quality, one-on-one care. An obsessive focus on real results, real fast. We’re health care…only better.

Airrosti Rehab Centers, headquartered in San Antonio, is a health care group that employs and trains skilled providers who specialize in delivering high quality, outcome-based musculoskeletal care. The company’s approach significantly reduces costs and recovery times for patients and prevents unnecessary MRIs, pharmaceuticals, and surgeries.

Airrosti providers successfully treat and rapidly resolve most acute soft tissue injuries (including sprains, strains, and pulls), as well as many chronic conditions (including back, neck, knee, shoulder, hand / wrist / elbow, and hip pain) in an average of just three visits (based on patient-reported outcomes).

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF WORKING AT AIRROSTI? The best part of working at Airrosti is being able to be involved in a company that not only fosters a great culture and work environment, but also makes a real, lasting difference in people’s lives. Every day I get testimonials from patients that had given up hope in their search for relief from pain they were living with. We fix most of them and knowing that I played a part, however small, in making that happen is a pretty cool thing.

WHAT ARE YOUR PASSIONS OUTSIDE OF WORK? As a husband and father of four boys, anyone with kids will know that I don’t have a whole lot of time for lots of personal passions outside of work. But that’s ok because my family is my biggest passion. I have been blessed with a really cool and supportive wife and four great kids. We always seem to have some fun family activity that we are gearing up for, doing or recovering from. Beyond that, I’m pretty passionate about CrossFit. I haven’t found anything else better for keeping me healthy so I can be around as long as possible for my kids.

WHAT IS ONE THING YOU’D LIKE TO DO BUT HAVEN’T? I would like to take a stock car around a track at 200+ MPH at some point. I’m not a huge fan of NASCAR or anything, just think it would be a rush to drive that fast.  I would also like to take my family to Australia someday as well as go on an African safari.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOMENT AT AIRROSTI? Since we do not share specific details of the treatment model during the interview process the new Providers join us basically trusting that our treatment model really is as amazing as we claim. My favorite moment is when they finally get to see the Airrosti treatment model in action and witness the results firsthand. I love to see their excitement when they tell the story of treating their first Airrosti patient and having such a huge impact in just one visit. Without fail every one of them tells me that it really is the most amazing treatment model they have ever seen and the extensive interview process was worth every second.

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF WORKING AT AIRROSTI? There are two bests for me:

Hearing the testimonials from so many patients and knowing that Airrosti has changed their lives for the better. So many patients have been in pain for years and thought they would never have relief, and to hear (and see!) the difference that Airrosti has made in their lives is extremely rewarding.

Working alongside such passionate and dedicated professionals and having so much fun doing it.

WHAT’S YOUR GOAL IN LIFE? To make a positive difference.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR MOST FULFILLING EXPERIENCE AT AIRROSTI? Co-planning & chairing Airrosti’s Annual Summit Meeting in 2009. Frequently Asked Questions

Do Airrosti providers just treat athletes?

Absolutely not. The Airrosti provider group has an unprecedented reputation in the professional, amateur and Olympic sports / athletic community as athletes are prone to soft tissue injuries (sprains, strains, pulls, spurs, plantar fasciitis and more), and quality outcome-based care is critical for avoiding “the sidelines”.

However, athletes are just a small percentage of our patient population and our provider group has achieved remarkable and consistent results for patients of all ages and fitness levels. In addition to acute injuries, Airrosti’s quality approach is just as important for patients suffering from chronic pain back, neck, knee, shoulder, hand / wrist / elbow, and hip pain. In fact, 45% of all Airrosti’s patients are suffering from chronic conditions. While long-term chronic injuries (more than 1 year duration) may take slightly longer to resolve, the average Airrosti treatment plan is still just 3.1 visits for these types of conditions.

I’ve tried many other providers, and nothing has worked. How can Airrosti help?

You’re not alone. Many of our patients come to us after exhausting other provider options. In fact, nearly half of all patients we see (47%) have been to another provider first and reported the following care history: 1) 72% reported costly imaging and other diagnostic tests; 2) 54% reported taking regular medications for pain management; 3) 13% reported physician surgery recommendation; and 4) 55% reported prior rehab / therapy, averaging 6 prior visits before coming to Airrosti.

How long has Airrosti been around?

Our provider group has been in practice since 2004.

What is the average treatment plan for patients?

Each treatment plan is created based on individual patient needs. Some patients achieve recovery in one or two visits, while others may require a bit longer. However, our average number of visits per patient injury / condition, across our entire provider group, is 3.1 visits.

Do you accept insurance?

Absolutely! In fact, Airrosti participates in most major health care plans, and more and more carriers are adding us to their network of providers. Your treatment at Airrosti is often a direct benefit (meaning you can visit an Airrosti provider without a referral from a physician). In many cases, you will only pay a copayment, and several large employers are beginning to cover the services at Airrosti at 100%.

When you call to request your your next appointment at Airrosti, our Client Relations Team will verify your coverage specifics and let you know any upfront treatment costs you can expect prior to your visit. We help eliminate any surprises and work to ensure your experience at Airrosti is convenient, pleasant, and hassle-free.

Is treatment at Airrosti an affordable option?

An Airrosti Scheduling Specialist will verify your benefits and out-of-pocket cost prior to your first appointment.

Choosing an Airrosti provider is very affordable, even for patients with high deductibles or no insurance at all. Our quality approach to care resolves injuries and conditions quickly, and helps our patients avoid costly rehab, imaging (like MRIs and CT scans), surgeries, and other procedures.

Based on our patient-reported outcomes, and third party insurance claim studies, patients who choose an Airrosti provider first save time and money in achieving injury resolution.
