Life is good at Airrosti. We love what we do and it shows. We have what some might refer to as a "laid back work culture". Don't get us wrong, we work hard and we put in the hours, but we make sure we're having fun doing it. All of us here have what we like to call "a healthy dose" of competitive spirit, which we utilize when pegging our bosses in the face during dodge ball tournaments. Our philosophy is "Just because it's a job, doesn't mean it has to feel like work". We've found that enjoying our work actually makes us more productive. Some companies may frown on our culture, but we embrace it.
