Exercises for Foot Pain and Plantar Fasciitis

Airrosti provider Tom Danisiewicz, DC, demonstrates three stretches and exercises to help relieve foot pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Use these stretches to release tension in your hamstrings, calves, and heels. You can also utilize calf raises to help increase strength and stability in your calves.
