Deborah is an avid walker and Orange Theory member. Relocating from Dallas, they are looking at starting a new business venture and finding a hacienda in the San Antonio area.

WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF WORKING AT AIRROSTI?
I love the focus of being the best and safest company on the planet.  Having a safe, ethical and inclusive culture where employee experiences are instrumental in all decisions that are made and integrated into the day-to-day business.  I have enjoyed hearing stories from employees of how Airrosti has been there for them in difficult seasons of their lives and now they look back with genuine gratitude and respect for Airrosti.  I have witnessed this firsthand and am in awe on how much our Chairman, CEO and leadership team deeply care in both actions and in words.

WHAT’S YOUR GOAL IN LIFE?
To help create a culture where employees can thrive and do the best work of their lives.  I also love to volunteer and help lift others up.  I have been a Board member for the Alzheimer’s Association since 2010 in Northern California and Nevada, Dallas and Chicago.
