Join Airrosti’s Brittany Bankson, DC, as she goes over the common causes of shoulder pain. She’ll dig into the signs and symptoms associated with different shoulder injuries. She also describes how Airrosti addresses shoulder pain using targeted manual therapy and active rehab exercises.
The shoulder works with surrounding muscles and tendons to allow for a broad range of motion in the arm. Because of the shoulder’s design, our arms can rotate, push, pull, and lift objects overhead with relative ease. Because we rely on the shoulder for daily movements, wear and tear in the shoulder can often lead to painful shoulder injuries. The most common injury that people are concerned about are tears in the rotator cuff.
Typical causes of shoulder pain are overuse and trauma. These occur frequently during activities like weightlifting, football, or gymnastics. Common conditions include bursitis, rotator cuff tendonitis/tears, and shoulder impingement.
Most causes of shoulder pain fall into these two categories:
Symptoms vary depending on the type of shoulder injury. Shoulder injuries will restrict your mobility and likely cause pain when lifting weights or applying pressure. Typically, an injury to the shoulder will be painful and easily aggravated by movement.
Depending on your condition, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
Proper treatment for shoulder problems depends on the precise cause of pain. Your doctor may order tests such as X-Rays and MRIs to diagnose potential causes of pain and help determine the best treatment for your injury. Most times, your doctor may recommend a combination of rest, ice or heat, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or injections for help relieving pain.
While many shoulder conditions can resolve themselves in time with conservative care, some cases can persist for months or even years and restrict your mobility.
Airrosti providers aim to diagnose and treat pain at the source with hands-on manual therapy, combined with targeted active rehab exercises to restore shoulder strength and function. We also give you the tools and resources to address pain as it appears, leaving you to focus on doing the things you love most.
If you’re experiencing shoulder pain, don’t wait. We offer both in-office and telehealth appointments to best suit your needs. Call us at (844) 719-5074 and schedule your appointment today.

I have had several months of shoulder pain. My first meeting with Dr. Dietrich was awesome. He's a super nice guy who went into great detail about the biomechanics of how everything works and what was causing the issue, and his treatment was great. His assistant, Tanner, took me through the therapy and exercises and was also exceptional. Great practice, great group, highly recommend.

Dr. Fish at SA Pain Clinic in Boerne, Texas, referred me to Dr. Cully because I was experiencing some pain in my right shoulder that had been recurring for about two years. I wanted to start with the most conservative treatment possible. He felt Dr. Cully at Airrosti Boerne could be the first step in addressing my pain. At my first visit, Dr. Cully thoroughly explained the Airrosti method and offered a treatment plan that I felt positive about. After the second treatment, Dr. Cully said he would like to refer me to an orthopedist who would get a better idea of what was going on in my shoulder, and I agreed. I am confident in these steps and trust that Dr. Cully did his best. Dr. Cully and his assistant Lindsey were so warm and caring. I came to Airrosti after I was in a car accident with some shoulder and lower back pain. Ashton was very helpful, attentive & welcoming during each visit! He made sure to explain everything thoroughly in a professional manner, and I can happily say that my pain has gone away. He made himself available during my recovery and ensured that the treatment was working.

I had gone to chiropractors and physical therapy for six years prior to finding Airrosti. In 3 visits, we fixed a type of chronic shoulder pain that I had suffered for six years with. Dr. Wright and his assistant, Adelle, make a great team and provide amazing results! I have gone back to fix up little things here and there and always leave feeling great. I was having issues with my back a few weeks ago, and they got me in and fixed the root problem.

I started coming to Dr. Le over a decade ago and have since become an Airrosti fan. Any time I have an injury flare-up, I’m sure to schedule an appointment so that I can get back to being active and doing what I enjoy. Dr. Le has fixed multiple injuries for me, but the most notable is certainly my shoulder. I thought Airrosti was just for sprains and strains in the muscles, but Dr. Le took a bad shoulder (due to multiple dislocations) that had little to no range of movement and made it so that I wouldn’t need surgery. After many sessions of him working through my shoulder, the full range of motion and strength came back. I no longer needed surgery, and it no longer prohibited me from playing the sports that I loved most. I owe Dr. Le...+ show more a huge thank you for always getting me back on my feet and introducing me to Airrosti all those years ago. I’ll forever be a customer.

I was recommended by my family doctor to see Airrosti when I started having neck and shoulder problems. After about two weeks of getting treatment, my shoulder and my neck felt so much better than they did before. I noticed I could focus better at work because the neck pain was gone. Dr. Johanna explains what she’s doing and gets you some daily exercise thru the app. I highly recommend her and if you are looking for excellent reasonable care, this is the place!

I have had reoccurring pain and tension in my neck and shoulders from computer work for years that I’ve tried nearly everything to resolve. Dr. Raabe was quickly able to identify what the issue was. Within four sessions, I have seen great improvement. I’m optimistic that with continuing to practice the stretching and exercises, I can keep this issue in a manageable state.

As a CrossFit Games athlete, I always look for new ways to keep a balance between intensity and recovery during daily training. Working with Dr. Froberg and Airrosti has been an immensely helpful resource on the recovery side. I’ve dealt with a few bangs and bruises this past year, and working with Airrosti was an instrumental part in alleviating those pains. For instance, my shoulder had been bugging me, and after speaking to and receiving treatment from Dr. Froberg, I felt like I understood the steps needed for a smooth recovery. I also had a daily physical therapy plan that was cataloged and sent out to me. I’m very grateful for the help I’ve gotten!

I visited Justin to get treatment for soreness in my elbow. Based on how I responded to his questions, Justin realized the cause of my elbow problem resulted from issues with my shoulder. I received treatment for both of my ailments. Justin encouraged me to participate in my recovery by having me do exercises twice a day at home. I was super impressed by how I could follow the instructions on the app to make sure I did the exercises correctly. I also received a reminder in the morning and afternoon. In three in-person sessions with Justin and Nick, spread out over a matter of weeks, I felt better and started training normally. I would recommend Airrosti to athletes who want to continue to safely train while being treated.

I had to get physical therapy because of a dislocated shoulder. I’ve experienced a dislocated shoulder before, but this is the first time that I got physical therapy. My time here was amazing. The location was perfect. The app with all the videos made it very easy to be able to do at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Gonzalez and Raul are the BEST at what they do! My story is simple I had been living with shoulder pain for about three years, and consistent popping as well. It literally felt as if my shoulder was popping out of place. I had seen an orthopedic doctor when I first injured myself (I picked up my youngest, and knocked my shoulder out) and he just prescribed pain pills and didn't even bother to look at my shoulder. Fast forward three years, it was getting worse and intolerable to live with so I went to a new orthopedic doctor, he did an xray and told me I had every sign of a slap tear, and after a scan would need surgery. It was a mess, he prescribed me pain pills and his super incompetent nurse had given me the wrong orders so when I ...+ show moreshow up for my scan I was denied and had to wait a month again for a new appt. In the meantime the pain just started getting worse and worse. And I found a new doctor, which then he had me wait 4 hours and his team let me fall between the cracks as well. So when my scan is finally done and so much money later the original docs office calls and says he is referring me to someone else to go over the results. And the "new docs" office said I had to wait a month to go over my results. So I go with the referral, and I'm told there is no tear and my scan was insignificant! So this doc gives me a steroid shot and says come back in two weeks. (He was my favorite of them all because he actually listened and believed me) so the shot relieved some of the pain, but only temporarily, and the back of my shoulder which hadn't really bothered me before was in pain and growing quickly. So I go back and he says let's try physical therapy, so that's my next journey, 4 weeks, twice a week, and the therapy is making my shoulder worse. The last day I went to therapy I told them the weights they added the pervious visit messed up my shoulder even worse and I could barely lift anything. And they said work through the pain. You will only get better if you push yourself, but I was in tears, so I paid for nothing that visit. By this time you can imagine the cost has piled up co pays here and there and the imaging was extremely costly. So I made an appt to see the "new doc" who actually listens. He tells me he can not give a steroid shot in the back of my shoulder because I could be paralyzed from it. And I am crying telling him all the therapy has only made my shoulder worse, and I just want relief. So he suggests going to Airrosti, he was skeptical, and said I don't know if it will help but I met these people and maybe your tissues just need to be worked out. So I call and make an appt, and go in just a few days later. I met Dr. Gonzalez and she explains to me how this process works, and gets to work on my shoulder. The pain of her releasing the tissues is so real, but the best pain I have ever felt in my life, because afterwards on the first appt, is the first sign of long lasting relief I had in years! I went to therapy with Raul after and I left so happy even cried when I got home because I was already feeling relief! I had two more appointments in the summer with them, and I was living a pain free normal life again!! My kids were so happy they could hug me again and not be afraid to hurt me, and I could go back to being myself! Recently over the holidays (hectic times) I got sick after pushing myself with work, school, and kids, so I was in bed for days, slept on my bad shoulder, (no matter what I do my body flips to the bad side in my sleep to face the door, something I started after I had my kids!) so my shoulder started hurting again. I started having a pretty bad headache, consistent for an entire week, and then on New Years Eve, I woke up with such a nasty migraine it caused me vertigo and vomiting, I couldn't walk, I was literally falling over and fell to the ground a few times. So my husband took me to the ER, and they did a CT scan and pumped me with steroids and a IV. They released me and said it was nothing in my brain. Nothing they could find in a scan, or samples. So I came home and slept, the migraine lasted for almost a full week, and my shoulder was in so much pain again. Then it hit me, I overdid it over the holidays and slept on my bad shoulder, the shoulder pain started, and so did the headaches come right along with that! So immediately I contact Dr. Gonzalez, and she agrees and says it might be because of my shoulder. I told her I trust her and Raul much more than having the run around if I go to my regular doc and then having blood work and scans all over again. That is NOT how I wanted to start my New Year, overloaded by medical bills. I literally had to get a job after 13 years of being a stay at home mom because my medical bills were so much last summer! It had been almost two weeks of headache, and a week of the migraine which became so bad I couldn't open my eyes, drive, nothing. I was mostly in bed or with a cold towel on my head. The migraine was concentrated in my left temple, and my left shoulder is my bad shoulder. Oh the irony! So I go in to see doctor Gonzalez, we test my tissues to make sure nothing is torn. She begins working on my shoulder and my neck, and I kid you not within minutes, the migraine is retreating!! By the time she was done I again was in disbelief and telling her she is a miracle worker because my migraine is gone! I 100% believe in Dr. Gonzalez and Raul, they are the best team I've ever come across in the medical field, and I trust them 100%! I know my story is long, but that's exactly what it was, and I know who to see and who to trust with my shoulder! There is this map that Raul has shown me the path that I was on first, the traditional orthopedic journey, now remember I was going to have surgery at one point! And the journey with Airrosti is so much more beneficial and saves a LOT of money! The fact that they give you payment plans also versus having to pay 100% up front, let's you know they are caring for you, not just the money! This team is about making you feel better and living a pain free life, and they achieve it for you, in no time! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them, and I know who to call when I have any tissue issues, 🙂 Thank you Dr. Gonzalez and Raul for helping me live a better life! JLO

I've seen Dr. Broussard for 3 visits and my results have been life-changing. I put off going for a really long time because in my mind I didn't feel like I had a true injury and things would get better. I've had awful tension in my upper back (trapezoids) for months but it started giving my problems with my right shoulder and pain in my cervical spine along with lots of terrible headaches. After just one visit, the pain in my spine was gone, the tension in my trapezoids was so much better and no more headaches. After 3 visits, the results are incredible. I saw Dr. Ritola for shoulder pain. My first visit he evaluated the pain area and went to work on what he felt was causing the issue. He was very thorough and explained where the pain was coming from and how he was going to help alleviate it. I asked a lot of questions and he gave analogies that made complete sense to me. After seeing him, I saw Pete for exercises to do at home. Pete was also very thorough and had me do the exercises to make sure I was doing them correctly. I am not completely pain free after being discharged, but I feel Dr. Ritola and Pete worked together to show me what I need to do. Dr. Ritola assured me that doing the exercises on my own will help strengthen the muscles around the area causing my pain. Now the work i...+ show mores up to me! I was having right shoulder pain for 4 + weeks, I am right handed so I couldn't really stop to rest it as much as I would have liked. I was unsure if it was my rotator cuff or something else, I made an appointment with the Orthopedic doctor in Forney for Friday September 2nd just in case I needed it, I went back and forth on what to do but I remembered how much he helped me a couple of years ago with my upper shoulders and decided to pay out of pocket and go see him and I'm so glad I did. He works magic with his hands pushing in the most sensitive areas that really need the attention until he feels the release. Tom did a nice job of diagnosing my right shoulder problem (I landed on the shoulder during a bike crash). He guided me through a series of exercises, carefully ordering them and selecting associated intensity levels that helped the shoulder recover and then strengthen. Doing the process remotely worked well and I would do it again, although I hope I don't have to!

Where to start? 4 visits in and I am already 90% better. Had a shoulder pain that had made me quit one gym and about to quit the less intense gym I had downgraded to. Dr. Adewoye was the consummate professional with compassion. Warm yet unrelenting. She empathized with my pain and struggles but kept guiding me to stay the course by remixing my therapy as needed but always keeping me on track and encouraging me to work through the discomfort to get to the other side. The other side feels amazing. Been unable to work for the past 2 days because I just feel too good and can't be bothered to waste this feeling on toil right now. Last year I had surgery on my left shoulder for a torn rotator cuff, torn labrum, and tendentious on my bicep. After my recovery period I had physical therapy for seven months at a Non-Airrosti center with very little improvement. My surgeon then recommend Airrosti and I wish he would have recommended them from the start. After my first visit I felt a tremendous improvement with my shoulder mobility. With every visit I felt better knowing how much my mobility was improving. Thank you so much Airrosti. Special thanks to Dr. Garza. He is very professional yet delighted to speak to….and you can tell he loves his job.

I had severe shoulder pain on my left arm that kept me from being able to perform even simple duties. Through a web search I found Airrosti and Dr. Escamilla and am so grateful that I did. The rehab and the exercises much improved if not eliminated my pain in only three sessions. I am still amazed and in awe of the level of professionalism and treatments he provided that I was even able to go back a second time to treat my hip and back pain. Thank you Dr. Escamilla and Airrosti for the level of care provided highly recommended!

My shoulder got so bad I could not lift my arm chest high. I am a golf professional so use of my arm is rather important! I went in to see Dr. Moore and after the first visit I had so much relief I could use my arm and swing a golf club again. I went with Dr. Moore’s recommendation and had three treatments. Each treatment was significant and led to strength and no pain back in the shoulder! Thank you Dr. Moore for all you did!! Don’t wait, go get it fixed, it’s so worth it!

Dr. Moore solved my arm/shoulder pain in two visits! This treatment came after I sought traditional orthopedic treatment and PT, but never felt like we were really getting to resolution of the issue. Dr. Moore not only knew exactly what kind of pain I was describing, but explained to me how the pain originated and why some various activities that I did made it better or worse. She did some great soft tissue work and I was given some exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles. Now I am not only better but I have the tools I need to stay strong and pain free.

The staff was incredible and everyone was focused on healing patients instead of just temporarily "slapping a band-aid" on. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone.

All through my 50's I was in so much pain hips, shoulders, back, legs, and feet. In late February my shoulder surgeon said I did not need surgery but would benefit from Airrosti Therapy. She warned me it would be painful during the treatment once iced it will make such a big difference. She was correct. I began going in early March and yes it was painful but once I put Ice on it the pain was gone, the next day a little sore but I did not have that constant pain I had for years. Because I no longer have the pain, I am feeling so much better at age 65 than I did all through my 50’s. Without all the constant pain my energy level is back, and the future looks brighter. I spent this past weekend working in my yard and flowerbeds. Stooping, ...+ show moreBending, lifting, and carrying items and things I had not been able to do for 10 years. It is important to follow through with the exercises which are not time-consuming and you do not need fancy equipment. Who would have known how pain can make your life so miserable? With Airrosti I am taking 80% fewer pain killers and muscle relaxers. I have been recommending it to everyone. Some people said they were afraid of the initial pain, but it is absolutely worth it to no longer have constant pain.

Four weeks ago I sustained an injury to my Teres Major mostly likely due to overuse & not properly stretching adequately enough. Immediately post-injury, I was unable to perform any lifting, swimming, or pulling of any kind without extreme pain. Thankfully I was fortunate enough to team up with Airrosti & one of their awesome PTs Anthony Pavlich for my rehab! Anthony was instrumental in immediately getting me started on my road to recovery by listening to how I had injured my lat & what the symptoms were. It was last year when I injured my shoulder and was referred to Airrosti by a co-worker. I have had many serious injuries due to sports over my lifetime, but none that hurt this much, and from simply lifting what I thought was a lite object. I made an appointment with Dr. Jackson, really thinking I know I will have to have rotator cuff surgery. Well, I was amazed, and I am still amazed by the work she did. I couldn't even sleep laying down after I injured my shoulder for 4 days. I think I did about 3 weeks of treatment (2) times a week, and what I learned in those weeks, no one had ever taught me in all of my years in sports. I did not have to have surgery and the Monday after my last treatment I played the best (18) holes of golf that I...+ show more have played in years! You won't believe it until you try it! I had fallen on my shoulder during a couple of snowboard trips. I had a hard time sleeping and the pain was constant. After the first visit with Dr. Garza, I noticed a huge difference! I was able to sleep better. The exercises were targeted for my recovery and after only 5 visits I feel like I am actually recovering without medications. Dr. Garza listens and makes sure my recovery was completed. I would strongly recommend healing and recovery.

I came in to see the AIRROSTI staff about a shoulder injury from working out. When they told me they plan to release me after 3-4 visits, I was skeptical because I was in some serious pain. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised that I am back to full function in my shoulder after 4 visits! The thing that really blew me away was how much I learned about how to use a series of simple stretches, rolling, and exercise that could keep not just my shoulder feeling good, but my entire body. Thanks, Kirsti and Dr. Parsons!

Dr. Garza helped me with my lingering shoulder pain that was impacting my ability to train properly and pain-free after my most recent bodybuilding competition. Thanks to him, the pain is gone, and I have a regular warm-up/mobility routine that we have established to avoid this issue again and allow me to continually train the way I love. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Garza to any friends and family members, and I will definitely see him again if any other issues arise down the road.

Witchcraft! is all I can say. Dr. Garza pressed down on a couple of points near my collarbone, and years of neck and shoulder pain just disappeared immediately! In just a few visits, he was able to address all the spots on my body that were causing me discomfort throughout the day and disrupting my sleep. The visits were also covered by insurance, with just a small copay. Dr. Garza is very nice and professional, and explains everything simply, but clearly. I can honestly say my life is better for having gone to see him!

I have been suffering from limited mobility and pain in my shoulder for a couple of months now. From the very first visit, Dr. Parsons was able to increase my range of motion and decrease my pain. His assistant (Kirsty) has been amazing, too. I really appreciate how understanding they were and fun to chat with. It helped distract me from the pressure points getting worked on during my therapy. These two have been magicians with my shoulder!

After months of struggling with intense pain and lack of mobility in my right shoulder, neck, and collarbone areas, I'm so glad that I decided on Airrosti for treatment. Dr. Parsons relieved shoulder pain that prescription meds couldn’t touch. After just 4 visits he has pretty much stopped all the pain I was experiencing. I was unable to sleep, taking muscle relaxers and steroids just to get a couple of hours of sleep. I couldn’t reach to change the radio station in my truck before I came in. He listened and really pinpointed the troublesome areas and explained everything along the way. Kirsti was wonderful as well providing physical therapy and explaining why certain exercises were important. Both of them are very personable and are invested in the patient finding relief for chronic and acute pain. They saved me from a road of paying for MRIs, specialists, and who knows what else!

I threw my should out pitching to 8 yr olds for little league. That’s how I became injured and lost mobility in my right should. It would hurt constantly and be talking Advils like skittles. I could barely move it when I decided time to make an appointment. I had heard about Airrosti but never been before. Made an appt, was on the calendar the next day, and am so glad I did as Dr. Moore fixed me up in literally one session. I was expecting 3-4 sessions and a lot of exercises to fix my shoulder. But she quickly identified the problem areas and knew exactly how to treat them and hours later the pain was all gone. I was then able to put up holidays lights and decorations the entire rest of the day!! Dr. Moore rocks!

Typically, I enjoy being active - going for runs, and attending F45 classes each day. However, I ran into an issue with my shoulder a few weeks ago. The pain was excruciating! It felt like it was emanating from deep within my shoulder, and it couldn't be reached with a standard massage or medication! I couldn't sleep, and even had trouble reaching backward to put my seat belt on. The pain was constant, and it left me feeling very frustrated, especially when 4 weeks had gone by, and no relief had been found. Until I visited Dr. Moore, specializing in Airrosti! I had heard other success stories and had to try for myself. I am so, so glad that I did. During the first visit, Dr. Moore targeted a series of different pressure points that I did...+ show moren't realize impacted the area that was hurting so bad. I felt a good bit of relief right then! She showed me some therapy/exercise movements to do at home until the next appointment. By the time I had my second visit with her, my pain had diminished by about 80%, and I'd been able to resume almost all of my normal activities! At this point, a third visit isn't even necessary! I highly recommend giving Airrosti a try!

I had been dealing with bilateral shoulder pain for about 2 years that kept me from doing the things I love, snatching & overhead squatting. After meeting with Airrosti at the CrossFit Games this year, a televisit was scheduled and my treatment began. I met with Dr. Thomas Danisiewicz and he diagnosed and prescribed my rehab protocol. This treatment plan began in August. Fast forward to November and I am back to sleeping, performing daily tasks/functions, snatching, and overhead squatting again (around about 90% of what I was lifting 2 years ago) all pain free. I cannot thank this team enough for their knowledge, understanding, and care that they provided to get me back to doing the things that I love, in such a short time, without under...+ show moregoing the knife. I have been to Airrosti for multiple injuries, but most recently I went in for my shoulder after a traumatic car accident. The program wasn't easy, but I had immediate results, and it was great to use the app to map trends in pain, hold myself accountable, etc. Dr. McGowan is a total pro, and was a great cheerleader throughout my recovery.

Prior to visiting Dr. Laura Bates and Savanah, the pain I was experiencing in my left shoulder, neck, the wrist was unbearable. A co-worker recommended me to Airrosti. After three visits I am currently pain-free. The in-person sessions I had were very helpful and the home therapy is going very well as well. I love the energy, professionalism, and solicitousness exuded by Dr. Bates and Savanah. Thank you!!

Dr. Meriwether saved my shoulder! I had a small tear and did not want surgery, I had tried EVERYTHING and then a massage therapist told me about Airrosti. It was my last hope. Today I have NO pain and am a believer! I also took my daughter to him for knee pain and her knee pain and back pain are gone! This works! No meds, no surgery. It is amazing. I will use Airrosti for the rest of my life.

Due to my schedule and personal risk tolerance, I decided to try Airrosti’s remote-based physical therapy for a very painful shoulder injury. I was a skeptic at first, but after going through the program with Dr. Bodziony, I felt that I had made the perfect decision. Aside from Airrosti providing the necessary tools/rollers I needed for the program, Dr. Bodziony was always available to answer questions via the online app and support me through the process. On our scheduled calls, Dr. Bodziony would listen to all feedback I shared and then adjust my treatment so that it was 100% customized for my goals. She made the at-home exercises fun and thoughtfully explained how each part of the treatment would benefit the process. This is what re...+ show moreally made a difference, the fact that I wasn’t just a number and never felt like I was being rushed during our calls, etc. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bodziony to anyone considering using Airrosti. You won’t regret it!

After a sports injury to my shoulder, my orthopedic doctor advised me that surgery is the best option to stop the injury from reoccurring. Hearing the word "surgery" at such a young age was a more scary experience than the actual injury itself so I chose Airrosti to rehab my shoulder and get back to my training as soon as possible; I was lucky to have Dr. Amy at the Airrosti nearest my home. She and her team were very methodical in their approach to my treatment and made sure I was able to reach my milestones with minimal office visits, online tracking, and home exercises and treatments. Following her direction and having the discipline to put in the work outside her office has gotten me back, although gradually, to the gym less than thr...+ show moreee months after the injury and training for upcoming competitions later this year. When Dr. Amy follows up, I'm happy to report I feel no pain or constraints at all. It was a pleasure to be a patient of hers and while she's a great doctor, I'm confident she's given me the tools to make sure I'm never a patient of hers again and I know she'd rather have it that way as well.

So just some background; I’ve previously torn both shoulders and have had surgery on both, with my most recent surgery being last February on my right shoulder. When I hurt my left shoulder 5 weeks ago, it felt like the exact pain when I had torn it the two times in the past, and with the CrossFit Games coming up I was in pure panic mode. I was taking max doses of ibuprofen, trying to stretch it and take it easy, but nothing was working. As a Hail Mary, I was going to get a cortisol injection to just work as a band-aid to make it through training and the Games, but decided to try Airrosti first because I want to avoid having yet another surgery. Insert Dr. Lakin. After the first visit, I actually had more range of motion than I expecte...+ show mored, which made me hopeful. Fast forward 3 visits later, and today was the first time in 5 weeks I have been able to do a workout without modifying anything and do it pain-free. I still get some pinching and slight pain, but it is nothing compared to where I was when I first started seeing her. I have 2 more visits scheduled and I cannot wait to tell her about my workout today and how I was pain-free the entire time. I also never really believed in taping, but after my visits, I’ve definitely become a believer in it (also pleasantly surprised how sticky and long it lasted). Dr. Lakin and Airrosti legitimately saved me in allowing me to still participate with my team at the CrossFit Games. 5 weeks ago I wasn’t sure if I would be able to compete. I even told my teammates that I was 90% sure I was out and that they might want to start training with our alternate. It made me super excited to hear Airrosti was going to be at the Games (especially since they’re from Texas and we’re the only Texas team there whoop whoop). I can’t wait to get more treatment that I’m sure I’ll use at the Games from your team, and truly owe my success and ability to compete because of Dr. Lakin and Airrosti. Thank you again for helping coordinate my visit and treatment, Naomi - I couldn’t have done it without you too!!

I had a nagging shoulder/neck injury and finally sought treatment from Kurt Edeker and his team at Airrosti Brodie South. I was so impressed with how smooth the reservations system was and the treatment I got from Dr. Edeker was top-notch. My pain was significantly diminished after my first visit. Now, I've seen him twice and my body is functioning completely differently. I feel great and more able to engage and stabilize my shoulder than I have been able to in a long time. Without his treatment, I would not be able to recover as well or as fast. I'm so excited I went!

Sam worked on 2 separate areas that I had definitely waited way too long to get treatment. When I came in, I was barely able to walk, due to plantar fasciitis, and he alleviated the pain to the point that I could walk and function within 5 visits. The exercises he sent with me have helped continue the healing process while allowing me to walk as much as I want to. Then he went to work on my significant shoulder-neck pain. My shoulder-neck pain that I’ve had for many many years has been greatly reduced and I can function & work out. And I now have mobility back in my neck and shoulder. He also gave me simple, but effective exercises to strengthen that area once he freed up the tight muscles in my neck, shoulder, and arm. I am 64 and had been to two different orthopedic doctors who told me the only way to relieve my severe shoulder pain would be by having shoulder replacement surgery. I went to Dr. Dodd to see if my pain could be caused more by soft tissue issues than by structural (bone) issues. She has worked on the soft tissue around my shoulder twice and I am not experiencing the pain in my shoulder any longer. It has been a great relief, and will certainly keep me off the operating table for a while!

After multiple orthopedic surgeon visits, getting shots in my shoulder and frustrating traditional therapy, my next step was surgery. I decided to give it one more shot with Airrosti. Dr. McCreadie was able to diagnose and treat me faster than I had imagined since my shoulder issues had been present for years. It reached a point I couldn't wash my hair without pain, or sleep without pain for that matter. Their thing is getting you healed fast with extremely targeted exercises that will take minutes not hours from your day, hence being realistic to accomplish. I am EXTREMELY happy with the doctor, the results I had, the manner in which I was treated, and I would highly recommend Airrosti, Dr. McCreadie, and his team any day and will go fo...+ show morer any issue concerning muscles and/or bones in my body. For years I have had chronic shoulder pain from a water tubing accident. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture which were not successful in resolving my injury. But after being treated by Dr. Browning, I finally feel relief. He is very competent and thorough in his treatment. Thank you Dr. Browning for treating my injury and CRS, Abby, for showing me the proper exercises. At last, I have a treatment plan that really works!

To say that I am more than satisfied with the services from Dr. Vick is an understatement. I came in with issues I had been dealing with for quite some time. Especially my shoulder pain, which I had already visited other physical therapy elsewhere, but the pain continued. Dr. Vick was able to get me back to yoga and my normal day-to-day activities. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns. There is no doubt that I will be using Airrosti in the future.

I signed up with Dr. Ellspermann using Airrosti Remote Recovery. It couldn’t have gone better. I live in Victoria, Texas where there is no Airrosti office. I was told about the remote recovery program through my daughter who works for Airrosti. Dr. Ellsperman couldn’t have been more polite and professional as he asked me questions about my injury and then prescribed exercises for me to do. I had a pain in my upper arm and shoulder that I’m happy to say I no longer have thanks to the exercises and guidance from Dr. E. I had two virtual meetings with Dr. Ellsperman and I continued to perform the exercises while filling out a quick and easy survey each day. I’m now pain-free! Thank you, Airrosti!

I was having pain in my right shoulder. I couldn't lie on that side (and I sleep on that side so I had interrupted sleep), I had trouble with rotation and lifting things. I live in the middle of nowhere so I have to take a day off to go to Airrosti. But I was able to have an Airrosti Remote Recovery visit and Dr. Tom was able to help me. I am pain-free and am able to sleep and move my shoulder! Thank you, thank you, thank you Airrosti and Dr. Tom!

I have had the opportunity to be Dr. Wall's patient for several years now and it has been great! No matter what kind of injury I have, she knows what to do to get it feeling better, anything from a hurt shoulder to a hurt back. I have been to several clinics and by far Airrosti is the best when it comes to rehab and understanding the injury. I will continue to use Dr. Wall for many years and I will always remember an injury will get better with good care. Thanks

Amazing care and guidance from Dr. Natalie Bodziony, who provided explanations that I could understand about what was going on, and who taught me how to address my shoulder injury. Tremendous results, with benefits that began immediately and continued until I feel that I am well able to maintain my health, with what I've learned. The carefully tailored combination of exercises, from stretching to strength, really works.

I was close to giving up after previously receiving shoulder pain treatment. I heard about Airrosti through my network, and at the time, they offered a complimentary telehealth consultation. I met with Dr. Tom and he explained that this would take time, but he would be there to adjust training for my specific needs. At first, we would meet weekly to check up on my progress until I started showing significant improvement, which was then cut down to bi-weekly. A few months later, my shoulder pain was reduced significantly, and I can get back to climbing trees.

While training for my first highest peak, I started having issues with my left shoulder. The pain was concerning as I would need to carry a backpack up the mountain and due to the pain I was not able to bare weight. Dr. Young’s knowledge and care allowed me the opportunity to heal And be pain free in time for my hike. I was able to Summit and have the tools necessary to recover as well. Thank you again!

I was having pain in my shoulder, and it was hard to lift my left arm up over my head. I really liked the Video Doctor's appointments, and the ease of using the app, with the videos of each exercise that I need to do. I still have a little trouble with my shoulder, but it's getting better little by little with the exercises. Dr. Bates was great on the video appointments, and with the exercises that she prescribed. I would recommend this type of treatment, especially right now with the social distancing, it was a great way to get treatment.

I have been dealing with shoulder and chest pain for the past 10 years because of old sport-related injuries and surgeries. I have been able to any exercise that puts stress on the pectoral muscle (planks, push-up, bench press, and mountain climbers) for over 2 years. I have received therapy at major hospitals and rehab facilities in Houston and Atlanta. My strength would increase and just when I thought I was ready to go full throttle; I would tweak it and the rehab process would start again. I have always heard great things about Airrosti. I recently injured my shoulder and had the chance to find out for myself! The tele visit was the perfect option for me. I was able to visit with Dr. Bodziony and she did a wonderful job of diagnosing the injury and providing me with the perfect rehab program for my shoulder. I would highly recommend Airrosti!

After a month (or two) of living with pain that limited my daily activities, I made the call to schedule an appointment. My shoulder was in pain constantly, with sharp pain whenever I moved it. This was limiting my exercise, altering my sleep positioning, slowing my wardrobe changes, and softening the bear hugs I shared with my kids. From the first moments I met Dr. Vick, she demonstrated professionalism and expertise that immediately put me at ease. I quickly realized that she was both genuinely compassionate and very knowledgeable. She invited me to explain my pain and REALLY listened and processed my report. Throughout the first and during each subsequent treatment, she conveyed in detail AND in lay terms my personalized plan of care ...+ show moreand treatment rationale. She earned and accepted my trust in her as a caring clinician, and delivered on it. I felt markedly better after our first visit and was probably functioning 80-90% better after the second visit. I saw continuous and substantial improvement with every visit. I am getting back to my usual routines; with minimal discomfort. My only wish is that I had not put it off - am regaining my strength from 1+ months of deconditioning. In addition to physical improvements and care, Dr. Vick taught me about improving my work environment (work from home; work station ergonomics), gave me access to home exercises via the Airrosti patient portal, and recommended an ongoing care routine to avoid further injury. I am so grateful to her for her patient-centered care. I can tell it is just her process, but it should be noted that Dr. Vick is the type of clinician we should all aspire to BE and to have. After all, wellness and health are priceless. Dr. Vick gave some of that back to me and more. My heartfelt thanks, Joy Cornthwaite

I was having pain and limited range of motion in my shoulder and thought Airrosti might be able to help. I saw a huge improvement with just the first visit. I got my whole range of motion back and that ache wasn’t there with movement. As long as I did my exercises it stayed away and got better. I like how they taught me how the muscles and nerves worked and I could picture their path as they worked on the problem areas. I feel like I not only got better but learned more about my body and preventing an injury (or at least getting better from them quicker) next time.

So far I have seen Dr.Olds twice an I have to say I’m extremely impressed. I’ve been having terrible shoulder and elbow pain for well over a year and I’m already feeling much better. I’ve seen other doctors with no success. I’m impressed by not only his talent but by his bedside manner. I come from a clinical background and like his clinical approach. His assistant is equally amazing and friendly. Dr. Olds actually texted me the day after my first appointment to check on me. I thank him for that. I’m very pleased.

I had ongoing shoulder pain from a torn bicipital tendon that would regularly flair up. After 2 sessions with Dr. Froberg the pain subsided which allowed me to return to my regular activities. Unfortunately, I felt so good, I forgot that I was injured, lifted something heavy, and seriously re-injured myself. Dr. Froberg did his absolute best to help me, but unfortunately it seems as though surgery may be the best option. I was in TERRIBLE pain with my shoulder. I thought I had slept on it wrong, but I needed help. I liked the idea of a short turn around in time to get me back to my active lifestyle. I will definitely return to Dr. Bodziony should I need help in the future.

I went for two additional visits and every single visit there was improvement. I lifted weights for the first time in a year with ZERO PAIN!!! Dr K and his staff have been phenomenal. I came to Airrosti with shoulder injury that was holding me back from my rowing practices for the US National Team. I am so grateful to have found Tony because he immediately knew how to handle it and came up with a great approach. After 8 years on the US National Rowing Team I have seen a lot of different sports medicine professionals and I can easily say Tony is one of the best! He was able to get my shoulder healthy and mobile, allowing me to train as hard as I need to without missing practices. His skill, knowledge, and energy made going to my Airrosti appoints such a positive experience. Thanks, Tony!

I just want to thank Dr Irani for the wonderful work she did on my shoulder. I was considering surgery and a friend informed me of Airrosti. The pain level has gone from a 10 to a 2 just in a matter of weeks. The special care she and her team of recovery Specialists gave me is incredible. I am so grateful to everyone I will miss seeing everyone but I am not missing the pain in my shoulder. Thankful so much everyone. I am so having a wonderful New Year.

I was diagnosed with cancer of the tongue Nov 2018. I had to have surgery on my neck to remove 37 lymph nodes, and then 2 months of chemo/radiation treatment. Afterwards I was unable to lift my right arm above my shoulder. I was prescribed physical therapy for my situation. I attended therapy weekly, and was very consistent with doing my home exercises. After about 8 weeks of this, and even though the pain subsided considerably, I was still unable to lift my arm much higher than my shoulder, and throwing or catching a ball. or frisbee, was out of the question. Worried that my PT sessions would be running out, I was referred to Airrosti by a friend, who is a chiropractor. I asked my PT what she thought about Airrosti, and she encouraged m...+ show moree to give it a try. She accessed me prior to my first Airrosti treatment, and then again immediately afterwards. I'm able to reach, and throw better that I could prior to my cancer diagnosis. Marcus Johnson & Whitney Holderness are incredible. Highly recommended. They helped me to go beyond what I thought I was capable.

I'm so thrilled with the results I've gotten with Dr. Vick and Cera Southerland in just four visits. My wife (also a patient with great success) recommended I go to AIRROSTI to see if they could fix a shoulder problem that had been plaguing me for over a year (left shoulder/rotator). When I went there for my first visit, I mentioned to Dr. Vick that I had issues that really hampered my daily workouts, and I also had a ton of trouble sleeping at night as the shoulder pain seemed to get worse in the evenings. She had me go through several movements and asked me if I had any pain in my bicep (which I hadn't mentioned...); that part blew me away because I HAD bicep pain but was more concerned about the shoulder issue. After the first visit, ...+ show moreI was already noticing improvement, AND I was sleeping much better. After the third visit I was able to re-start my strength training. Between Dr. Vick's work on my shoulder/bicep/left pectoral and Cera's educating me on stretching and how to position myself when performing the many therapy exercises, I'm totally on the mend. Frankly, I'm blown away that after dealing with a shoulder problem for over a year, I now feel like I'll be able to up my strength training, which previous to the treatment, was just going through the motions because of the shoulder pain. At 62, I've got a whole new attitude on working out thanks to Dr. Vick and Cera Southerland. Thanks so much!

I was in a car accident back in March and injured my back and shoulder. Dr Story has done a great job on both my back and shoulder. Dr Story is very thorough about explaining everything he is doing to you. He helped me understand how a pulled shoulder affects your back and other parts of your body. I now have no pain and feel great. Physical Therapist Al Vasquez is great at showing you various exercises that will help you improve quickly. I love the fact that he sent me videos of my exercises so I could do them at home. In the future, if I do experience pain, I am able to do my exercises to work out the issue! Overall, I’m very pleased with the treatment I received!

I've had an injury in my elbow/shoulder for almost two years now. I've seen so many different doctors from DPTs to Chiropractors to Massage Therapists. Nothing was working and the problem was getting worse. It was keeping me from doing movements like toes to bar, pull-ups, rope climbs, etc. because the pain was getting unbearable. It was even keeping me from sleeping at night. Truly so frustrating as an athlete! I go to the same Crossfit gym as one of Airrosti's doctors, Travis Owens, and one day he noticed that my elbow was giving me trouble. He asked me a few questions and immediately felt like he had an answer, which was so exciting because no one could seem to figure it out! I quickly scheduled an appointment with him, and by 3 visit...+ show mores the problem was resolved. I'm completely amazed. Just today I did countless TTB, pull-ups, and rope climbs and didn't even think about my left arm! What a relief after 2 years of pain!! For years I had issues with my shoulder and elbow. I could never get to the bottom of what the issues were until I decided to come to Airrosti and see Dr. Vick and her CRS, Cera. Dr. Vick and Cera are both an absolute pleasure to visit and are always helpful whenever I have questions.

So grateful for Dr. Brown and his staff. I have had chronic tension in my shoulder which caused terrible headaches. My husband kept telling me to go see Dr. Brown because he had experienced much pain relief there. I felt so much hope of getting better after my first visit. Six to eight weeks later I was dismissed and have had hardly any headaches. Dr. Brown listens to his patients and knows exactly how to help. I highly recommend him.

Dr. T and Amanda took incredible care of a complex shoulder injury I had as a result of a rigorous exercise program. Despite my struggle to identify the source of the pain, Dr. T was able to identify and treat the muscle causing the problem. Amanda's attentive and thorough care through rehabilitative exercises were a huge part of my rapid recovery. I walked into this treatment experience worried I had a major injury that may have required surgery and left after 3 visits feeling amazing! You guys are the best!

I had what felt like a shoulder issue between my shoulder blade and spine, that annoying area. I needed the pain to go away because I was testing for my kettlebell instructor certification. I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Niño is delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all a very down-to-earth, and easy-to-talk-to human. I first came to Cera and Airrosti after a debilitating sports-related shoulder injury that wasn't going away on its own and to which surgery was not an option. Cera carefully put together a treatment plan tailored specifically for me that ultimately led to a full recovery. Her level of care and concern was unparalleled. Christopher and Dr. Millan are truly wonderful at what they do, but they are even better people. I had been suffering from a rather severe shoulder pain after pushing through P90X2 for weeks. I visited Dr. Barnes after experiencing some damage to my shoulder. Uncertain with my shoulder's condition and functionality, Dr. Barnes walked me through my shoulder's anatomy and it's interaction with the surrounding muscles and joints. He was very respectful, conversational, and professional with his assessment of my injury, and offered honest suggestions to better improve my outcome. I'd highly recommend Dr. Barnes to anyone who's on the fence about visiting Airrosti.

After four times I am now 90% pain-free in my shoulder thanks to Airrosti. It never hurts to try, so if you have pain give them a call, best decision you will make. Thanks, Ryan and Dr.Andy

I was first introduced to Dr. Sue years ago when he opened his Airrosti practice in the area, and he introduced himself to our gym community. I was skeptical of the patient outcomes that were claimed since both my wife and brother are physical therapists and am familiar with more traditional therapy practices. I run a sports performance and CrossFit Gym. I am very protective of our reputation and who we have our athletes see for issues/injuries. After sending a few of our athletes to see him with incredible success, I tweaked my shoulder and decided to give him a try. I have since seen him three times and each time I have been very impressed with the entire process. Last year I decided to run a marathon. I am not a runner but I have alwa...+ show moreys told myself and others that I would run one, and I'm not getting any younger so it was time to just do it. Three weeks out I tweaked my calf and thought I wouldn't be able to run it as I wasn't able to make it even a mile on my training run. I went to see Dr. Sue hoping to possibly feel well enough to run, but I wasn't expecting to feel well enough to do it. Dr. Sue and his staff helped recover so I could not only run, they helped me with a strategy for pacing to help me meet my goal time without over stressing my calf. I was beyond happy with the outcome. I talk often about my experience with Airrosti and Dr. Sue, and continue to send not only athletes from my gym but my coworkers in the fire service to see him.

My story starts with me believing that I could still throw a fastball at 35 years of age, like I used to at 16...with no warmup...having not thrown SINCE I was 16! One impingement in my right shoulder later, and I found myself at Airrosti under the wonderful care of Dr. Vick and Recovery Specialist Southerland. In 4 visits (with CONSISTENT home PT between) I went from having pain while holding a full mug of coffee, to full mobility with no pain and gaining strength back enough to lift a 20lb weight. I will always recommend both of these professional ladies, as well Airrosti in general. Thank you both for your knowledge and help!! Thank you Airrosti for getting me back to normal!

I was recommended by my GP to see doctor Myles for lingering pain and stiffness in my right shoulder. In just over two weeks of treatment and three sessions under her care I am completely clear of any pain. She explained everything and laid out certain exercises to improve the condition. She is very friendly and easy to talk to during appointments. I had never seen a DC before, and would certainly recommend her and Airrosti.

Airrosti is for anyone, not just athletes! I'm not even sure exactly what happened to my shoulder; there was no specific accident or incident. I just seemed to lose mobility in October and it got worse through the fall. I couldn't even put away dishes in the kitchen cabinets or carry anything that required both hands to lift, because I couldn't let my arm move away from my body. By January, I admitted I couldn't fix it myself. I asked around and friends and my borther all recommended Airrosti, so I made an appointment with my local office. I felt pretty sheepish about going in, because I thought this was a practice for athletes -- after all, that was who all had recommended I go there -- and I've become quite a couch potato the past coup...+ show morele of years. Dr. Peregrine and Ryan Brown (the doctor and the PT in my local office) didn't need to know how I'd lost the use of the arm (good thing, since I'm not at all sure), only what movement I could actually do, relative to the other arm, and where where the pain seemed to center. My treatment was almost finished in three sessions. I suspect the "almost" is because of how long I waited, letting the restriction on my arm really take over. I have one more visit next week. Now I have normal range of motion, can sleep through the night without being awakened by pain, and am getting strength and full use of my arm back. When I first went in, I was feeling old and decrepit (and whiny), but now I'm back to my usual activities. My office visits involved simple assessment of my range of motion, some manipulation of the problem area, and lessons in simple exercises to work on between visits. My "homework" includes simple stretches and strategic use of ice. It's been quite easy and surprisingly effective! It's nice to feel like me again. If I ever have another problem with a joint or muscle, I won't waste time: I'll go straight to Dr. Peregrine and Ryan, and get it sorted out before it can slow me down!

I developed a sharp pain under my right shoulder blade, much like a pinched nerve, and the pain would radiate into my right pectoral area (this pain was not in my spine). I dealt with it for about a month, hard to sit, hard to sleep. I was fine as long as I was up and moving. No pain lifting or moving. I attended a "get to know" event at work with ARROSTI which our Benefits Administrator scheduled. I discussed my pain with the AIRROSTI specialist, Brooke Halboth, Brooke assured me she could help. After our first session, the next morning the pain was gone. Incredible! Brooke was thorough with evaluating my movement and pain before starting the therapy. Brooke and her assistant Shelby worked flawless together. I would Highly recommend AIR...+ show moreROSTI as an alternate treatment. Thank you, Brooke 🙂

Dr. Brittany Latiolais, DC is Fantastic! She has terrific people skills as well as his technical doctor skills. She is patient to hear my list of comments/questions and spends the time & effort to sufficiently answer all of my questions. She gives me a sound plan of action to keep up & to improve my overall health. I visited Airrosti because my sports doctor advised me to take rest, stop pitching, MRI and also I had intense pain on my shoulder and couldn’t able use my right-hand shoulder to steer towards right while driving, but I’m little bit stubborn I was not interested to stop pitching the ball because I’m pitching since I was 11 years. When I met Dr. Brittany Latiolais, DC first thing she asked me what kind of sports do you pl...+ show moreay? I replied I play cricket and I explained about the game and How I pitch. She did the research about my game and started my treatment, for every session I was improving and I never stopped pitching. My friends tell me I pitch faster now. I recommended Dr. Brittany Latiolais, DC and visit this place.

I am a 61-year-old ultramarathon canoe racer who has shoulder issues due to rounding forward. Occasionally this becomes painful and will not allow me to continue with my CrossFit training. I go see Dr. Joe and after 3 visits he has the kinks worked out and back on a therapy program that works to relieve the pain and restore range of motion. I would not have to ever go back to see Dr. Joe if I would just stick to the exercises and programs he prescribes for me. Maybe this time I'll follow his instructions for more than the first month 🙂 I now have my husband, who has many issues, seeing Dr. Joe to help him get back some of his range of motion.

I had been experiencing pain in my left shoulder for about 8 weeks. I was referred to Dr. Kristina Myles from my primary care physician Dr. Hamilton. Airrosti called me within hours of Dr. Hamilton's referral. They were courteous and thorough and scheduled an appointment convenient to my schedule. Airrosti's follow through was second to none. Not only did I receive a courteous phone call reminder, but also a text and email about the upcoming appointment. I had been concerned that surgery would be required and although reluctant, I decided to try this approach first. On the day of the appointment, Dr. Myles went right to work, measuring, determining range of motion and diagnosing the problem. After just a few minutes, Dr. Myles gave me th...+ show moree good news that the pain was the result of tightened muscles and strained tendons, and with some work from her and me, we could solve the issues. Following my first therapy session, the results and progress were immediate and amazing. Later that evening, I received a phone call from Dr. Myles to see how I was doing and if I had any concerns or questions. After a couple of intense therapy sessions and doing my part of simple exercises, I am glad to say I now have full range of motion and am relatively pain free. If you are experiencing pain and possible surgery, I strongly suggest you consider a visit with Dr. Myles first. I am glad I did and will be recommending her to my friends and family as well. MJDII

Thanks to Dr. Corley and Lindsey my shoulder is so much better! I learned so much from them about simple things I can do at home to keep improving. They are so helpful and informative.....and it only took three sessions. Highly recommend.

I have been doing well with my shoulder along with playing better golf. In the last couple of weeks, I was able to lift weights 3 times weekly with minimal to no pain. In a 4 week period, I was able to play golf 23 times. My golf swing has improved to the point, that absolutely no discomfort is in head as I engage my mechanics to the ball. It seems almost unimaginable that I could feel this way from the initial onset of the shoulder strain in December, 2016 Thank you very much for your careful attention to my concern, and of course your expertise to help enable my pain to be a thing of the past.

I have had right shoulder for pain for over a year now and after only one visit to Dr. Kregel at Airrosti, I have almost 100% relief of the pain I have been in for so long. I had never heard of this type of treatment before but I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family, friends and anyone who is having pain. I was afraid I might have needed surgery and I am excited to know that is not necessary.

I injured my shoulder lifting weights at my gym and neglected to take the rest that I needed initially. After several months of inflammation and limited range of motion, I decided to try several physical therapy options. Doctor Matt Yocum at Airrosti was recommended to me by another gym member and I was very impressed with his ability to find the source of pain in my shoulder and help me work my way through it with various stretches and exercises. I work for Southwest Airlines and I was very happy that the majority of this care was covered under my health plan, as it helped me avoid surgery for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

I was in so much pain my shoulder, upper chest and arm! I went in saying I just wanted to feel normal again. Carrying my baby was the biggest test. After my first treatment I felt relief! Total of four visits and I feel amazing! Pain is gone and I am back to my normal!

I was in a fairly serious car accident just before Thanksgiving in 2016. Luckily, I was able to walk away with the only injury being to my shoulder - "shoulder jam". I had been seen many times for help from another Dr. with not much luck. It had been been about 4-5 months with very little progress. Still with a lot of pain and very little movement. Dr. Carpenter saw me and within weeks, he was clearing me. Pain is virtually gone and flexibility is back. I can now go on with my days without any concern. I have all the tools with me to keep my shoulder healthy. I cannot thank Dr. Carpenter and his team enough.

Dr. Danielson really helped pinpoint the trigger points and tightness I had throughout my shoulders and back. I left the office feeling like a new man! I strongly recommend going in and having Dr. Danielson work his magic if you have any kind of tightness or injuries.

I am extremely grateful I found Dr. Gibson. I have had this chronic neck/shoulder pain for over 10 years. The pain affected my daily routines, work and sleep. I have no other way to put it except daily misery. In the past I had tried chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, cupping, PT, trigger point injections and Rx meds with no relief. Today was my third visit with Dr. Gibson and am extremely pleased with results. I felt tremendous relief after my second visit. I can't thank her enough. James has also been great with providing a home exercise plan that has been very helpful as well. I would strongly recommend Airrosti for any aches and pains!

IÂ had pain in my left shoulder and bicep and had been avoiding the gym because of it. Dr. Siragusa and his team relieved the pain, increased the mobility and now I'm back to my workouts!

I originally went to Dr. Brodie upon a recommendation of a friend because of shoulder pain and was already scheduled for surgery. I have postponed the surgery because of my relatively rapid improvement and am committed to continue Dr. Brodie's recommended exercises so that I can become stronger. Dr. Brodie is professional, knowledgeable, easy to be with and committed to your progress. Dr. Brodie motivates you to be the best you can be.

I pulled my neck/shoulder while playing badminton. It was extremely painful and I can barely move my neck in the following days. Even lying in bed was uncomfortable. I decided to try Airrosti up on a friend's referral. I am really amazed by how fast Dr. Sigler was able to relieve my pain. I was discharged after just two visits.

I've been dealing with chronic pain in my shoulder and neck for years. It's a low pain but nags me every single day, irritates me when I'm at work, affects my sleep, and limits my workouts. I went to Dr. Rachel recently and she got in there and really made a HUGE difference w/ my pain in just four treatments! I have tried lots of other treatments, including acupuncture, deep tissue massage, traditional chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and just good old rest. Nothing helped until I saw Dr. Rachel. I am so grateful for the work she does and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have chronic pain due to what we believe is a connective tissue disorder. I went to Airrosti to help with my shoulder. We did 3 or 4 treatments and I was actually pain free for about a month. I've tried physical therapy, massage therapy, shots and pain medication. Airrosti was what has helped the longest.

I was suffering so badly with shoulder pain. I had been to a sports surgeon, a chiropractor, neurologist, my family doctor, massage therapist, and physical therapist. I've had Botox injections in my shoulder, many pain pills, pills to sleep, pills for spasms...it was just unbelievable! My daughter told me about Airrosti. I told her I really did not feel like another let down, or giving someone else a chance at taking my money. By then I was just worn out -- it didn't matter how much my daughter believed in them. Well, after my numerous sleepless nights, crying with pain, and being unable to turn my head, I finally gave in. I was very honest with Joanne, I did tell her I had little to no hope that she could help me. I felt hopeless. I was...+ show more afraid to go back to the sports surgeon for fear surgery was all that was left. Well, Joanne said if she couldn't help me, she would fire herself after four or five weeks. I was AMAZED that after four weeks I was feeling so much better! I had stopped taking my pain pills, muscle relaxers, and sleeping pills. I was late one morning because I over slept! How awesome is that?! If you really want help, try Airrosti. You will feel the difference. I waited several months to write this review because I wanted to be sure I was truly better and not just a quick fix. Check them out, you won't be sorry!

I went to Airrosti with my right shoulder having only 40-50% movement with no pain. After 4 visits with the team i was up to 90% movement with no pain. I highly recommend this type of treatment to all my friends. Thank you so much Airrosti!

In the past year, I have been treated by Dr.Perry for several soft tissue injuries. My right shoulder, left hand, right knee and hip. After seeing Dr. Perry, I am injury free and my full range of motion has been restored.

Dr. McCreadie has done a great job with my son, Sean, who is fifteen. He is a swimmer and has had an injured shoulder for the past five years. We had tried everything, exhausted all of our options (4 MRI's, four different orthopedists, PT for months and months) all to no avail. Sean had been in pain while he swam for years.
Then we heard about Dr. McCreadie. Sean was feeling pain free after one visit. He continued for two more treatments, and then was released from his care. With the proper exercises, he is now swimming pain free for the first time, and actually has a smile on his face after practice.
Thanks again, Dr. McCreadie for giving Sean hope to continue on in the sport he loves!
