What Our Patients Are Saying:

It’s been a while since I came to Airrosti for knee pain. Before I came, I could hardly sit down or stand up without pain. I had relief from the pain soon after treatment started. Yesterday, I completed a half-marathon, pain free! I swear by the foam rolling techniques that I learned. I can do a three mile run and not take time to foam roll and I will be sore following but I foam rolled as soon as I got home from my 13 mile run and I hardly have any soreness. If you keep up with what they teach you, it really will help! – Natalie Malec

After both of our kids going to Airrosti for ankle and knee issues from sports and dancing in the past, my back was bothering me from stiffness and stress. I completed 4 treatments from Dr. Owen and her staff and was completely relieved front the pain in my mid back area, with tools and exercises that I can complete to keep the pain from returning in my back. Many thanks to Airrosti and Dr. Owen and her staff. – Mark Wood

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
