about Crossfit Pac-Elm

Airrosti providers are experts at accurately diagnosing and rapidly resolving the source of pain and injuries. We’ve had great success getting patients pain free, even those who have suffered with pain for a year or more, typically in as few as 3 visits. In many cases, we’ve helped patients avoid painful and expensive surgical procedures, as well as other unnecessary procedures and pharmaceuticals. We have many locations in your area to serve you. Injury & Pain Treatment FAQs

Insurance coverage varies by location and your individual policy structure.  When you schedule your initial appointment, we will obtain your insurance information, verify benefits, and contact you before your appointment to review estimated costs. Click here to learn more about our scheduling and insurance verification process, as well the current carriers Airrosti is contracted with.

Airrosti is a health care group that employs and trains providers who specialize in delivering high quality, outcome-based musculoskeletal care. Our focus on one-on-one patient time and a strict adherence to clinical best practices helps significantly reduce recovery times for patients, while preventing many unnecessary costs associated with imaging, pharmaceuticals, and even surgical procedures. Click here to learn more about Airrosti’s quality care approach and how we achieve such consistent and unparalleled patient results.

At Airrosti, we effectively treat a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. Click here to review a complete list of the common injuries we treat. During your first visit, our provider will thoroughly assess and diagnose your condition and determine if Airrosti can effectively resolve your condition. If your provider determines you are not a good candidate for treatment, or you choose not to move forward with care, he/she will refer you to a specialist as appropriate. Click here to learn more about what to expect during your first.

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
