What Our Patients Are Saying:

I was in a fare bit of pain from a lifting injury to my inner elbow. The staff at Airrosti explained the reason the pain was radiating to my whole arm, then began to repair my damaged tissue. By the end of my first visit, I was pain free. By the end of the second, I was healed. No further pain exists. – David Rossignol  I was so pleased with my experience with Airrosti! They took time to explain things to me and never made me feel rushed. I noticed a change in my pain level after the first visit and have been back to my triathlon training feeling great. They equip you with great home exercises and stretches, as well. Airrosti’s approach is one I will use again if needed as an athlete-it’s a unique approach that truly works! – Amy Swanson I came to Airrosti with severe knee pain. I had knee surgery about 6 months prior and physical therapy as well. The treatments were excellent and the people were exceptional. I am totally satisfied with the results. – Luke Martin I moved from the Buda area and I so miss Airrosti. They would always take care of any neck, shoulder, or back issues I had. I have no choice but to make that extra trip and get back in soon! It’s true, we don’t know what we have until we don’t have it any longer. – Reynalda Torres

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
