about Airrosti Downtown Seattle

Our team of chiropractors in Seattle, Washington, accurately diagnose the root cause of pain symptoms. By conducting thorough evaluations, Airrosti providers are able to identify muscle imbalances, tightness, or issues that may be causing aches and pains. Using hands-on manual therapy to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms, Airrosti treatments can relieve pain without the use of pharmaceuticals or injections. Each appointment with an Airrosti provider consists of ample one-on-one quality care. After conducting orthopedic, functional, and range of motion tests to identify the underlying issue, your provider will develop a custom treatment plan. This plan consists of targeted, hands-on manual therapy coupled with prescribed active rehabilitation exercises. By helping patients understand their injury, and giving them tools to continue treatment at home, Airrosti promotes fast healing and future injury prevention. Based on patient-reported outcomes, this treatment model relieves pain in an average of just 3 visits. Our methods have proven to be a successful option for the treatment of soft tissue injuries like sprains and strains. Airrosti’s Seattle team also specializes in back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and more. Don’t let pain disrupt your life. Contact one of Airrosti’s many providers in the Seattle area to schedule your appointment today!

Active recovery/rehab is done during each visit, immediately following the highly targeted manual therapy designed to restore function to your body and correct injuries to the soft tissue. Active recovery refers to a customized program of stretches and exercises designed to target the specific area of your injury. These exercises help speed recovery and, when done consistently at home (self-care instructions will be provided), help prevent future injuries and further enhance flexibility and range-of-motion.
