Patient Story: Pain Free Running

I complete a half marathon pain free!

Before I came to Airrosti, I could hardly sit down or stand up without pain in my knee. I had relief from the pain soon after treatment started. Just yesterday I completed a half-marathon, pain free!
I swear by the foam rolling techniques that I learned. If I do a three mile run and don’t take time to foam roll, I will be sore the next day. However, if I foam roll as soon as I get home from my 13 mile run, I hardly have any soreness.
If you keep up with what they teach you, it really will help!
