Describe your favorite thing about your job.

The satisfaction of patients getting better, and the thankfulness received when they tell me they’re able to do what they love again.

Best food recommendation near your practice’s location.

I usually bring lunch from home, so I haven’t tried many restaurants around me, but I had a gyro at Gyro 2 Go, and it was excellent.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a professional soccer player.

What’s one cause you are passionate about?

Doing anything that improves the lives of people who are caught up in addiction, any addiction.

Name three things you love to do in your spare time.

Going on hikes in/near the mountains, playing sports such as: soccer, ultimate frisbee, and I recently started playing pickleball, and playing video games which helps me stay connected with my family and grad school friends that live in Minnesota.

What’s the oddest injury you’ve had and how did it happen?

I once injured my shoulder on someone’s mouth. Playing soccer, I was about to go on a breakaway, and someone tried to get in front of me before I ran down the field – with their face.

If you could be in any movie, what would it be and why?

I would love to be in a Marvel movie, like Guardians of the Galaxy. I love the goofy nature of the characters, and the idea of a space adventure and going to different worlds.

What’s a hidden skill or a fact that no one would guess about you?

I played trombone for 7 years.

What’s your favorite sport?

Soccer.

If you could make a difference in the world, what would you be known for?

If I could make a difference in the world, I would not only eliminate hunger, but improve world nutrition.

If you could have any superpower, which would you choose and why?

Manipulation of metal like Magneto, from X-Men.

What is your most treasured possession?

The baby blanket my late grandma knitted for me when I was a child.

Do you volunteer with any local community organizations or efforts? If so, which ones and why?

When I was living in Minnesota, I volunteered for an organization called Feed My Starving Children. However, I haven’t devoted time to volunteering since I moved to Washington.

Finally, name one thing you couldn’t live without.

You can call me cheesy, or Dom Toretto, but my answer to that is family.
