Hobbies:I like to be active as much as I can doing yoga, kettlebells and running. We enjoy playing music around the fire pit that we built in our back yard. And for relaxation I meditate daily, cook, play with my kiddo and read. I also like to get out and explore the hill country and stop by a winery on the way through.

Interesting Facts:My husband and I make cut-glass mosaics together. We grout them and hang them on the wall when done. I also have 2 kids that keep me on my toes.

Awards and Recognitions:I spent 4 years doing cancer and immunology research at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas prior to chiropractic school.

What Airrosti Means to Me:Airrosti means empowering you to take control of your life and get you thinking about what you love to do, rather than pain. As a patient myself, I had that Ah ha! moment and that was it. I wanted to be part of the team.

I had my first child in March 2021 and was experiencing debilitating back spasms that was impacting my ability to care for my child. To find relief, I asked around for chiropractor recommendations and heard about Airrosti. I decided to try it since they strive to have you back on your feet in 3-4 visits – appealing to a new mother with limited time. The problem was identified quickly by Dr. Mahaffey, and I noticed a difference immediately after my first visit. The PT exercises were easy to implement at home and helped me bridge the gap between appointments. After four visits, I was pain free and able to pick up and feed my son without agitating my back. I also have PT exercises that will help me avoid pain in the future. I can’t recomm+ show moreend Dr. Mahaffey and Airrosti enough!
