For at least a couple of years I’ve been bothered by swelling & pain to my hip and lower back after being active. Last May it worsened to a point that even several days of rest didn’t seem enough to allow me to recover and be able to play sports on a regular basis. Dr Sporrer identified the correct stretching exercises that diminished and got rid of the swelling & pain. I now feel comfortable to go back and play both tennis & soccer every week! Thank you Airrosti and thankyou Dr Sporrer!

Nine weeks ago I pulled my groin muscle while doing loaded deep front squats. I continued to go to my class (an hour three times a week) for three weeks before I finally decided to seek help. Jarred Sporrer, DC with Airrosti, had been coming to my company to do meets and greets and I had gone to one of his meetings. I called him up and was seen very shortly thereafter. I am now ready to hit the gym at a 100% after 6 sessions. Jarred is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. On top of that, he is a friendly person and easy to talk to. After the adjustments, Jay Garcia showed me the stretching exercises. He too is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend you go see this team when you have a prob+ show morelem. Thank you Jarred and Jay! Merry Christmas.

I first came to Airrosti in a boot due to a stubborn and almost crippling case of plantar fasciitis. It was affecting my active lifestyle and interfering with my daily life. I was in constant pain and unable to wear any of the shoes in my closet. Dr. Sporrer dug to the root of my problem, researched exercises and techniques specific to me and my case, and never gave up until he found what worked for me. I have never felt so valued as patient, nor have I ever met a doctor who took my progress and well being so personally. Dr. Sporrer gave me a new understanding of my body and its limitations, a knowledge of mobility, and a greater respect for injury prevention methods. Most of all, Dr. Sporrer gave me back my life.

“My experience with the Airrosti staff has been overwhelmingly positive. I had approached many other clinics before with my upper back ailments without them being resolved and almost given up. Dr. Jared Sporrer and his colleagues are extremely professional and knowledgeable in resolving musculoskeletal problems. Their motto is to correct (fix) the problem in the least amount of visits. They do NOT intend to have you come back again and again for “”temporary”” fixes. They will give you treatment in office and recommend a stretch/workout routine to continue at home. Follow their instructions fully and you will find relief. I highly recommend the professionals working at Airrosti.”

I am a 70-year-old ex sailor (15,000 miles at sea) and current league tennis player. I have been told at least once that I needed knee surgery. While visiting after a fun match, one of the players told me about Dr. Sporrer and how much he had helped her with her “tennis knees”. Her “tennis knees” turned out to be caused by “iliotibial band syndrome,” something I had never heard about nor had been told about by either of the 2 physicians I had consulted about my knee pain.
Rather than undergo the knife, I decided to give Dr. Sporrer a chance at my painful knees and had almost immediate relief! I am back to playing competitively two times a week and for fun at least once a week. I am able to continue my workouts + show moreat the gym and my walks around the lakes all while being pain free!

As the French would say…”C’est une miracle!”

Thanks to Dr. Sporrer, I am at the fitness level of at least a 50 year old…maybe better! Life is good again!

I contacted Dr. Jared Sporrer to help with right shoulder pain that had been ongoing and increasing in severity over the course of 4 – 6 months. The pain would radiate from one location out to several muscles along my arm and into the shoulder blade area. Over the course of several appointments, Dr. Sporrer was able to identify each of these areas and work to resolve the pain and accompanying muscle weakness. Dr. Sporrer had the patience and expertise to heal this complex issue, and put me back on the road to recovery. I have been able to return to my normal daily activities and desired forms of exercise in order to rebuild my strength using proper alignment.
