Thanks to AIRROSTI, I have had the privilege to meet and work with Dr. Roy Clements. He has made an immediate impact in the training and recovery phases during my 6-8 week fight camps. His knowledge of the human body and movement tied in with an understanding of athletics has allowed me to quickly recover from various acute injuries that I have sustained and continue to train and perform at a high intensity level. Since I started competing, I have never had to back out of an MMA fight due to an injury. I attribute this feat to AIRROSTI treatments. Aside from Dr. Clements’ knowledge and experience, he is overall a great guy who is approachable and is willing to invest his time into your health and success. I highly recommend him to anybod+ show morey who is looking for a fast track to recovery.

I will forever recommend people in pain needing rehab to Airrosti. The minute you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and a professional attitude. The knowledge about the field of rehabilitation that Roy Clements has is very impressive. He not only helps through massage and in-house therapy, but he also offers “at home rehab” for the patient to do in between visits. The hours of operation are very helpful to those that work and or attend school. My son Justin has shown remarkable success with seeing Roy Clements for his high ankle sprain as well as his shoulder issue. We highly recommend Airrosti and Roy Clements.

We had to try so many different types of chiropractors and doctors. My daughter has been an athlete her whole life, first gymnastics and then tennis. Dr Clements is AMAZING he has been taking care of her, he gives the right diagnostic and treatment. After been treated by him we stopped looking for different opinions. My daughter recovered and he keeps her healthy!!!

As a roller derby player, I’m always nursing some kind of injury. I’ve seen Dr. Clements for everything from a sprained wrist, to mysterious foot pain, to an overworked hip flexor. He does a great job of diagnosing the problem and keeping me out of the doctor’s office and off pain meds. Airrosti treatments are a great value because of the combination of hands-on treatment and physical therapy exercises and stretching to help continue recovery. I see Dr. Clements for every injury and recommend him to all my friends, on and off the track.

I walked into Dr. Clement’s office to see if he could help me with some pretty bad back pain that was making it hard for me to walk and even to sit. Firstly, Dr. Clements is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, it’s very easy to tell just by sitting and talking with him. He was very easily able to identify the problem and proceeded to explain to me that it was my hip flexor that was bothering me. After my first visit, I already felt less pain, and I was way more knowledgable in what my injury actually was, and how to help it get better and keep it from happening again. Dr. Clements and his assistant (forgot her name, unfortunately) showed me some stretches and exercises I could do to strengthen my glutes, which in turn w+ show moreould help prevent future similar injuries. At my second visit I felt way less pain, he checked me out and decided to work on me a little more, he told me I was looking better and to continue to do my stretches and exercises and I should be feeling better. Today, I feel back to normal and feel no pain. I want to thank Dr. Clements and the Airrosti team for helping me get back to normal!
