I had severe sciatica pain for more than two weeks… Not even going to the ER helped. My boss referred me to Airrosti. After one visit…. I could not believe I was pain free. Thank you, Dr. Canelo and staff.

I went to an orthopedic surgeon at first. He took x-rays then moved my knee around to check it. He knew exactly what to do to bring out the pain. His immediate default was to tell me I probably need surgery and I should go get an MRI. These are both expensive options and I wanted surgery to be a last resort. He offered up no other options. A friend recommended Airrosti and I owe her big time for steering me that way. During the first tele-visit with Dr. Canelo she asked a bunch of questions and then had me position myself different ways to diagnose my knee pain. A couple days later I received a box with a foam roller, elastic band, and a bunch of other stuff that I would use over then next few weeks. I ranked my pain an 8 out of 10 on my+ show more first visit. I was diligent about keeping up with the exercises Dr. Canelo gave me and five weeks later I “graduated” from the program because the pain was virtually gone. I ranked the pain as a 2 out of 10. I’m now working the exercises on my own and I am amazed at how little my knee hurts. I’m a very active person and I was encouraged not to slow down at all through this process. Thank you Dr. Canelo for an amazing experience. I highly recommend the remote recovery program as a first step in your healing process.

I met Dr. Canelo during our 4 weeks of training at Airrosti. While training with her I could tell from the start she was going to be great. During the last week of training I noticed I had quite a bit of tightness in my right side of my neck along with a bit of pain in the front part of my shoulder from previously changing an angle on dips. Without hesitation, I asked her to take a look at it. I wanted to get the pain / stiffness I was feeling gone quickly. Honestly, that’s exactly what she did. Within the two treatments she did (one for each area), she was able to tell me that it was actually the insertion area of my bicep that I was feeling. Not only did she inform me that it was not in fact my shoulder, she was able to alleviate both + show morepain areas before I was to return home that week. I cannot thank her enough for helping me. She is not only thorough, but walks you through every part of the process. I would easily see her again, even if that meant driving from Houston. Trust me when I say you’re in good hands letting her help you.
