Hobbies:I love hanging out with my wife and four kids and supporting my kids with their sports and activities. My main extracurricular activity is competing in triathlons. I have completed several half Ironman events and eventually I will finish a full Ironman.
Interesting Facts:I grew up in a family of Chiropractors and that is the reason why I got into this field, but what sets me apart from my family of Chiropractors is that I decided to go the route of soft tissue work (Muscles, Tendons, Ligaments, Fascia, Nerves). I noticed, early on, that chiropractic adjustments were helpful, but not fixing the problems people were experiencing. The soft tissues have such a profound effect on our whole body, and if you don't address the muscular/soft tissue aspect, chiropractic adjustments will only give you a temporary relief. I was trained and certified in two soft tissue techniques early on in my career (2007 and 2013) and then trained even more with Airrosti. I have seen firsthand, how working with the soft tissue resolves most injuries.
What Airrosti Means to Me:Airrosti is an amazing company that has a mission to take care of all of our patients and make sure that each and every one of you has the best experience possible, and not only having the best experience possible, fixing the injury that you came in to have treated. The work that we do, and the statistics show, that we are able to resolve most conditions within 3 visits. Since I have been in the field, I have always agreed with the idea of getting people better, faster and with as few visits as possible and now I am with a company that has found the solution.

I came to see Dr. Hoyt with low back and hip issues from long hours sitting for my job and lack of exercise. Walking was more of a shuffle and extremely painful. I was diagnosed 10 year ago with arthritis in my knee. Dr. Hoyt discovered very quickly that my back and hip issues were the result of compensating for my knee. He worked on me and had some exercises for me to do between appointments. He also had an MRI done which showed deterioration in my knee and referred me to an Osteopathic Surgeon. I will eventually need the knee replaced but I am so thankful to be active and comfortably mobile again. After just a few weeks I am back to walking normally and controlling the back pain on my own using the exercises I was taught.

I came to Airrosti per another friend’s recommendation for ongoing neck pain. They got me back in shape within the first visit! I truly thought the pain was going to last forever until my appointment. I love their approach to care – the physical therapy component has helped so much for ongoing prevention. Thanks, Airrosti!

I had pain in my hip that got progressively worse and started to radiate down the front of my thigh. I started to panic when our family was scheduled to depart for Disney World and I was told the average person walks 9 miles a day at the parks. I was in pain walking from my bedroom to the kitchen. A massage therapist said she thought I had a muscle that wasn’t firing and that the other muscles were overcompensating. I went to Dr. Hoyt in a desperate plea to fix me up before Disney. He diagnosed me with glute medius trochanteric bursitis and manipulated the area for about 15 minutes. He was aggressive but effective. I expected I would need at least 2 more visits but I was leaving for Disney in just 3 days. I iced the area that same even…+ show moreing and the next day. I did take one prednisone pill each of the 5 days at the parks but has not had a pill in 6 days. Y’ALL, I walked 54 miles over 5 park days without ANY pain!!!! This man worked a miracle. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my first appointment and I am literally 100 percent better! I cannot recommend Airrosti and Dr. Hoyt more! In my case, it was one and done. I am so thankful.
