Madeira High School runner Diego Arredondo is my son, around March-April he was showing signs of an injury in his leg that was getting worse right in the middle of Track season. We sought treatment w/ Dr. Turjanica as soon as we were able to schedule appointments. Dr. Turjanica and his staff worked on him and made sure Diego was getting better. They also worked with us to find the best times for Diego's appointments since it was in the middle of the school year. Diego got better with the treatments and therapy exercises. He ended up qualifying to the State Championship in Columbus for the 800m individual (3rd place at Regionals) and 3600m relay (Regional Champs) events and reaching the podium in 8th place in one of them. Thank you!

Went to see Dr. Mike, for Plantar Fascitis, 3 visits, and I am 100% better, it is amazing the care and friendliness, is fabulous! I have been to a podiatrist a year of pain, shots, and Dr. Mike fixed it in 3 weeks. So glad I found him. I have recommended him to my co-workers and friends. Physical Therapy was very easy, amazing with techniques. Fabulous!!

A couple weeks ago, I hurt my back while lifting at the gym on a front squat machine. The pain was so severe I had a hard time walking, sitting, and even sleeping without being in some discomfort. The very next morning, I was given a recommendation by Derek Curlee (with Airrosti) to see one of their doctors. I was a little skeptical when I found out that Airrosti doesn't do medicine as part of their healing process (which is what I'm used to). I decided to give it a try because I wasn't having luck getting into my regular doctor. After 1 hour with Dr. Mike I felt better than I would've if I had been on meds for a week. It was amazing. I went back to work right after, and had little to no pain. I saw Dr. Mike an additional 2 visits. I'm happ...+ show morey to report that I'm pain free 100%, and walked away learning how to prevent this same injury in the future. I think what Airrosti offers versus other options is extremely beneficial, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future with any injury rehab needs.

I'll probably go to Airrosti for all future joint and muscle pains (chronic or acute). I have been treated for hip, neck, back and shoulder pain. Unlike physical therapy, I have actually felt improvement with Airrosti treatment. Airrosti outperforms physical therapy in two ways: (1) applies massage therapy on soft-tissue muscles and (2) assigns simple, realistic exercises. The massage therapy can be painful, but it is a productive pain as the stress and tension in the muscles are loosened. The exercises focus on building strength and are simple enough for anyone. The exercises are NOT time consuming, making it easier (and more realistic) to fit a busy schedule. If you are in Cincinnati, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Turjanica or Dr. Kevin ...+ show morePoole.

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my knee. I had to take the stairs one step at a time instead of normal stair walking. When getting up from sitting down it would take me 4 or 5 steps to get my knee to work properly. I was having constant pain in that knee. Dr. Mike fixed me up in 3 visits! I know can walk the steps like a normal person and when getting up from a sitting position I now take off walking right away instead of gimping for 4 or 5 steps at first. Dr. Mike is the BOMB! He really knows his stuff! I would recommend Dr. Mike to "everyone"! Thanks Dr. Mike for fixing me up! I truly appreciate it. Your the BEST!

For the past 6 years, I have not been able to run without severe pain due to an inflamed low-back facet joint. After trying just about every method available to relieve my pain, I read about Airrosti and decided to give it a try. Dr. Michael Turjanica initially treated me and was wonderful. Although my progress was very slow at the start, I knew he was onto something that other doctors in the past had never considered. He even decided to bring in a second opinion for added results and options. I thought it was pretty awesome that they were able to work together, keeping the patient in mind 1st. Dr. Chad Lemmink spent the next 1/2 of my sessions focusing on my hip flexor, as well as combining exercises from both doctors and that seemed...+ show more to do the trick! I have finally been able to run without pain for the first time in 6 years! I have an exercise regiment specific to my needs and as long as I maintain proper stretching and do my exercises, I should be good to go. Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Chad were so nice to work with. They were kind, patient, thoughtful, dedicated and are GREAT at what the do. I am so thankful I gave Airrosti a try! Thank you so much for your help!

I have had chronic neck and back pain for over a decade. I have traditionally treated/masked this with Ibuprofin or Naproxen. I was treated by Dr. Turjanica only a handful of times for each injury. I am happy to say that I am completely pain free for the first time in many years. I HAVE NOT USED ANY MEDICATION SINCE MY FIRST VISIT. Simply Amazing!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my liver and stomach. I was released from treatment just yesterday afternoon. Overnight it snowed 9 inches. I woke early to shovel my driveway and sidewalk before leaving for work. As I was walking out the door my wife ran to the door to get my attention. She said " I think you forgot something". In her hand was the bottle of Naproxen that I had been using prior t...+ show moreo my Airrosti experience. She said "I thought you would need this after shoveling". I was very happy to tell her not only that my back didn't even hurt but that I no longer needed to take medication. Thank you again.

My son, Cooper, a competitive cross country runner (top 10), was experiencing ankle/calf pain. I took him to a ortho who said it was a stress fracture and recommended wearing a air boot for 6 weeks and to stop running. He would also need 4 - 6 weeks of therapy 2 to 3 times a week. I cringed at the amount of money and time this would consume. I took him to Airrosti's Dr. Mike. He confirmed that a stress fracture was one of the possibilities (without a MRI we could be certain) but said it could be 2 or 3 other ailments. He would know after a session working with my son. After one session, Cooper felt a significant decrease in pain when he ran. He responded excellently to the treatment. After 3 sessions we were done and he was ready for the ne...+ show morext sports season. Dr. Mike saved us significant both money and time and most importantly reduced my son's pain to nothing!

I have dealt w/ chronic back pain for almost 15 years and have had episodes that have increased in pain level and frequency over the past year. I heard about Airrosti through a co-worker who I was discussing my issue with. I was telling her that my current doctor was alluding to the fact that my next steps would most likely include heavy medications and surgery, which was very disturbing to me. She recommended that I reach out to Dr. Michael Turjanica and see if he'd be able to help. In addition to her recommendation, one of the reasons that I decided to try Airrosti was because they were in-network and would offer an affordable alternative to surgery. I could not be more ecstatic about the results I've had thus far. Within two weeks, I've ...+ show morebecome virtually pain-free and have exercises that I can do at home to help strengthen my back and prevent further injuries. For the first time , I feel like I am working to heal & prevent further injury vs masking and treating the pain from the injury w/ medications. With the Airrosti treatments and recovery program, I feel like there is a very good chance that I'll be pain-free and be able to live without medications or the looming threat of a very expensive surgery. I can't say enough about the results that I've had within such a short period of time. THANK YOU DR. TURJANICA!

For months I suffered with sore knees, it was hard to bend down, and to do squats and lunges. I have a job where I sit all day, even getting up out of my chair was a chore. This past summer Airrosti came to my place of employment, and there I met the amazing Michael Turjanica! Michael was very pleasant, professional and he has smile that can light up any room. He assured me that he could "cure" me without meds or surgery. I had about 7 visits, along with exercises to do at home, and now I can do squats and lunges. I also was suffering off and on with Plantar Fasciitis, and with one visit and again with at home exercises, and I have no pain, especially in the mornings when I wake up. My last knee surgeon told me that the next operation would be a knee replacement surgery so I felt like that at 36 my journey at CrossFit was going to come to a very sad conclusion. Fortunately my world changed during one of the CrossFit classes when Michael Turjanica came to the class to offer help for muscle pains that CrossFit athletes experience. I spoke with Dr. Mike and scheduled my first appointment to see if he could help my knee that I had practically give up on. During the first appointment Dr. Mike was very honest with me and had me go in for screenings and X-rays. With Dr. Mike's help we started treatment. The Airrosti treatment had me feeling improvement by just the 3rd session. Dr. Mike gave me stretches and exercises to do at...+ show more home to help me on my road to knee rehabilitation. By the end of treatment my knee no longer felt like it was going to limit me from continuing with CrossFit or any of the other physical activities I enjoy so much. I am very thankful to Dr. Mike and the Airrosti treatment for helping me to take control of my knee rehabilitation. I no longer feel like my knee is keeping me from doing the things I love.

I would like to take a minute and thank Dr. Mike Turjanica of Airrosti Rehabfor getting me back to work and on the football field. While out before work at the firehouse, I was on my morning jog when at 3.75 miles I felt as if I was shot in my right calf. Since I had to leave work with the injury, unable to perform my duties as a firefighter, I went to see a local orthopedic doctor. Their office did the typical routine, take an x-ray (you know to see if I broke a bone), examine me for about 90 seconds by palpating my Achilles' tendon and calf muscle then put me in a stabilizing boot for 3 weeks. This course of action was completely unacceptable to me as I have spent the last 9 months losing 130 pounds and regaining an active lifestyl...+ show moree. So through the recommendation of a friend of mine, I made an appointment with Dr. Turjanica. He spent an hour assessing and treating my injury. I felt remarkably better in just one visit. After my second visit a couple days later, I was able to not only jump on my leg but run pain-free. I was released to go back to work as a firefighter AND even allowed to continue practicing football. I went back to the original orthopedic doctor to get clearance for my employer to allow me to go back to full firefighting duty. After another 90 second exam and explaining to them what I have done for therapy, they released me to go back to work with no restrictions. It took only 2 visits to get me back to work and I did not have to sit around with my

My dumbest injury? Pulling my back out bending over to get something off the floor. Seriously...doing nothing at all. But I was barely able to sit upright or press the gas peddle in my car without screaming pain. Dr. Hall got me in immediately despite being full and I walked upright out of his office from the first visit, not 100% but I'd say 70% better. Two more visits in a week and 100%. Have you ever said, "It is just going to take time?" And weeks later you are still suffering? It doesn't have to be that way. Airrosti and Dr. Hall are amazing!
