Hobbies:I'm often outdoors, whether playing sports or exploring. On the spectator side, I bleed Chelsea Blue and Bama Crimson.

Interesting Facts:I'm both a licensed private pilot and scuba diver. When not in the sky or sea, I usually have my loyal lady, Ms. Liberty Belle, a flashy boxer, by my side. While I'm a fairly healthy eater, I cannot stomach bananas, an aversion I've had since childhood.

Professional Affiliations:National Athletic Trainers Association, Texas State Athletic Trainers Association, American Chiropractic Association, American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians

What Airrosti Means to Me:As a lifelong athlete, I understand the importance of a strong foundation, both physically and mentally. Taking short cuts in self-care might get you through the week, but life is a marathon, not a sprint. Airrosti's mindful and individualized approach to treatment reflects my own beliefs as a practitioner. By striving to identify and treat the root causes of pain rather than only relieving symptoms, I'm able to ultimately enhance each patient's overall quality of life.

First of all Dr. Kregel and his staff are the most personable and hospitable people I have dealt with in the healthcare industry. If you are looking for someone that will LISTEN to what you have to say, this is the place to go to. I have a desk job and experienced horrible neck pain, especially when looking down. I feel like I tried everything to help with it, including: Posture Corrector, Ice, pain med, Inversion Table, Stretching. Some had little effect, but never lasted. The exercises that were prescribed to me plus the initial massage/adjustment really hit the spot. Something that patients must keep in mind is that it will be a lot of work on there end as well. It's up to them to implement the stretches/rehab exercises that the Doctor p...+ show morerescribes. It's one of those, "this will work as good as you implement" situations. Thanks Dr. Kregal!

I was having severe neck and shoulder pain and was recommended to Airrosti. I made an appointment online and after one session with Dr. Kregel and Emily, I was totally relieved from any pain. I followed Emily's home treatment and have been pain-free ever since. Very nice folks and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the Friendswood, TX location.

I have had right shoulder for pain for over a year now and after only one visit to Dr. Kregel at Airrosti, I have almost 100% relief of the pain I have been in for so long. I had never heard of this type of treatment before but I will definitely be recommending them to all of my family, friends and anyone who is having pain. I was afraid I might have needed surgery and I am excited to know that is not necessary.

I began having major issues with my sciatic nerve in May. After 2 ER visits, MRI's, pain meds and conventional rehab, I wasn't happy with the slow process of feeling better and getting back to normal. I decided to try Airrosti and Dr Kregel went though all of my history and explained where the issue was and how he would go about helping to correct my issues. After 4 treatments I can say that I feel almost 100% better! I would recommend him to anyone! Please try Airrosti before going through surgery! Thanks again, Dr. Kregel!!

After a lower back injection and a knee injection, my Pain Management doctor recommended I see an Airrosti chiropractor. I was skeptical from a previous lack luster chiropractic experience but was quickly proven wrong. I saw Dr. Kregel four times and what he did on those four separate visits was phenomenal. He worked the tissue then proceeded to work on the physical therapy exercises that I would also do at home. As he worked he explained what he was doing and why and gave recommendations on what to do to further alleviate pain and discomfort. It was a 55 minute drive for me each way and absolutely worth it! I will be looking up other Airrosti clinics when I'm too far from Dr. Kregel. Four visits! And covered by my insurance. Thank you Dr. ...+ show moreKregel and bless you.

I was suffering from severe back spasms, to the point that I couldn't get out of bed or even put socks on. Steroids, muscle relaxers and NSAID's weren't helping. After the first treatment, I never had another spasm. Was still tight and in some pain, but a huge improvement. After 2nd treatment, I had gotten to the point of almost no pain and a little tightness. By the time my 3rd treatment came around I was almost 100%, but I still went and I'm glad I did. I could really feel where the tightness was and so could he, and working through that final treatment was tough, but it was so worth it. I am back to 100% in less than 2 weeks from not being able to roll out of bed. I highly recommend this and Nick was very thorough in his explanations and...+ show more spent a lot of time with me, I'm very happy with the outcome.

After trying numerous chiropractors and taking pain killers on and off for a reoccurring shoulder and lower back issue was shocked after one session here was back in the gym the next day with little pain. Not saying I was cured overnight, as it took several sessions (was told in the beginning it would take 3-5), but the change was remarkable and long lasting - not temporary as in the past. Those on the fence about this type of treatment, I urge you to try, the results are remarkable. My doctor, Nicholas Kregel, was great, very informative, and what is rare these-days with most doctors, talks to you, and not at you. If looking for a change in treatments, and something that actually fixes the problem, not a band aide, I urge you try it out - ...+ show moreand if near Richmond, TX look for Nicholas Kregel.
