I came to Airrosti with severe hip pain. I was going to the Y, 3 times a week to prepare for a trip to Glacier National Park. My hip was hurting before we left on our trip. After hiking for 2 weeks, I could barely walk. I was sleep deprived due to pain during the night. My Daughter In Law told me about Airrosti…so I called and made an appointment. Dr. Zach accessed me and said I would probably need about 3 appointments…I couldn’t believe it! I did my exercises faithfully and started feeling normal again. After 2 visits, I could sleep better. I was able to go up and down stairs with no pain. Today was my last day…only 3 apps and that kinda makes me sad. I cannot say enough about the time that Dr. Zach took with me…answering a mill…+ show moreion questions…being so patient with me, and explaining what was going on with the muscles in my hip. He was professional, kind, and caring. My time with Adelle was great too…she taught me how to do my exercises carefully, asking me after each one how I felt. She was so kind and knowledgeable and I’m going to miss her too. Both she and Dr. Zach helped me so much. I am so very thankful for them and Airrosti. Merry…its so nice to be out of pain!

Zach is fantastic! I had muscle tension that was causing me a ton of pain. Zach’s treatment plan helped relieve that pain quickly; he is incredibly thorough and makes sure that you understand the treatment plan and that it is working before discharge. Will be recommending him to everyone!

Zach was awesome! He helped me tremendously with my shoulder pain and range of motion! Will definitely refer others and go back for treatment!
