We Fix Pain Fast

Pain can stop you from doing what you love. At Airrosti, we focus on diagnosing the root cause of your pain, then work to help resolve that pain as quickly as possible — often within only 3 visits (based on patient-reported outcomes).

Airrosti is a covered benefit by most major health insurance carriers, and a physician referral is typically not required. Call our Patient Advocate Team at (800) 404-6050 to learn more or confirm your coverage. In-clinic and telehealth appointments are available.

Airrosti providers are singularly focused on getting results for our patients, while providing the highest level of quality care. Whether you’ve been living with chronic and nagging pain for years or if you’ve recently experienced an acute injury, our providers find the root of your pain for fast, effective relief.

Our quality-care approach means we spend significant one-on-one time with every patient, one full hour every visit, to thoroughly diagnose and help resolve the source of your pain through safe and effective soft tissue treatment. We then educate you and give you guidance you can use at home to speed your recovery and prevent future injuries.

Our goal is to fix pain FAST (typically within 3 visits based on patient-reported outcomes) — with no needles, surgery, or invasive procedures. We help save patients time and money, while also helping eliminate or dramatically reducing the need for costly and potentially dangerous prescription pain killers and opioids.

Injuries We Treat

Airrosti providers diagnose and treat most common musculoskeletal and joint conditions, including pain in the neck, back, shoulders, hips, elbows, knees, and feet. Our treatment has shown to be effective at helping resolve everything from headaches to plantar fasciitis. We are just as effective at resolving chronic back pain as we are at resolving acute sports/athletic injuries like pulls and strains, as well as repetitive stress/wear and tear injuries like tendonitis, frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Does Airrosti take my insurance?

Airrosti is a covered benefit by most major carriers, and we are always working to establish new relationships with out-of-network carriers. Insurance coverage varies by location and your individual policy structure. Below is a list of carriers Airrosti is currently contracted with:

Aetna (All States)
Anthem (Virginia and Ohio only)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Texas)
Cigna (All States)
Healthsmart (All States)
Humana (Ohio and Texas)
MMO (Ohio)
Oscar (Most markets in Texas)
PHCS (All States)
Premera (Washington)
Regence (Washington)
Scott and White (Most markets in Texas)
UHC (Texas)

Due to our unique carrier arrangements, Airrosti only accepts and bills primary insurance. However, our patients have access to their superbills through the Airrosti Patient Portal to independently file claims with any secondary carrier.

Airrosti DC Providers are enrolled, but not participating, in Medicare.  This means our DC Providers can see Medicare patients at our self-pay rates, and the Medicare ABN form must be completed at every visit.

As part of the initial scheduling process, our Patient Advocate Team will contact your insurance carrier (if applicable) and verify your specific coverage.  We will notify you prior to your appointment to explain your benefits and our flexible payment options. Please note we may not be able to verify benefits in advance for appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours notice.

What are my options if I don't have insurance or my plan doesn't cover Airrosti care?

If you do not have insurance, have a high deductible plan, or if Airrosti is not covered under your plan, we do offer a convenient self-pay option. Our self-pay rates vary by location. The cost of treatment includes an hour-long appointment with our provider. Each appointment consists of a detailed evaluation, manual therapy, and active rehab. At Airrosti, our average treatment plan is 3 visits and, in most cases, Airrosti care is an affordable and efficient care option for resolving pain and injuries.

We accept checks and all major forms of credit cards, excluding American Express. HSA and Flex cards are accepted, providing the card has a credit card logo. We are unable to accept cash at any of our locations. We do offer convenient interest-free payment plans for those who need them, requiring an initial minimum payment at the time of each visit and monthly payments up to 12 months. When we call to verify your coverage and/or confirm your appointment, we will be happy to discuss our payment options in more detail and help make sure cost doesn’t keep you from getting the quality care you deserve.

Where is Airrosti located?

We are currently located throughout Texas in most major markets. In addition, we have several locations in Ohio, Virginia and Washington. To find a provider near you, please visit our locations page.

We also offer convenient telehealth options for those who are unable to come in for in-clinic care.

How do I know if Airrosti is right for me?

We know you may have questions about whether or not Airrosti can help you, especially if you’ve been suffering with chronic pain or an unresolved injury for years or feel you’ve exhausted all your treatment options. That’s why our primary goal for your first visit is to thoroughly assess and evaluate your condition, identify the root source of your pain, and determine if Airrosti treatment is right for you. We’ll walk you through a detailed explanation of your diagnosis and help you understand all your care options, so you can make an informed decision. If we are unable to resolve your condition, we’ll refer you to an appropriate specialist.

If we determine during your first Airrosti visit that we can’t help you, or you decide during your first visit that you do not want to seek Airrosti treatment for your injury, your visit up to that point will be free of charge and we’ll refund any money that has been charged before the start of the visit.

What makes Airrosti different from other treatment options?

Airrosti providers are skilled at evaluating and assessing the root cause of your symptoms. The time we spend with each patient — one full hour of one-on-one care — plays a key role in our outcome average. A detailed evaluation helps lead to a more accurate diagnosis, followed by highly specific manual therapy and individually prescribed rehab exercises to correct the underlying cause and prevent future injuries.

In nearly all cases, this allows for rapid recovery, complete injury resolution, and lasting results. You should expect to see dramatic improvement after only your first visit, and most patients experience complete injury resolution in as few as three visits.

We want to get you better as quickly as possible, but we also want to provide a really amazing patient experience. That’s something that we really focus on, and this is why 99.6% of our patients say that they’ll recommend Airrosti to their friends and family.

How is my Airrosti Provider able to diagnose my injury?

Our providers evaluate the cause of your injury, without the use of MRIs or X-Rays in most cases. In fact, we only refer patients out for imaging in less the 3% of our cases. A core component of your first visit involves our providers setting aside adequate time to perform a series of range of motion, orthopedic, and functional tests that allow us to very accurately identify the specific cause of your pain. This allows us to deliver a very specific manual therapy designed to target and quickly eliminate your pain.

Whether you’ve been living with chronic and nagging pain for years or if you recently suffered a sports- or activity-related injury, we can help fix your pain fast!

What does the actual Airrosti treatment consist of?

The reason we’re able to get the remarkable and consistent results we do is because of our emphasis on finding all the components of your injury and delivering a very specific treatment to the soft tissues. These are the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue throughout the body and around the joints. When our bodies experience repetitive stress or trauma, this tissue is often injured. This leads to pain, numbness, weakness, and restricted range of motion.

Our focus at Airrosti is fixing the connective tissue and manually repairing it to its normal state. By doing so, we are able to very effectively increase strength, function and range of motion, while dramatically decreasing pain and allowing our patients to return to normal activity — whether that means running a marathon, doing CrossFit, gardening, playing with the kids, or simply being more productive and pain free at work.

Does Airrosti treatment hurt?

We understand that our new patients may have some anxiety about the discomforts that can be felt during treatment. Rest assured, however, that our providers are well trained to deliver a very safe and effective treatment. Any discomfort you feel should be extremely temporary and will lead to a significant reduction in your current pain level.

Most conditions are resolved in as few as three visits based on patient-reported outcomes, and the majority of patients report little to no pain following the completion of the treatment plan. Additionally, you’ll receive detailed instructions for minimizing any post-treatment discomfort as well as specific exercises designed to speed your recovery and help prevent future injuries.

How do I know Airrosti treatment will work?

At Airrosti, we are truly committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Our focus is on getting the quickest and best results possible for our patients, which is why we are diligent about tracking progress and outcomes for every patient.

Because of our consistent patient-reported outcomes and satisfaction rates, you can be confident in the effectiveness of Airrosti care. In fact, 88.3% of patients reported complete injury resolution following completion of their treatment plan, and 93% reported improvement.

By completing your prescribed treatment plan and participating in your active recovery program, we know there’s an extremely high likelihood you’re going to experience complete resolution of your injury.
