The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue that stretches from the heel bone to the ball of the foot. This strong, tight ligament supports the arch of the foot during movement. It also contributes to the body’s gait and distribution of weight.
Because the plantar fascia is used for everyday movements, it is vulnerable to overuse and strain. Wear and tear and improper foot care can lead to a painful overuse injury called plantar fasciitis. This condition is often described as a stabbing or burning sensation in the heel or bottom of your foot.
In this video, Breanne Kelley, DC, discusses the causes, symptoms, and available treatment options for plantar fasciitis. She also explains how Airrosti treats plantar fasciitis and how we help you stay active during treatment.

Plantar fasciitis is commonly caused by weak ankle or hip joints. These weak joints put excessive pressure on the feet, leading to inflammation and foot pain. Understanding the causes and risk factors associated with this condition can help in its prevention and management.
Several common risk factors can contribute to the development of plantar fasciitis, including:
People with high arches are more likely to get plantar fasciitis because of the extra pressure on the plantar fascia.
Footwear lacking adequate arch support can fail to provide the necessary cushioning and stability for your feet.
Rapidly increasing the intensity or duration of physical activities, such as running or dancing, can strain the plantar fascia, leading to inflammation and pain.
Sports or occupations that involve repetitive stress on the feet, such as running or jobs that require prolonged walking or standing on hard surfaces.
Furthermore, certain demographic factors can also heighten the likelihood of experiencing plantar fasciitis. People who may have a higher weight, are pregnant or are over 40 tend to be at a higher risk. However, plantar fasciitis can affect people of all ages and lifestyles, regardless of demographic factors.
Plantar fasciitis is characterized by various signs and symptoms that primarily affect the foot’s arch and the bottom of the heel. Chronic heel pain is a common sign of this condition. It may feel like stabbing or burning, especially when you take your first steps in the morning. However, as the day progresses and you engage in physical activity, the pain may subside.
Additionally, there are specific activities that can trigger or exacerbate the heel pain associated with plantar fasciitis. These activities include:
Remaining on your feet for extended durations, such as during work or standing-based activities, can strain the plantar fascia, leading to increased discomfort and pain.
Strenuous exercise like running or jumping can worsen plantar fasciitis symptoms due to the excessive stress it puts on the feet.
After being seated for a while, standing up can trigger a sudden flare-up of pain in the heel.
To effectively manage plantar fasciitis, individuals should recognize signs, be aware of activities that worsen heel pain, and take proactive measures.
Surgery is not usually the first-line treatment for plantar fasciitis. In the majority of cases, conservative treatments such as rest, stretching exercises, orthotic inserts, physical therapy or Airrosti care can effectively manage symptoms and improve the condition. Surgery may be considered as a last resort for severe, persistent cases of plantar fasciitis that do not respond to conservative treatments.
Over-the-counter medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen or naproxen can help reduce pain and inflammation associated with plantar fasciitis. However, it’s important to use these medications as directed by a healthcare professional and to be aware of potential side effects. Additionally, topical pain relievers or corticosteroid injections may be recommended by a doctor for more severe cases of plantar fasciitis.
Yes, there are several self-care techniques and exercises that can help alleviate plantar fasciitis pain. These may include stretching exercises to loosen the plantar fascia and calf muscles, using orthotic inserts or supportive footwear to reduce strain on the arch of the foot, applying ice to the affected area to reduce inflammation, and avoiding activities that exacerbate symptoms. Additionally, maintaining a healthy weight and practicing good foot hygiene can help prevent and manage plantar fasciitis.
While it’s important to avoid activities that worsen plantar fasciitis symptoms, completely restricting all activity may not be necessary. Low-impact exercises such as swimming or cycling, as well as activities that do not put excessive strain on the feet, can be beneficial for maintaining mobility and promoting healing. However, high-impact activities such as running or jumping should be avoided until symptoms improve. It’s important to listen to your body and avoid overexertion, and to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance on activity modification.
I have had plantar fasciitis for almost three years. I have seen an orthopedic doctor; I use shoe inserts, I have received steroid shots, and have been recommended for surgery. I saw Dr. Morris for a few weeks, and when she told me that I had graduated, I really doubted that I was fixed. Two weeks after graduation, I facilitated a convention where I was on my feet daily for a week. I had zero pain. It was incredible!!! Now I'm reassessing my body and what other parts I can take to Dr. Morris so she can fix me.

I have known Paul Unger for years, but not professionally. I had a bad case of plantar fasciitis for the past two years. I have been a big walker for the last five years, walking a thousand miles per year. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Unger. I went to see him, and he warned me the first couple of treatments would be painful, and they were. I am happy to say that I am now walking 2 miles per day and looking forward to increasing that amount. It took about 6 or 7 visits within a month to correct a two-year problem. I would recommend Dr. Unger at Airrosti.

Dr. Garza not only healed the plantar fasciitis that I had been battling for two years in a few visits plus exercises, but he also got my ankle back to normal in a week after rolling it. I highly recommend using Airrosti & Dr. Garza to anyone battling aches & pains.

I was referred by a friend from my gym to see Dr. Brennan. I have been struggling with sharp pain in my left heel. The pain was coming and going all day. I do many aerobic activities also running. He confirmed that I had plantar fasciitis. After the first visit, the sharp pain was gone immediately. My foot was still sensitive but the constant pain disappeared. I followed the recommended stretches also I iced my foot once or twice daily. I went back 2 more times and I had wonderful experiences. Great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. I will recommend him to my friends. He also fixed by lower back pain. Thank you Dr. Brennan. I am sure I will see you in the future.

I visited Dr. Wilborn for help with alleviating Plantar Fasciitis pain. Over the course of three weeks of treatment, he was able to help with the pain by providing additional exercises and stretches. I am now in much less pain than I was and I've achieved 95% of normal mobility.

In the summer of 2022, Dr. Moore treated me for plantar fasciitis. Dr. Moore was a very concerned and dedicated doctor, always providing me with the upmost care and concern. I highly recommend Dr. Moore for those individuals who need a certified provider at Airrosti.

I have trusted Dr. Powell for years. After enduring months of recurring pain and injuries, he got me back to running from pretty severe calf and plantar fasciitis issues within a week. Since, I have seen him for 2 other issues and been right back out on the road. I have referred over a dozen people to him and all have been thrilled with the results. As Dr. Floyd says to me every time, "it's not supposed to hurt, so come on in and let's get you fixed". 10 out of 10 stars!!!

I went into the Airrosti Clinic with horrible Plantar Fasciitis in both feet 🙁 After just a few visits with Dr. Nick Jackson I was able to get back to walking again without PAIN! SO very thankful for all the help and relief!

I came to Airrosti looking for relief from Plantar Fasciitis. I was five months into foot pain that affected my ability to workout or even just walk around without being in pain. I had tried physical therapy as well as injections with no relief. I’m so grateful that I gave Airrosti a shot. Dr. Brittany is awesome! After 5 sessions with her, my foot is almost 100% pain free! I can jog again, be on my feet all day, and walk with little to no pain. My only regret is not coming to Airrosti 5 months ago. Thanks you!!

Suffering from early signs of Plantar Fasciitis is no fun. It comes with shooting pains in the foot and leg, tightness in the soft tissue, and lots of cramping. It really makes it difficult to sleep at night! Then came Airrosti. After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we c...+ show morean see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don't we all just grab lunch instead? Thanks again Benton, Calah, and all the rest of the Airrosti crew!

I had been dealing with plantar fasciitis in my right foot for over 6 months due to a walking injury. I'd been to a podiatrist who gave me two cortisone injections which did little good for healing the injury. I learned about Airrosti through my insurance provider and thought I'd give it a try. After doing the exercises for 6 weeks the pain is 95% gone. The stretching exercises and Dr. Pavlich's guidance really did help address the root cause of the problem for me. I highly recommend Airrosti!

I had been dealing with chronic plantar fasciitis for years. It finally got so bad I had to do something about it. I had known about Airrosti so I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Morgan and her team were great. Great listeners and at explaining what they were doing. My issue was a little stubborn due to how long I had had it so it took a couple extra visits but pain is almost gone from a 9 on a scale of 1-10. I would recommend Airrosti and Dr. Morgan to anyone.

I hope my story inspires you to take the next step and book an appointment with Airrosti but specifically with Dr. Westbrook. I’m from Houston and I’ve been a runner for 12+ years. I needed Airrosti back in 2016 for IT Band issue and became a believer. Fast forward to 2021 here in Austin, Texas. Last summer I ran a race with the wrong shoes and high elevations and the outcome was Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. I tried everything from socks to cold therapy to special shoes and nothing solved the issues. I booked an appointment with Dr. Westbrook and she was the kindest caretaker I’ve seen in a long time. She truly listens and was mindful of my financial situations and was able to get me to almost 💯 in 3 visits. The support and f...+ show moreollow up over the months were sincere and nice. I highly recommend her because of the services but more so for the care.

After seeing a podiatrist & an orthopedist in sports medicine, I tried various methods to stop the pain from plantar fasciitis. Methods included 3 injections, anti-inflammatory drugs, oral steroids, physical therapy, fracture boot for 3 weeks, compression sleeve, stretching exercises & ice. I was still unable to walk for exercise without pain. I had almost given up until Airrosti was recommended to me. In 3 treatments I am now walking again for exercise, pain free.

After three weeks of unrelenting plantar fasciitis pain, I made an appointment with Dr. Jade Moore. I found her to be very knowledgeable, which gave me confidence that I had found a competent doctor. She explained extensively what was going on with my plantar fasciitis in terms I could easily understand. She then described the treatment plan we would follow, showed me the exercises I was to do between visits and gave me written instructions. Then she proceeded with treatment. My second visit consisted of her determining the effects of treatment so far, another thorough treatment, some additional exercises, and scheduling my next appointment. How good is Dr. Moore? After only two visits my pain had virtually disappeared, and we agreed to ...+ show morecancel the third visit. I found her to be an excellent listener, extremely knowledgeable, a good communicator, very personable, and a really good doctor.

Came in with a lot of discomfort and pain due to my planters fasciitis and after 2 treatments I’m at about 90% back to normal. I highly recommend Airrosti and Dr. Britanny.

I’m currently a senior at Texas A&M and will commit to being an officer in the Army in August. Throughout different workout sessions, sleeping wrong, and just overall use of my body over the past 4 years at A&M, I’ve had numerous injuries. My first thought after I pulled a muscle in my back, felt something wrong in my knee, plantar fasciitis, and everything in between was “I need to go see Dr. Parsons”. I would waddle to his office broken and hurt and then walk out feeling better than before the injury after less than 3 visits. Every time I come across an injured cadet in the Corps, I always direct them to Dr. Parsons and Airrosti for the best medical care for injuries in the Brazos Valley. Dr. Parsons not only treats the injury ...+ show morebut makes his clients feel comfortable and confident in his office by how he explains the injuries to them and draws them on the board. I’ve learned a lot more functional anatomy from seeing him over the years than I have in some anatomy classes I’ve taken! I’m truly thankful for all the help Dr. Parsons has helped me with over the past few years!

I am a pretty active person and developed Plantar fasciitis over time. I am thankful to have met Dr. Garza and his staff. His treatments made my foot feel so much better! I feel hopeful to continue my activities and hobbies. I highly recommend Dr. Garza and the team.
by Mari Van Der Walt
I had terrible foot pain! Dr. Tom listened as I explained my issues. We discussed it and he said it was Plantar Fasciitis. He assigned me stretches and exercises to do to help me and wow -- I started to feel better and walk better within just a few days. I loved that he was always just a message away. He was so encouraging through the whole process. Also knowing that I can reach back out to him is so comforting.

I’m new to Airrosti and now a huge believer. After only a short time Dr. Garza is helping me with Plantar Fasciitis and a completely stiff and painful neck issue. Dr. Garza talks to you and explains the process. Actually, look forward to each visit now. In addition, Michelle (physical therapist) is patient and helpful with her instructions and care.

One year with podiatrist visits, injections and orthopedic inserts did not fix my plantar fasciitis. Four visits within three visits with Mendy and I’m 90 percent back, and better than ever! Do the at-home exercises and the results are much better than expected.

I was struggling with plantar fasciitis and saw the Airrosti folks when they came to the City of Plano Fire Department and did a complimentary session with a few of us. I scheduled follow-up visits in Allen and within three visits my plantar fasciitis was gone and has never returned. I recommended Airrosti to my husband for a shoulder issue and I too have used them again for shoulder pain. We have gotten the large roller for the back and the rubber balls for shoulder and back exercises and use them a lot paired with exercises and suggestions that we got from our office visits. We will always use Airrosti first before trying any medical treatments, as they have saved us from just having meds thrown at an issue.
by Holly Mischnick
I have had plantar fasciitis for years. I saw a podiatrist several years ago but the exercises were no longer helping. I contacted Airrosti and set up an appointment. The problem wasn’t just in my foot but also in my hips. I was given several hip stretches and foot extensions that I do daily. What a difference in my foot and my hips. I made it through my son's wedding in a low heel without debilitating pain. I still have a couple of weeks to go in my plan and My doctor has been helpful in walking me through each exercise.

Airrosti gave me the tools I needed to reduce my foot pain associated with trail running. I've very happy with the individualized approach and coaching.

I am happy to share my positive experience with Dr. Lear and Tammy Kinney - Certified Recover Specialist at the Fort Worth location. I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis on my right foot due to over-exertion. Dr. Lear has significant experience in curing this ailment and was very effective in working the area to relieve the pain that I had been experiencing over the past four months. Dr. Lear instructed Tammy Kinney to demonstrate the exercise programs that I was to do on my own between sessions. Tammy was very competent and knowledgeable in showing me the proper techniques which I was to use to exercise on my own. After three sessions with Dr. Lear and Tammy, my plantar fasciitis - that I had been dealing with for four months - was ...+ show moreresolved. I cannot say enough about the professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly - effective treatment that I received. I recommend Dr. Lear and Tammy Kinney to anyone suffering from physical ailments like mine as my experience far exceeded my expectations.

I came in with months-long foot pain due to plantar fasciitis, and within 4 weeks the pain has almost disappeared. I couldn't be happier with the effectiveness of the treatment and I attribute my recovery solely to Dr. Pavlich and his direction. As opposed to other injuries I've presented to doctors in the past, I feel as if Dr. Pavlich listened to my concerns 100% and allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted to. Because of this communication, he was able to pinpoint the injury from the beginning, and allow me to do the appropriate treatment/therapy from home! Thank you!

This summer I developed plantar fasciitis of my right foot. I am a very busy professional and my day at work is spent mostly on my feet. Thanks to Dr. Cully and Megan, and another lady whose name I can't recall, I am back to operating at full speed. My wife and I have also previously experienced Airrosti's great work and have directed quite a few people there to get help with their aches and pains. The consensus has been 100% approval. Thank you again!
by Michael Pavlov
Dr. Story did an amazing job identifying that my plantar fasciitis was actually being caused by weakness in my hips. He created an easy-to-follow plan and I've been pain-free for the first time in years. Thank you for all you've done to get me back on my bike!
by Stefani Morrison
I went with extreme pain on my heels from plantar fasciitis that I had been dealing with for about 1 year. I had already gone to a podiatrist and had got no relief from steroid injections. After 6 visits with Airrosti, I can now say my pain is gone. Thank you Airrosti!

I came upon Airrosti in a dense fog of defeat looking for anything or anyone online that could help the screaming, fire-like pain in my foot. After some self diagnosis, I settled on Plantar Fasciitis but wanted a professional confirmation and a treatment plan without a surgical component. Anyone who has had this before knows it's no joke. My first appoint with Dr. Liz was the exact relief I was looking for! She was warm and caring, sympathetic to the pain that I was experiencing, but also knowledgeable and capable in her chosen field which gave me instant peace knowing that I was in good hands and that this pain would go away. Once it was confirmed that is was in fact Plantar Fasciitis, Dr Liz immediately went into treatment mode setting...+ show more out a course that was not only manageable ( for a wife and mom of three young boys) but results driven. I never felt overwhelmed, only comforted in the fact that she was addressing the major issues while giving me the skill-set I needed to take care of the minor issues at home. Between the two of us, we were going to conquer this thing! After my 3rd appointment, I felt marked improvement. During each session she would always explain what area she would be working on, why that was important and how that fit into the overall rehabilitation of my foot. Turns out, the pain I was experiencing, while localized at the Plantar Fascia, had actually originated in another part of my body. Everything became clear, it was a domino affect. Airrosti treats the whole body, as everything is connected and works as a whole. The phrase, the whole is only as great as the sum of its parts, kept coming to mind every time I would do an exercise and start to question how this would help my foot! I am happy to say that my intense, stabbing, fire-like, didn't want to take a step out of bed pain that I felt is not only gone, but I now have the confidence to self-care properly for my injury, which I didn't before. There is so much comfort in that alone and I owe it all to Dr. Liz Alvarado! Thank you for listening and for your patience!

I saw Dr. Wall after the second bout of plantar fasciitis hit and several friends recommend Airrosti. Her course of treatment and care was outstanding. She listened to all my concerns and worked to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend her to care for friends and family.
by Jennifer Rucker
I suffered from plantar fasciitis for 2 years prior to receiving my first Airrosti treatment. Expensive orthotics and multiple visits to podiatrists were not getting me results. A friend of my sister told her about the Airrosti method and that it had worked for her. I immediately researched it and was thrilled to find an Airrosti clinic here in Georgetown. Within 5 visits with Dr. Wall, her team, and recovery plan I was done with plantar fasciitis. Quality of life is infinitely better. Thank you Airrosti and Dr. Wall.

Today was my first day of treatment for plantar fasciitis. I briefly knew about the condition and knew some exercises. As I was assessed for my first visit I was given detailed info on where exactly the pain begins and ends. I honestly had no clue that my condition had anything to do with my legs as I had pain just in my heels. Dr. Zelaya made me feel so comfortable with my visit and explained everything to me that I honestly didn’t have many questions (I am one to ask A LOT of questions) at the end of my assessment. After my treatment with Dr. Zelaya I was then taken to Jeff. He helped me with exercises that I will need to do daily. I was also very at ease with Jeff during my therapy session and felt very much informed on my condition...+ show more. I can honestly say I am EXCITED for my future visits and HIGHLY recommend to anyone in need of assistance with physical therapy.

I visited Dr. Hicks 3 times for plantar fasciitis. My pain level was a 10. After 3 visits I was back to dancing and walking 2 miles a day. She was very professional and educated me and my husband on how to take care of this by doing additional therapy at home. She was a joy to work with. My husband intends on seeing her for shoulder pain. Highly recommend this treatment. 👌

I had Plantar Fasciitis for about 2-3 years, if you ever had this it can be very painful. I had injections over a years and they would only last for so long, so my PCP recommended Airrosti and stated that our Insurance cover this with only a copay, I jumped at the chance and made my first appointment. I met with Dr. Jake Hamblen and Vince in South Grand Prairie, they are so nice and friendly. On my first visit we talked about my issue and what have to done and what I have been doing to help correct it, Dr. Hamblen explained what he was going to do and we started the healing. He massaged my feel and felt like he was sticking a needle in the skin, but felt so good. I then had a visit with Vince for my exercises. I went back in 4 days and I...+ show more DID NOT have any pain after my first visit. OMG, still a week and half after the first visit on pain. I still do my exercises and ice. So glad I went to Airrosti for my Plantar Fasciitis. Bye Bye Plantar Fasciitis. Thank you Dr. Jake for making my feet happy again.

I first started having foot pain while I was enlisted in the Air Force. I did a lot of marching in basic training and I spent a lot of time guarding the flight lines in very uncomfortable and unsupportive boots. Over the last 18 years, I have seen several doctors who have tried to help, but only gave me temporary relief. I finally got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and after spending almost a year getting different injections in my heels, my amazing podiatrist recommended tension release surgery. In the past 5 months, I had surgery on both feet. I ended up spending 5 weeks on crutches after my first surgery, and then spent 3 weeks trying to walk on both feet again before I got the second surgery. I got the second surgery at the beginn...+ show moreing of September and my podiatrist suggested I see Airrosti to help strengthen my feet and walk pain free. I hobbled into Dr. Bonk's office feeling defeated and wondering if I had made the right choice in getting surgery. I felt like I traded one pain for another and I wondered if I would ever walk pain free again. Dr. Bonk was amazing from the first time I stepped into his office. He always answered any questions I had and he made sure that I knew he was there if I had any questions or concerns. I would also like to recognize Elizabeth Rodriguez for helping me find the perfect at home exercises and letting me cry on her shoulder as well. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for these two amazing people who are passionate about helping others feel better. I am so grateful for everything. Thank you so much Dr. Bonk. You have no idea how much you have changed my life.

For over a year, I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis and knee & hip pain. Before I met Dr. Gavin Olds, I had been to several doctors seeking treatment, paid for costly MRIs, received cortisone injections and was prescribed muscle relaxers. The fix was temporary, only for the pain to return with a vengeance. I felt like an 80-year-old woman living in a 40-year-old body and was losing hope of being pain free. Giving treatment one last shot, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Olds. I was pleasantly surprised of him being so down to earth and super relatable! A big THANK YOU and a deserving high five goes to Dr. Olds and his rehab specialist Baylee! I am deeply indebted to them for their help. Two thumbs up for Airrosti!

After injuring my foot while training for a 1/2 marathon, then continuing to run on it, I seriously thought I had done too much damage to be able to return to running. My doctor diagnosed me with a Plantar Fascia tear and prescribed Airrosti therapy. I went from walking with a limp to running WITHOUT pain in 3 weeks! I was amazed. I tell everyone I know about Airrosti and I've returned for other injuries since. Dr. Latiolais and Annabelle are wonderful and have given me my active life back!

Dr. McGaughran is the BEST! I had suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for 2 years. It had gotten progressively worse, to the point I really had given up. I contacted Airrosti, honestly not expecting a lot, but figured I would give myself one more attempt. I am so glad I did! After 3 visits I was discharged with an amazing home program and very close to being pain FREE!! Thank you Dr. McGaughran and Jen! There are no words to express how grateful I am to get my life back!

I did had Plantar Fasciitis (PF) that caused very strong and sharp pain in my ankle to the point to be unable to walk. Went through all traditional treatment with PCP and then with a very qualified Podiatrist. They helped me on the beginning. However, even when using prescribed sole inserts and two treatments with cortisone my problem persisted. Then, I was given the only option of surgery. After a successful back pain treatment, I decided to ask about my PF to Dr. Tyger and it worked wonders. This story has repeated with many of my colleagues. I highly recommended to them and you.

I've been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year. One of my coworker's advised me to go to Airrosti, but because I've been suffering for so long and my Doctor stated that there was really nothing anyone could do for me besides surgery and that really doesn't work either and just gave me Ibuprofen for inflammation. I felt helpless and hopeless. Then in May this year I decided I was tired and had to try one last thing, I called Airrosti and they made an appointment for me on the same day, right after work (I think it was GOD sending me here). Dr. Cain and Lisa were so kind and caring. They told me they believed they could help me (that really gave me hope). Dr. Cain said, Just give him 6 visits. I have had pain (plantar fasciitis) for five years. I went to my first Airrosti appointment last week. I was skeptical but I don't have that pain anymore. I went for a 10 mile run Saturday (3/2/19) and throughout the whole run I just knew the pain was going to come back but it hasn't and it's been a week now and still no pain. Take it from someone who was skeptical and is now a firm believer that Airrosti works and not just for foot pain. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. They both know what they are doing and they are so nice and helpful. When or if I get any pain anywhere I will be ...+ show moregoing to see them.

I came to Dr. Jenay defeated physically and mentally due to plantar fasciitis. As an avid runner and hiker, my life was turned upside down. Dr. Jenay never gave up on my journey. When one thing didn’t work, she tried another. She consulted colleagues and always had my health and best interest in mind. Because of her thoroughness and research, she was able to find an underlying problem that actually was causing the PF - thyroid issues!!! Had she not gone the extra mile, I’d never known this to be a factor of my issue. Since then, I’ve gotten treatment and was able to complete the Rock and Roll Half Marathon this past December. Thank you guys so much!

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis since 2012, I would run 3-4 miles 4 days a week, stopped running in 2014....when I stopped running is when I noticed the plantar fasciitis pain...and it progressively got worst! I had other friends with the same issue and they kept pushing me to go to a podiatrist for an Injection, but the thought of a needle going into my foot did not sit very well! I was tagged on an ad for Airrosti from a friend, and read the testimonials, and thought...let me try it! Why I didn’t call sooner, I don’t know! Dr. Vick and Cera are amazing! Dr. Vick listened to my concerns, talked to me about the anatomy of where the source of my pain was coming from once I pointed it out! She had me walk and noticed how I...+ show more shift my foot one direction when I walked and told me not to become OCD of my walking (which I kind of did) 🙂 but to pay attention and focus on lifting off on my big toes vs the little toes! They make a great team and I am forever grateful to both of them because today, after 5 sessions I was discharged with no more plantar fasciitis pain!!!!!! Thank you, Dr. Vick and Cera!! I also do not want to leave out the check-in process, they greet you by name, and treat you like a friend/ person....you are just not a patient to them! 🙂

The doctor is amazing. I went to Airrosti with a plantar fasciitis problem. I have been struggling with it for around 9 years. I went to one doctor and recommended physical therapy. I went for almost 6 months. I felt better but it was not really gone. Then I got cortisone shots in the plant of my foot and nothing. Went back to therapy. So between therapy, cortisone shots and excessive, I have not been able to walk for a long distance, dance or do any fun activity that I was used to doing. I saw on Facebook about this new place Airrosti and decided to try. In their video, they talk about looking in the calf of the leg and not just the plant of my feet. The doctor found nods in my calf and took care of them. In one treatment one of my foot...+ show more pain went away and the other took 2 treatments. I don't have to go back to the doctor and they taught me how I can take care of it if the pain comes back. Its been 2 weeks since my first appointment and my feet feel great! Thank you, Doctor Clark and Cassie.

I was sidelined for over 3 years from running due to serious pain from plantar fasciitis. I tried orthopedic MD's, injections, therapy, orthotics.... Nothing got rid of the nagging pain. This year was the 20th year anniversary of the Flying Pig Marathon and I was determined to run. One of my gym friends mentioned Dr. Balza and the success he had with an Achilles injury. So I gave it a shot. After 4 visits I was running pain free and able to complete 16 weeks of training and finish the marathon without any pain. I won't lie, if I stray from my stretching exercises I start to feel twinges but once I get back on my program it goes right away. I learned so much and have referred many other running friends to Dr. Balza. Thank you for giving m...+ show moree back my running life! Forever grateful!

Went to see Dr. Mike, for Plantar Fascitis, 3 visits, and I am 100% better, it is amazing the care and friendliness, is fabulous! I have been to a podiatrist a year of pain, shots, and Dr. Mike fixed it in 3 weeks. So glad I found him. I have recommended him to my co-workers and friends. Physical Therapy was very easy, amazing with techniques. Fabulous!!

Being a long distance runner who foolishly amped up weekly mileage by a considerable amount, I was stopped dead in my tracks with plantar. Dr. Peregrine and Ryan Brown at the Waco Airrosti have gotten me back on my way to running with their techniques and therapy plans. These 2 guys have been so great to me and I cannot say enough about their customer service! I highly recommend Airrosti Waco. Go see Dr. Peregrine and Ryan to help you get rid of your pain!

My story started in November of 2017. I came to Dr. Rios after almost 12 months of severe plantar fasciitis. I was getting steroid shots and using a night splint. I tried it all and nothing worked. After four visits with Dr. Rios, I am living with mild pain. I am working the program and doing my home exercises and it is getting better by the day. I just wish I would have gone here first. No more suffering. Thank you so much, Dr. Rios. I can't say enough nice things about her and the practice. An injury is life-consuming and going to Airrosti has me back on the road to recovery.

I went to a podiatrist with foot pain and I was diagnosed with planters fasciitis. I suffered with the pain for 2 months. After 2 cortisone injections that did not work, and after purchasing expensive insoles, I was told I was going to need surgery. I was also told the surgery may or may not work. My supervisor suggested Airrosti so I googled Airrosti and read what they were about. After reading up on all of their information i decided to give them a try. I limped into Airrosti barely able to get in the door. After my first appointment I felt so much better. I was able to walk but still had pain. I had my 5th appointment today and was discharged. I walked out of Dr. Tunde's office with no pain and no limp. Dr. Tunde is a very sweet and c...+ show morearing doctor. If I ever have any other pain Airrosti will be my first choice. I definitely recommend Dr. Tunde and Airrosti! Thank you very much Dr. Tunde.

I had tried everything for a year prior to airrosti for plantar fasciitis in both feet with little improvement. I heard several times about Airrosti, but wish I had known prior to all that I had tried. My visits took longer because I had more than feet issues, but I went in limping and in severe pain and finished with some flare ups, but such great ability to move, walk and live life!! If I had not gone in, I really think I would still be living in great pain. It was painful, but so worth the outcome. I recommend Airrosti to everyone in pain. Go here first!! Skip the shots, boot, stuff on Amazon, physical therapy and get those knots worked out. Thanks!!

Dr. Clark provided me with support and help through 2 injuries. The first injury was plantar fasciitis. Through muscle manipulation, Dr. Clark was able to get rid of the pain that comes with this injury and also, gave me the flexibility I needed to stay healthy. The second and more severe was a pulled hamstring. Very painful, but Dr Clark again through muscle manipulation was able to get rid of the horrible bruising, stiffness and pain associated with that type of injury. Several friends told me about Airrosti and how it works and their successes. But really to see for myself was amazing. I truly recommend Airrosti treatment.

I am a believer and now advocate of the Arrosti treatment! I am a Software Architect for Southwest Airlines; and each day I do a lot of walking between buildings and to/from meetings. After being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, it was painful to walk just a few steps. I did a google search and ended up in the office of Dr. Sarah Rothgeb. She did a great job in being thorough with regards to explaining the impacted muscles and ligaments as well as what the Arrosti treatment entails. I have heard stories of not being cured of plantar fasciitis within a 6 month period; but under Dr. Rothgeb's care and the Arrosti treatment, my ailment went away in just a little over a month! Truly Amazing! Thank you Dr. Rothgeb!

I want to thank Dr Newman for making me a believer in Airrosti. I was in a lot of pain in my right foot with plantar fasciitis. I couldn't believe how 3 visits would help me with the pain without shots or surgery. I was desperate to try anything but the shots or surgery though. After my first visit, I noticed a drastic change in my foot. By my 2nd visit I was able to walk on my heels again. Amy did an awesome job also with taping my leg and showing me the exercises I needed to keep up with. I will definitely recommend Airrosti to everyone I know. Thank you so much Airrosti Team!!

All my life, I've been an active person. I have played basketball, softball, swimming and soccer. As with any sport, there are always injuries. I've had my fair share and then some. I was also a drill instructor for the USAF and marched everywhere for 3 years. Fast forward 30 years and my body was about ready to give in. I've been to many doctors with minimal result for my various aches and pains. I was seriously contemplated a wheelchair just to get around. I was hobbling around the gym one day and one of the trainers asked me what was wrong. On this particular day, my plantar fasciitis (in both feet) was really yelling at me. The coach said "I can help with that." She said she was a provider at Airrosti. No one has ever been that confi...+ show moredent in saying that to me, so I decided to give it a shot. After the initial assessment, the doctor said I really wasn't walking, that I was more like stepping. She said it would be difficult and it would probably take more than the normal 3-4 treatments to get my feet back to somewhat normal functionally. We both agreed on a treatment plan and she went to work. Even after the first treatment, I could tell there was a big difference. At my second visit, I asked if she could work on other area I was having problems. All in all, she worked on both feet, both hips and both shoulders, making this 55 year old feel more like a 35 year old! I cannot thank her enough for literally giving me my quality of life back!

After almost 7 months of feeling like I was walking on glass due to plantar fasciitis I went to Airrosti. One visit in I was already seeing results!
Seeing Dr. Kempe has been a life changer. I am now back to my regular activities and most importantly, walking pain free. I can't express how thankful I am for Dr. Kempe's work and determination to get me pain free.
