I was training for my 4th marathon and was again having it band issues along with some neck/upper back issues. I had never been to a chiropractor but it was highly recommended that I get treated by Dr Alvarado, so I gave it a try. I discovered right away that she is both super personable and highly knowledgeable with her treatment being top notch. I felt a big difference after every treatment and the at home exercises she provided me proved to be very valuable. Not only did I not have any it band issues during training or during the race, but she also helped with the upper body tightness that at the time I hadn't realized was such a big issue. Due to her treatment I was able to have better posture and felt more relaxed as I was running. As a bonus I ran my pr that marathon and truly believe it was due to Dr Alvarado's superb treatment. Obviously I recommend her to everyone and will definitely be returning if I need treatment again.
I wanted to share my story with Ben McKee, I’ve seen Ben for lower back issues, TMJ and pain in my neck and shoulder for the past 6 years. Ben is an amazing doctor, he has always had me pain free most times in just two visits, his bedside manor and true concern for me to be 100% is unbelievable. I’m so grateful for his effort to always have such true concern for his patients, he is such a blessing!
I have sufffered severe back pain for 10+ years. Nothing helped and I had to do life & care for my little kids in extreme pain. I went to see Dr. Wheeler and after ONE visit I had HUGE improvement. I could stand up straight for the first time in a decade! It’s been nothing short of a miracle and I am forever greatful!

First of all Dr. Kregel and his staff are the most personable and hospitable people I have dealt with in the healthcare industry. If you are looking for someone that will LISTEN to what you have to say, this is the place to go to. I have a desk job and experienced horrible neck pain, especially when looking down. I feel like I tried everything to help with it, including: Posture Corrector, Ice, pain med, Inversion Table, Stretching. Some had little effect, but never lasted. The exercises that were prescribed to me plus the initial massage/adjustment really hit the spot. Something that patients must keep in mind is that it will be a lot of work on there end as well. It's up to them to implement the stretches/rehab exercises that the Doctor prescribes. It's one of those, "this will work as good as you implement" situations. Thanks Dr. Kregal!
I was in severe pain for years! Between my left foot and my right hip. I knew I was going to have surgery on my foot and wanted to start therapy on my hip before. Even though it was tough work, both in and out of the office, it was worth it! I recommend Dr. Levick to anyone I know that needs PT. I can move, bend and walk with minimal pain now!
Dr. Bill Kemp is my go-to PT whenever I have a running related ache or pain. Recently I've had the opportunity to do virtual sessions with him and I have found them just as effective as in-person treatment. He and Erin make a great team!

Tennis elbow and perfect care from this kind Dr. She is awesome!
My issues started with a common morning neck pain, that rapidly transitioned to my upper trap area and upper back. I could barely sleep as I felt needles on my back, decreasing range of motion in my neck, and starting to lose strength on my right upper back/shoulder area. Easy activities like lifting a 10-pound bag above my head or driving was painful. I went to a couple of therapists, and then to a spinal surgeon, physical therapy exercises, and had an MRI with none to little improvement. At this point most of the improvement was accomplished via medication: steroids and anti-inflammatory pills. I was recommended Arriosti by a friend that was aware of my issues and heard about it from another friend who was almost going to surgery, decided to give Arriosti a try and after a few sessions he was significantly better. In my case I needed to try something new as I was in a point where Doctors would not recommend surgery, yet my pain was the same. In Arriosti I found the following from the...+ show more beginning to the end of my program: • Comprehensive exam and evaluation about my physical issues. • Commitment of taken care of my situation, not so much in the number of visits, but with clear path of consistent improvement • Willingness to work with me and my insurance which has limited authorized visits. • Detailed explanation of possible causes, consequences, and ways of treatments for my pain • Detailed explanation of the exercises and therapies to be done in order to accelerate the treatment efficiency • Clear transition from myofascial release, to stretch, to strengthen muscles groups, including taping. • Honest concern about my situation and improvement I cannot express enough my gratitude towards the staff of this facility as they met and exceed tmy expectations and for sure will be my place to go in case of any injure or physical issue. “I had hurt my left hand a few years back to where I fell on it and I hyperextended my middle finger and my ring finger. Never would I expect that my pain that I have on my left shoulder blade and the pain that continues to my lower back, be a result F this injury three years later. Dr. Peregrine and his staff are so great! They are attentive to the problem and help you with so many techniques that you do at home, school and at work! I totally recommend Airrosti Of Waco”!

Dr. Camp is absolutely amazing. Great therapy with a profession and personal experience. He explained everything he was doing and the treatments he would provide. Great follow up and checking on my progress!

I have been suffering from massive lower back spasms off and on for years, and they came back in full force in early 2020. They were so bad over the course of five months that I had to resort to a lot of medication and long recovery times (weeks of being able to barely walk or stand). Going to work some days ways a major struggle and I could barely walk around the house, being in fear of a sudden wave of debilitating spasms. Long story short, I saw a back surgeon who decided that I was not a candidate for surgery and he referred me to Dr. Vick at Airrosti in Houston, TX. She took a lot of time to listen and understand what was going on with my back and I saw her for several treatments, which produced absolutely amazing results. I have been living pain free for about a month now and I don't take any medication. As a bonus, she was able to help me learn how to stretch and move properly so I can avoid a spasm situation. I am so glad that I found Dr. Vick and I would recommend her to anyon...+ show moree suffering from spasms or a weak lower back. She knows what she is doing. This is game-changing treatment.
I am so grateful that I was recommended to this place of hope. Somehow, since I was 15 years of age, I messed up my knees and was left incapable of running compared to the way I used to run and exercise. This limited my exercise ability and time. I was always left so unsatisfied because I couldn't run the way I used to, so I gave up running. After going with so many chiropractors, I never felt any differences after their sessions, and I continued to have pain in my knees as soon as I started to run. Eventually, I was recommended by a friend to this place. At that point I was very skeptical about it since I was already 38 years of age and had been unable to overcome more than a half mile. Thankfully, I can now say that after 22 years I can finally run. At last! My deepest thanks to Dr. Espinoza for the treatment, and Christian Garcia for training me to exercise correctly. My last string of hope has been renewed, and I am so glad now that running 2 miles and a half is a much less difficu...+ show morelt task. I am very satisfied with the results, and I continue to put into practice what I have been taught by these two men.

After years of improper posture and working at a computer I had developed an injury in my rotator cuff that was causing a lot of discomfort using my upper body. I waited almost a year hoping it would get better to no avail. I then decided to make an Airrosti appointment in hopes to finally recover, and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Young and Erica are phenomenal. After only two visits I feel that I am finally on the road to recovery. My range of motion has improved greatly, and I can finally feel the muscles in my back engaging as they should! Not only were both of them great as medical providers, they also excelled in making me feel comfortable during my appointments. Each visit left me happier than when I walked in, and Dr. Young's comprehensive explanations left me with a greater understanding of what my injury was. I can't express enough how thankful I am to both of them and how much I would recommend this for anyone feeling muscular discomfort or dysfunction.
Dr. Buell was committed to taking time to figure out exactly what was going on with my knee so that he could customize my treatment for what I needed. Dr. Buell explained things very thorough each time. I also liked that I was welcomed by name to the office and he was always running on time.
I had ongoing shoulder pain from a torn bicipital tendon that would regularly flair up. After 2 sessions with Dr. Froberg the pain subsided which allowed me to return to my regular activities. Unfortunately, I felt so good, I forgot that I was injured, lifted something heavy, and seriously re-injured myself. Dr. Froberg did his absolute best to help me, but unfortunately it seems as though surgery may be the best option. I was impressed with his honesty, his openness about future treatment options, offered to continue to help with the injury, and referred me to a physician to review more invasive treatment. Bottom line, a pleasure to work with, delivered real results, and was honest with other solutions that may deliver longer term results. I highly recommend him.
I have been suffering from extreme knee pain for over the past 6 years. Just doing simple daily routine activities had become very difficult. I needed to do something before going straight into surgery. I started seeing Dr. Vick for the knee pain and thru her treatments, exercise and icing tips, my daily activities have become much more manageable. Dr. Vick is very through, listen and discusses how you feel since you last appointment and has a genuine interest in relieving any aches and pains you might have. Dr. Vick not only is concerned about treating her patients but is there to also share advice on health and general wellness. I would highly recommend visiting Airrosti to help with any injuries one would have and especially see Dr. Vick.
I was in TERRIBLE pain with my shoulder. I thought I had slept on it wrong, but I needed help. I was able to get the relief I needed, as well as learn the tools to practice to prevent the same problem in the future. I highly recommend Airrosti. I liked the idea of a short turn around in time to get me back to my active lifestyle. I will definitely return to Dr. Bodziony should I need help in the future.
I went to Dr. Hamblen when he was doing clinicals at Parker University. A few years later when I was experiencing increasing pain in my hip, I contacted him for a recommendation to another chiropractor since I thought AIRROSTI didn't take Medicare patients. Because I was wrong, I was able to see Dr. Hamblen again. After only 3 visits I am virtually pain-free and will continue to do the exercises he and Lauren, his assistant, prescribed. Prior to his treatment, I was having pain walking and was walking stooped because of muscle contractions. I was amazed I could be pain free after less than 2 weeks. I call Dr. Hamblen my miracle worker. He and Lauren make a great team in treatment planning and patiently going over the treatment with a patient. I believe I will not encounter that sort of pain again now that I know how to exercise appropriately, but rest assured I will return to Dr. Hamblen if a different problem arises. I fully recommend AIRROSTI and especially Dr. Hamblen and Lauren.
I had been struggling with debilitating tendinitis Which also had affected my shoulders for a year now. I tried everything from massage, acupuncture and every “pain relief” cream on the market. I saw the sign “We Fix Pain Fast”. I remember laughing to myself and saying we’ll see. After the very first visit the relief was 90%! I couldn’t believe how incredible I felt. I went for two additional visits and every single visit there was improvement. I lifted weights for the first time in a year with ZERO PAIN!!! Dr K and his staff have been phenomenal. Completely professional, kind and courteous. The facility is always exceptionally clean. The post treatment exercises are a must and helped provide a rapid and thorough recovery. I can’t recommend Airrosti and Dr Kuykendall enough. I’ve told friends, family and clients about my incredible experience w Dr K. I urge anyone that is doubtful to go at it with a positive attitude and see the treatments through. Do the exercises! I h...+ show moreoe that everyone has a life changing experience like I’ve had! Dr. Gibson is awesome. I came in originally with a severely pinched nerve in my neck, had hip issues and knee pain. Dr. Gibson has not only corrected the alignment causing all of these issues, but we discovered that the pinched nerve was directly related to/causing the migraines I had been suffering from. She has also taught me how to treat my body better, to listen to it when I'm hurting and how to stretch/exercise to keep me out of her office!!
Dr. Rios gave me back a big part of my life. I’d been a regular runner for a long time, until my Achilles tendons started giving me trouble. It came on gradually over several years, until it got to the point that if I ran a single painful mile I’d be limping around in pain for several days afterward. During this time I went to several doctors, physical therapists, and specialists, with no improvement. The next step was going to be surgery, which I wanted to avoid. I pretty much gave up on ever running again. Decided to try Airrosti, and on my first visit I described the problem and Alex said, yeah, we can fix that. With everything I’d been through over about 20 years – yes, this was a chronic, long-term problem - I was skeptical, but after one session I felt improvement. A couple more and I was back on the running trail. Dr. Rios really knows what she is doing. From your symptoms and her training and experience she is able to figure out what the underlying problem is. In my cas...+ show moree she got it right the first time – surprise, it wasn’t actually the Achilles tendons. The myofascial release helps enormously - yeah, it hurts, but it’s bearable, and the more it hurts short-term, the more improvement you’ll feel later; totally worth it. But the exercises Alex and Matt will give you as homework are just as important to correct the underlying issues. Again, they were spot on. Bottom line, I’m running again, and it’s really, really great to have that back. Thanks, Alex! Since the first round of treatment a relatively small nagging problem with one ankle persisted; I held off on going back because I was afraid she wouldn’t be able to fix it. Silly me; after a few more sessions that was resolved. And then there was a shoulder injury that I was also unsure whether Airrosti could help, and she and Matt cleared that up, too. For comparison, I had a similar problem a few years ago with the other shoulder, and that took a solid two years to heal up on its own. For those keeping score, that makes her three-for-three. Dr. Rios is definitely my first choice for treatment of any kind of soft-tissue pain.
I went in the Airrosti office because I have issues with muscles in my back. Dr. Gibson examined my back and after careful evaluation, she manipulated the muscles and relieved my pain. Exercises were suggested which should help prevent my back muscles from spasming. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
I had been having back and SI joint pain on and off for a few years but this last time was really bad, affecting my work as a pediatric PT and my personal life due to pain. A friend of mine referred me to Airrosti after we were discussing my recent failed attempts at treatment at another clinic and also by trying to heal myself on my own. Dr Bodziony was able to get to the root of my problem w/ releasing the tight muscles and scar tissue using manual therapy and myofascial release. I was having much less pain and improved function w/in 3 treatments and was able to resume on my own w/ a home program provided. It has been about a month, and I am now pain free and walking 4 miles a day and adding more exercise to my home program as I improve and get stronger. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone who is having musculoskeletal dysfunction or injury as they are really focused on decreasing your pain and increasing your function so that you can get back to life as soon as possible.
I am so glad I contacted Airrosti. I admit I was a skeptical about receiving treatment for sciatica via telehealth but I felt I had to give it a try and avoid unnecessary risk. After Dr Katie Surls diagnosed my condition virtually, I began a remote recovery program within a few hours. Using the Airrosti app, I watched videos, logged daily details of my progress. I even reached out to Dr Surls via the app and she responded immediately. After just 2 telehealth appointments, I’m pain-free! I cannot thank you enough Dr. Surls!
The tele-visits were accommodating to my schedule and my provider was easy to work with. She was very informative, explained the process, checked up on me, and quickly replied to my (many) questions. I really liked the easy to follow program on the phone App. Each exercise had descriptive steps with a video on how to perform the exercise. Being able to rate each exercise allowed me (and my provider) to see my progress. It is wonderful to feel better, for my body to ache less and being more flexible. I highly recommend this program! I am very happy with the results and appreciative of my awesome provider!
