Meet the Teams That Make Up Airrosti

At the center of Airrosti’s care model are our Treatment Teams. Each team pairs an Airrosti Certified Provider (ACP) with a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to deliver hands-on treatment, education, and active rehabilitation tailored to every patient. Together, they guide patients through a recovery plan built around addressing the root cause of pain, helping restore movement, confidence, and long-term health.

Every number tells a story about how Airrosti operates. Accounting manages the financial systems behind the day-to-day, from transaction processing to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. Their work brings accuracy and transparency to the business, giving leadership a clear view of where we are and where we’re going.

Strong partnerships help Airrosti reach more patients. Business Development builds and maintains these relationships with consultants, employers, health systems, and physicians. Through strategic outreach and collaboration, this team connects more people to Airrosti providers while expanding our presence in the healthcare community.

Every Airrosti patient experience is grounded in a consistent standard of care. Clinical Development trains and supports Treatment Teams to deliver evidence-based care across all locations. Through ongoing education and oversight of clinical pathways, they help maintain the high standards patients expect from Airrosti.

A strong organization depends on trusted standards and operational excellence. Credentialing and Compliance support the integrity and quality of care at Airrosti. From provider credentialing and regulatory oversight to policy management, this team helps ensure every requirement is met with accuracy and accountability.

This team translates numbers into direction. Through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, the Finance team helps guide how Airrosti plans, prioritizes, and grows. Working closely with leadership and Accounting, they provide the insight needed to make informed decisions and support long-term sustainability.

A strong culture begins with the people who build it. Human Resources supports team members throughout their journey at Airrosti. From hiring and onboarding to engagement, benefits, and professional development. By fostering a positive and supportive workplace, HR helps every employee thrive.

Information Technologies supports the systems that keep Airrosti connected, secure, and efficient. From infrastructure and cybersecurity to digital tools and system management, this team enables Providers and employees to work seamlessly. Their work plays a critical role in delivering better outcomes for patients.

Every brand has a voice, and Marketing helps define Airrosti’s. Through branding, campaigns, digital media, and content, this team shapes how Airrosti shows up to patients, employers, and communities. By sharing the Airrosti story across platforms, they help more people discover a better path to pain relief and recovery.

For many patients, this team provides the very first Airrosti experience. Patient Advocates answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and help guide patients through the beginning of their care journey. With a focus on responsiveness and compassion, they ensure patients feel supported from their first interaction forward.

Behind every successful clinic is a strong operational foundation. Practice Operations supports the daily performance of Airrosti treatment locations by overseeing implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our 250+ practices. Through close collaboration with practice partners and treatment teams, they help ensure each clinic runs smoothly and consistently.

Talent Acquisition focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring Providers and team members who embody our mission and values. By building teams rooted in purpose and compassion, this group helps ensure every patient experience starts with the right people in place.

Our providers need to be licensed chiropractors or physical therapists with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have excellent palpation skills and above average hand/grip strength. Prior clinical experience is helpful, but not required. Most importantly, you need a genuine desire to impact patients and your community.

Airrosti is an outcome-based provider group committed to helping patients achieve full, lasting recoveries. We offer our providers the opportunity to focus exclusively on patients while Airrosti handles most administrative duties (billing, insurance verification, scheduling, etc.). Airrosti providers are W-2 employees and receive all benefits of a full-time employee. Overhead costs are managed and allocated through our Human Resources Department and all support and equipment are paid for by Airrosti.

Hiring Process

Here at Airrosti, we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best. Candidates for all positions will participate in a multi-step interview process:

Initial Interview

30-60 minute phone interview with a member of the Airrosti Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruiter you interview with will be your main point of contact as you go through each step of the interview process.

Second & Third Round Interviews

60 minute video or in-person interviews with 1-3 Airrosti employees. If you are selected for the position, these Team Members will work closely with you in your new role.

Discovery Day

2-5 hours of video or in-person interviews with Senior Management, Department Heads, and applicable Team Members. Discovery Days are an essential part of Airrosti’s interview process because they allow you to DISCOVER Airrosti’s fantastic culture and what it means to be part of the Airrosti Team. Some positions require candidates to give a presentation and/or conduct a practical during their Discovery Day.
