Humble Beginnings

Airrosti, founded by Sean Tipton and its first provider, Ty Nickleberry, opens its first practice in Austin, Texas. The official Airrosti logo is created and launched.

Texas Expansion

Airrosti expands its presence in Texas to include practices in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and New Braunfels

First Partnership

Airrosti establishes its first PCP (Primary Care Physician) partnership with Dr. Vela in Boerne, Texas. We also open our first headquarters in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. Kelly Green becomes CEO of Airrosti and joins founder, Sean Tipton, as co-owner.

Exponential Growth

Airrosti experiences tremendous growth and quadruples in size, now almost 40 Airrostifarians strong. Airrosti hosts its first company annual Team Summit.

Forging New Relationships

Airrosti signs its first statewide direct insurance contract and establishes its first major employer partnership. Airrosti becomes the youngest company to win its first “Best Places to Work” award from San Antonio Business Journal.

Expanded Carrier Coverage

Airrosti introduces a new Mission Statement, setting a strong course for the future. Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and UHC-OptumHealth add Airrosti as an in-network benefit.

Rapid Growth

Airrosti welcomes its 100th employee and expands to more than 50 treatment facilities. Airrosti reaches 25,000 patient outcomes.

New Larger Support Center

Airrosti moves to a new larger Support Center in San Antonio, Texas. Our tremendous company culture continues to thrive, as the company is named one the “Best Places to Work” for the 4th consecutive year.

Expansion Outside Texas

Now over 250 employees strong, Airrosti is recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” for a 5th consecutive year. Airrosti surpasses 100 practices and 100,000 patient outcomes while expanding efforts into Virginia and Ohio.

Growing Recognition

Airrosti expands into Illinois and Washington and is recognized by Texas Monthly Magazine as the states 11th “Best Places to Work”. Inc. Magazine names Airrosti one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.

CrossFit Partnership

Now with over 150 practice locations and 250 treatment team professionals, Airrosti reaches 250,000 patient outcomes. Airrosti is named Head of Athlete Services for the 2014 CrossFit Games.

Major Milestone

In September 2015, Airrosti reaches the one million patient visit milestone and continues to maintain a 99.7% patient satisfaction rate.

Website Benchmark

Our treatment teams help over 100,000 patients eliminate their pain! Airrosti also surpasses ONE MILLION annual site visits after launching a brand-new website.

Huge Partnership

Airrosti’s founder Sean Tipton retires and our partnerships with HCSC, the largest customer-owned insurer in the nation, is finalized.

Standalone Locations

In an effort to deliver the best and most convenient patient experience, we open the doors to our 40th standalone Airrosti location.

New Telehealth Options

Our business development managers helped refer 18,802 patients from our physician partners in 2019 alone. Airrosti also breaks digital ground in developing a new telehealth treatment option called Airrosti Remote Recovery to help expand our Mission across the country.

Airrosti Remote Recovery Launch

Remaining true to our Mission, Airrosti clinics remained safely open throughout a global pandemic, and we expanded Airrosti Remote Recovery (ARR) to 32 states. We launched our Airrosti Remote Recovery app and validated the clinical effectiveness of ARR by treating remote patients for the same full array of MSK conditions treated in Airrosti Clinics, with equally impressive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

One Million Injuries Treated

Airrosti hits a huge milestone this year and reaches over 1,000,000 injuries treated through a combination of in-practice and Airrosti Remote Recovery treatments. While we are excited, we continue to focus on the future and our commitment to our Mission.

With the expansion of our virtual care solution, Airrosti Remote Recovery, into all 50 states, Airrosti became a nationwide provider of high-quality musculoskeletal care, furthering our mission to positively impact as many lives as possible.

Healing Reach

Airrosti Treatment Teams provide care for over 150,000 cases, totaling an estimated 500,000 visits. In addition, Airrosti continues to build strong partnerships, with over 7,000 physicians trusting us to refer their patients to Airrosti Treatment Teams.

Airrosti celebrates 20 years of business

20th Anniversary

On April 1, 2024, Airrosti and its 630+ Airrostifarians celebrate 20 years of Fixing Pain Fast. Airrosti has achieved remarkable milestones, including treating 1.4 million cases, with an average of 3.2 visits per injury and a 93.6% patient-reported improvement rate. Furthermore, Airrosti boasts an impressive 88.3% injury resolution rate. These achievements are a testament to the dedication of its Treatment Teams, reflected in its outstanding patient satisfaction rates: 99.5% of patients would recommend Airrosti, with a reported satisfaction rate of 99.7%.
