What Airrosti Means to Me:Airrosti is the embodiment of healthcare for muscle and joint issues, making what seems insurmountable, possible. As a doctor this is huge for me! It affords me opportunities to make an impact on the lives of others, by helping to restore their function and in some cases their lives.

Although hesitant at first, because I was repeatedly told there was no fix for my issues, Denyse was always positive that we could improve. She was supportive and answered my questions, was understanding of other health issues that could affect my outcome, and has an eagle eye for any changes to my movement. She has helped teach me what I need to do to keep my neck mobile and lessen headaches, and the app was super helpful and easy to use as well. My improvement has meant we can work on other issues now, and I’m looking forward to seeing improvement in my daily pain levels going forward. Thank you!

I’ve been a long distance runner for many years, and have always come to the point of having to stop because of pain or an injury. This time was different! As the season started and workout intensity began, I noticed achilles pain developing and plantar fasciitis kicking in. I reached out to Airrosti, on a thirty minute intro call I was convinced that they had the expertise to help me out. I was assigned to Denyse R Jones, amazing human being and with immense knowledge and expertise working with athletes. She helped me get back on my feet without having to interrupt my training plan nor routine. Quickly she understood and came up with a recovery and strengthening plan. After approximately 5-6 sessions the pain was gone and I felt even mo…+ show morere stronger than before. Not only she helped but she also taught me how to take care of myself. Denyse clearly new what she was doing and empathized with me and process. Definitely worth it! Thanks.

My hips have been hurting for a while, despite physical therapy. When I started the tele visits with Denyse, I was skeptical, but in the first visit she showed an enormous amount of knowledge, was reassuring, and very communicative. She insisted that if I did my exercises as prescribed, I would be good to go in no time. I did the exercises as often as I could and stuck to the treatment plan and I can say it helped a lot! I’ve been working out regularly and playing softball again and no hip pain! Definitely worth it.

I had back pain that would keep me from being able to finish a volleyball practice. After my first video call and doing my stretches I had less pain and I could do so much more. After my second video call I barely have any pain and can return to playing volleyball without pain.

I have been struggling for years with pubic bone pain (or so I thought) after giving birth to my kids. I couldn’t run anymore. Dr. Rowland-Jones was absolutely amazing at working with me and figuring out it was a muscular issue. I’m still working on my overcompensation but it feels so nice to have answers, a plan to help the problem, and solutions to help manage and relieve my pain.

Although I have never played sports growing up, I’ve succumbed to a couple of injuries during workouts not to count a few old injuries that were simply accidents leaving me in constant pain and discomfort. I have worked out consistently for over five years. I have experienced numerous injuries, way too many to count. Some have healed, while other injuries have lingered. I have been in and out of chiropractic clinics and massage therapy sessions, with mixed results. I cannot remember where I was without pain or discomfort. After years of discomfort, I have managed and dealt with the pain until most recently. I experienced ongoing tennis elbow where the pain was waking me from my sleep. I decided to schedule an appointment to end this cycl…+ show moree of on again, off again pain. I have finally found relief with Airrosti’s Dr. Denyse Rowland-Jones. The on again, off again pain changed when I saw Dr. Denyse Rowland-Jones. She took the time to understand the pain I was experiencing, she also wanted to understand and alleviate any pain I experienced caused by movements from my wrist up to my shoulder that may have triggered pain at the elbow. She prescribed a course of treatment and recommended take-home therapy and exercises, which enhanced the in-office treatment. I am happy to say that after two visits my tennis elbow pain is no longer. I now possess a range of motion in my wrist without feeling pain from tennis elbow. I have also been able to sleep through the night without the waking pain. My respect and regards to Dr. Denyse Rowland-Jones for the help and follow up, she is a complete professional and takes my best interest at heart.
