That’s why we’re proud to have been voted one of the “Best Places to Work” year after year by our employees. We hire the best of the best. Of course, aspects such as educational background, practical skills, and prior work experience are important. However, we place a greater emphasis on strength of character, work ethic, an amazing attitude and a true passion for helping others. If you’re ready to begin a deeply rewarding and fulfilling career where you can truly make a positive impact, we’re excited to hear from you!
Airrosti offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees, including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account with a generous monthly employer contribution, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and basic life and long-term disability insurance with the option for additional voluntary life and disability insurance.
We also provide paid time off, paid company and floating holidays (an extra ten paid days off every year), an onsite fitness center for Airrosti Support Center employees, a wellness program with discounted fitness memberships, flexible work schedules, a casual dress environment, and free Airrosti treatments for all employees and family members.
To be successful at Airrosti, you need to, first and foremost, be passionate about helping others. You need to be highly motivated and committed to excellence. The perfect candidate will have a great sense of humor, someone who is positive and fun to be around. You should be enthusiastic, energetic, motivated from within, adaptable to change, and confident but humble. We’re looking for exceptional people who are ready to be a part of an exceptional company.
Our providers need to be licensed chiropractors or physical therapists with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have excellent palpation skills and above average hand/grip strength. Prior clinical experience is helpful, but not required. Most importantly, you need a genuine desire to impact patients and your community.
Airrosti is an outcome-based provider group committed to helping patients achieve full, lasting recoveries. Airrosti providers are W-2 employees and receive all benefits of a full-time employee. Overhead costs are managed and allocated through our Human Resources Department and all support and equipment are paid for by Airrosti.
We offer comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development, practice start-up and support (including getting you all set up in your new location), malpractice insurance, full technology support, professional marketing resources and services, patient management, and new patient acquisition through major employer and athletic partnerships.
