Meet the Teams that Make Up Airrosti

The Accounting Team is responsible for all Accounting functions of the Company. This includes responsibility for Airrosti’s financials including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close (including financial statement audits) and corresponding financial reporting to Airrosti Managers, the Board of Directors, and other Investors.

Accounting

The Business Development Team exists to support the Airrosti Mission by driving patients to Airrosti Providers through the development, engagement, and management of relationships with consultants/brokers, employers, health systems, and physicians, allowing Treatment Teams to remain focused on patient care.

Business Development

The Clinical Development Team is here to vet, train and support all the Treatment Teams. This includes continual development and support of the Treatment Teams to maintain consistency and strict adherence to the Evidence-Based Clinical Pathways.

The Finance Team is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions of the Company, cash management, debt management, Board of Directors and investor relations, financial and accounting specific compliance, financial reporting, financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), and financial and operational analysis. The Finance Team works closely with the Accounting Team to prepare, analyze, and report on the Company’s financial performance.

The Human Resources Team is here to support the Team Members of the Company. HR handles recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, policies, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, training, departures – anything that has to do with creating an amazing employee experience.

The IT team positively impacts the lives of all Airrosti employees and patients’ by providing stable technology environments and deploying innovative consumer-facing solutions. The user-friendly and data-driven technology solutions help deliver the best clinical outcomes for patients. They are focused on keeping Airrosti’s assets and solutions safe through a robust cybersecurity framework, change control processes, and thoughtful implementation of policies and procedures.

Information Technologies

The Marketing Team supports the creative needs of the Company. They handle advertising, branding, marketing, graphic production, web design, web analytics, and social media. Marketing also supports client and patient communication via emails, newsletters and other various marketing materials.

Patient Advocates are responsible for answering all incoming patient calls nationwide. The Inbound Team has the privilege of being the first impression for the majority of Airrosti patients. They are responsible for educating potential patients about the Airrosti experience by phone and email, scheduling new and existing patients for all Airrosti locations, and replying to patient inquiries and scheduling requests. The Patient Advocate Team also oversees the Practice Support Specialists, the Training and Quality Assurance Team, the Insurance Specialists and the Billing Team.

The primary focus of the Practice Operations Team is to support and enhance the daily operations of our Treatment Teams. Practice Operations is responsible for the identification, implementation, Airrostification, and ongoing management of all practice locations, including the practice partner relationships, and the support and supervision of the Treatment Teams.

The Project Management Team works to implement big, new initiatives across the Company. They are constantly searching for improvements in how Airrosti does business and for ways to stay on the cutting edge.

The Strategy Team’s primary focus is developing new partnerships in both new and existing regions by collaborating with carriers, health systems, consultants, employers and ACOs to drive Airrosti’s solution further.

Our Treatment Teams are the heart of Airrosti. Each Treatment Team is comprised of an Airrosti Certified Provider (ACP) and a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS). Together, the ACP and CRS work with patients, providing them with the proper treatment, education, and active rehab program that is specific to each injury. Our ACPs and CRSs maintain an exceptional standard of care that helps set Airrosti apart from others in the healthcare industry.

Our providers need to be licensed chiropractors or physical therapists with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should also have excellent palpation skills and above average hand/grip strength. Prior clinical experience is helpful, but not required. Most importantly, you need a genuine desire to impact patients and your community.

Airrosti is an outcome-based provider group committed to helping patients achieve full, lasting recoveries. We offer our providers the opportunity to focus exclusively on patients while Airrosti handles most administrative duties (billing, insurance verification, scheduling, etc.). Airrosti providers are W-2 employees and receive all benefits of a full-time employee. Overhead costs are managed and allocated through our Human Resources Department and all support and equipment are paid for by Airrosti.

We offer comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development, practice start-up and support (including getting you all set up in your new location), access to discounted malpractice insurance coverage, full technology support, professional marketing resources and services, patient management, and new patient acquisition through major employer and athletic partnerships.

Hiring Process

Here at Airrosti, we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best. Candidates for all positions will participate in a multi-step interview process:

Initial Interview
30-60 minute phone interview with a member of the Airrosti Recruiting Team. The Recruiter you interview with will be your main point of contact as you go through each step of the interview process.
Second/Third Round of Interviews
60 minute video or in-person interviews with 1-3 Airrosti employees. If you are selected for the position, these Team Members will work closely with you in your new role.
Discovery Day
2-5 hours of video or in-person interviews with Senior Management, Department Heads, and applicable Team Members. Discovery Days are an essential part of Airrosti's interview process because they allow you to DISCOVER Airrosti's fantastic culture and what it means to be part of the Airrosti Team. Some positions require candidates to give a presentation and/or conduct a practical during their Discovery Day.
