Airrosti Providers are W-2 employees and receive all benefits of a full-time employee. Airrosti also handles the entire clinic set up and implementation process in addition to providing ongoing practice support.

Each Provider Candidate completes a comprehensive six-week training program before beginning his or her practice as an Airrosti Provider. This PAID, highly interactive and in-depth training program is designed to ensure each of our Providers has the necessary skills and support to be successful at Airrosti and provide the highest level of patient care and consistent outcomes.
Provider training and mentorship continues in the field to further refine clinical skills and augment professional growth.
As you begin your career as an Airrosti Provider, you’ll work closely with your assigned mentor and our Clinical Development Team in a 5-6-week training program. During the first few months after training is complete, Providers will receive additional in-depth, one on one training and support to help grow their practice.
Quarterly roundtable discussions with other Airrosti Providers offer consistent, ongoing opportunities for you to expand your clinical knowledge. Learn from your peers, share success stories, and engage in in-depth case study discussions. Airrosti also offers Board approved CEU’s for each of our Providers free of charge.
You’ll be assigned an experienced Airrosti Provider as your personal mentor. He or she will be there to guide you every step of the way, answer your questions, collaborate with you, and help you grow your practice from day one.
