At Airrosti, the Provider’s responsibility is to get every patient back to a pain-free life as quickly as possible. The Regional Support Team and the rest of the Team at the Airrosti Support Center are dedicated to supporting that effort. We make every effort possible to allow the provider to focus on the patient’s outcomes.
Your clinical development, practice start up and ongoing support, patient relationship management, branding and awareness, and patient growth are our primary concerns.

One of the most time consuming and difficult parts of running a practice is patient billing and insurance verification. At Airrosti, our dedicated team handles all of this administrative work, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.
Our centralized Patient Advocacy Team is highly skilled at managing patient relationships. They are responsible for responding to patient calls and online scheduling requests, answering patient questions, and managing your appointment schedule.
From professional in-practice patient literature and educational materials to personalized email communications to a robust and highly engaged social media network, we provide all the tools and resources you need to stay connected to your patients.
Each Provider Candidate completes a comprehensive six-week training program before beginning his or her practice as an Airrosti Provider. This PAID, highly interactive and in-depth training program is designed to ensure each of our providers has the necessary expertise and support to be successful at Airrosti and provide the highest level of patient care and consistent outcomes.
But this paid training is only the beginning. Provider training and mentorship continues in the field to further refine clinical skills and augment professional growth. Our providers never stop learning and growing.
As you begin your career as an Airrosti Provider, you’ll work closely with your assigned mentor and our Clinical Development Team. During the first few months, you’ll receive more in-depth one-on-one training and support to help you grow your practice.
You’ll be assigned an experienced Airrosti Provider as your personal mentor. He/she will be there to guide you every step of the way, answer your questions, collaborate with you, and help you grow your practice from day one.
Quarterly roundtable discussions with other Airrosti Providers offer consistent, ongoing opportunities for you to expand your clinical knowledge. Learn from you peers, share success stories, and engage in in-depth case study discussions.
Nowhere else allows you to run your own practice while still benefitting from a large network of professional colleagues who are readily available to help answer questions, share ideas, collaborate on tough cases, and provide ongoing support.
While most practices focus on volume, we focus on value. Each patient receives one full hour of one-on-one care. This ensure our providers have the time they need to provide focused care, accurately assess and diagnose the injury, and resolve the source of pain through highly targeted manual therapy (hands on soft tissue mobilization) and customized active rehabilitation exercises.
Because of the results we’re able to achieve, Airrosti has some of the best reimbursement and collection rates in the entire industry. We have direct access to patients (no outside referral needed). We are not just in-network. Instead, we have negotiated large carrier contracts that afford our providers the necessary time to resolve patient conditions fully, while getting paid accordingly.
Airrosti has been proven to fix pain fast, to provide unparalleled patient satisfaction, and to save our patients significant time and money over other treatment options. Many treatment options can drag on for many visits over many weeks and months. Even then, treatment typically ends when benefits run out rather than when your injury is fully resolved.
Airrosti is different. We track outcomes for every single patient case. Out of more than 300,000 total patient cases, 88.7% reported complete injury resolution at the completion of their Airrosti treatment plan, and most injuries were resolved in just 3.2 visits.
Airrosti is company dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. Every member of our team, from the top down, is singularly focused on doing what’s best for our patients. We invest significant time and money in hiring and training the best of the best — individuals who share our passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
We strive to provide and nurture an exceptional company culture, providing the most enriching environment possible for our providers and support team. Our executive leadership team, as well as our leadership and support team in the field, includes clinicians. We fully understand your needs and challenges as a provider, and your success and job satisfaction is something we take very seriously.
