Lori Allesee serves as Airrosti’s General Counsel. As a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law, Lori brings extensive experience in healthcare law and compliance to our Team. With a proven track record in navigating complex healthcare transactions and advising on regulatory matters, include Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations, Lori is committed to excellence in healthcare. Skilled in corporate governance, employment law, litigation management, and legal analysis, she excels in developing and managing legal structures that support Airrosti business endeavors. At Airrosti Lori oversees contract negotiations, compliance, employment matters, and provides strategic leadership to the Legal Department.  Prior to joining Airrosti, Lori served as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio.
