Kelly Green

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Green brings a vast array of business experience to Airrosti. He spent 20 years with CUC International, an international marketing firm and one of the first companies to offer products online and through the Internet. CUC went from IPO to a $15 billion market cap company during Green’s tenure. Mr. Green held several positions at CUC including Senior Vice President of Sales and then Senior Vice President — Product Management where he managed the CUC Auto Service, CUC Warranty Services and CUC Dining Services from startup to over $200 million in revenue. Green then became President of CUC Publishing which merged with Entertainment Publications after its acquisition by CUC. Green then served in the Office of the President with responsibility for its 150+ offices throughout the US and select international locations.

 

Green’s last three years at CUC were in the role of Executive Vice President — Mergers and Acquisitions where he was responsible for the negotiation and closing of numerous strategic acquisitions. Upon leaving CUC, Green purchased PC Wholesale, a custom technology builder and solution provider which has been included in the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies and was also named one of the top 50 companies in San Antonio, Texas by the San Antonio Business Journal.

 

Mr. Green was also a founding partner of Ventanex, Ltd. Ventanex provides custom phone payment services, integrated real time web payments, and electronic check conversion to mortgage servicers, banks, newspapers, credit companies and other firms seeking to move money efficiently.

 

Mr. Green joined Airrosti as its CEO in March of 2006. Seeing that the current healthcare system is hungry for “results based” treatment options, Mr. Green is focused on further strengthening the unique culture at Airrosti that is committed to positively impacting the lives of our patients by attracting and supporting true Airrostifarians who have a genuine passion for helping others as part of their core DNA. Mr. Green became Airrosti’s Chairman of the Board in September 2018.

Mr. Green has a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington in Seattle.
