Exercises and Stretches to Help Relieve Golfer’s Elbow

Join Airrosti’s Dr. Travis Owens to learn some simple exercises to relieve and prevent Golfer’s Elbow, also known as Medial Epicondylitis. Using tools like a lacrosse ball and Thera band, he demonstrates moves that will help eliminate tightness and strengthen the forearm muscles.
