Became an Airrosti Provider:2018
Undergraduate School:Temple University
Graduate School:University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic
Hobbies:Spending time with loved ones, trying new and delicious foods, spotting animals in the wild, learning random facts.
Interesting Facts:I love a good story (bonus points if it involves wildlife)! My animal story: I visited Nara Park in Japan where deer have learned to coexist with humans. If you feed them a cookie, they will bow to thank you. For some reason, I ended up bowing with the deer even though I did not receive a cookie.
What Airrosti Means to Me:I am extremely fortunate to work with a group of individuals who are truly dedicated to positively impacting the lives of others. Because I am fully supported in everything that I do, Airrosti allows me to improve myself - personally and professionally. I am able to view every day as a fun learning opportunity to better serve my patients.

I’ve been dealing with a hip injury for the past three years. Sleepless nights and limited activities due to pain were my everyday experience. Over the years I visited two orthopedic doctors and received a steroid injection with no results. Dr. Amy Nguyen was extremely knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my issue and was able to isolate and manipulate pressure points to help release knots of tension and alleviate the majority of my pain in just three visits. I now have improved my range of motion and no longer dread the everyday activities many of us take for granted. I’m very grateful for her attention to detail and skills. Thank you soo much. Dr.Nguyen

I first started seeing Dr. Nguyen at the Oakwell Farms location. She listens when I’m explaining what part of my body is giving me trouble. She asks questions to ensure she understands what is bothering me. She has a great bedside manner. She talks to me while she’s doing the treatment to distract me to make me feel comfortable. She has resolved my issues within 3 visits. She’s such an excellent provider that I decided to follow her to her new clinic location on Bulverde Road. I highly recommend her.

I came to Airrosti with severe hip flexor tightness and pain. After 3 visits with Dr. Nguyen, I have been pain free during my walks and runs. I have been able to run for over 5 miles for the first time in over 15 years. Dr. Nguyen also helped me gain flexibility in my neck in shoulders after my 3-level cervical fusion surgery. I would highly recommend giving Airrosti a call to see if they can help you. I feel like Dr. Nguyen gave me a huge part of my life back and I will be forever grateful.

I have a herniated disc in my back that has caused problems for years. Dr. Nguyen evaluated my mobility and helped me identify flexibility issues in my hips and legs that were aggravating my back problems. After a few weeks of working with her, I was able to walk and sit without pain.

After a sports injury to my shoulder, my orthopedic doctor advised me that surgery is the best option to stop the injury from reoccurring. Hearing the word “surgery” at such a young age was a more scary experience than the actual injury itself so I chose Airrosti to rehab my shoulder and get back to my training as soon as possible; I was lucky to have Dr. Amy at the Airrosti nearest my home. She and her team were very methodical in their approach to my treatment and made sure I was able to reach my milestones with minimal office visits, online tracking, and home exercises and treatments. Following her direction and having the discipline to put in the work outside her office has gotten me back, although gradually, to the gym less than thr…+ show moreee months after the injury and training for upcoming competitions later this year. When Dr. Amy follows up, I’m happy to report I feel no pain or constraints at all. It was a pleasure to be a patient of hers and while she’s a great doctor, I’m confident she’s given me the tools to make sure I’m never a patient of hers again and I know she’d rather have it that way as well.

A herniated disk on my spine along with carpal tunnel on my right hand and issues with my right upper arm has plagued me for years. Doctors have recommended surgery on my upper arm that would lead to rotator cuff surgery to resolve my shoulder issue. I have had epidural shots to relieve the back pain. Years ago when the back pain became unbearable, a P.A. offered only X-rays and suggested I had shingles. I was unable to walk and was placed on steroids. A friend recommended Airrosti. I was sent for an MRI and diagnosed with a herniated disk. I was in their offices twice a day for three days in the beginning and scaled back over the next two weeks. I was able to walk from the first visit. I left Texas and my pain returned. I attended yoga …+ show moreclasses when able to. That got me through some pain. I returned to Texas during the pandemic and no longer had access to my pain management doctor. I reached out to Airrosti because of my past history with them and I knew they would take care of me with no medication. Dr. Amy Nguyen listened to me and knew how to help me. Gilberto Tremillo assisted in making sure the recommended exercises were done correctly. They were a tremendous help. I now have access to a link on the Airrosti website to review my recommended exercises and any future recommendations. Thank you Airrosti! Maria

Dr. Amy was helpful from my first day until the last visit with her. She always provided me with the healing/relief I needed first in my lower back that I thought was something else and it was my hips. Then my shoulder (after a car accident) and all the exercises she recommended and Gilbert demonstrated still help me today. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Amy (and I did here in SA) to anyone who needs her hands, techniques and healing. Thank you, Dr. Amy and I will miss you but wish you the best always with lots of blessings! xoxo Frances

My right leg pain began about January of 2020. So I decided to visit Amy at her office for a consultation. I began multiple sessions of different exercises and massages. Amy was very helpful and attentive throughout the sessions. After 3 months or so, Amy suggested I would have to visit a specialist due to my continuing sciatic pain. I ended up going to multiple doctors and specialists for the next several months. Since I was in El Paso at that time, due to the pandemic, I still needed help, but couldn’t find anyone to do an MRI. All this time Amy continued to contact me and thanks to her, I was able to get someone to do an MRI after months of pain and finally surgery due to a herniated disc. But all this time, Amy continued to be in c…+ show moreontact with me to see how I was doing. It’s April 2021 and Amy still continues to be in contact to see how I’m doing. Amy Nguyen is a very caring and very good doctor in her sessions at her office. Very highly recommended.

Amy’s bright spirit and infectious energy are comforting and inspiring. After a year of pain and limited movement in my hamstring, one visit was enough for Amy to pinpoint the problem and provide me with a range of exercises and stretches to strengthen and heal. Even though I am a one-time patient from out of town, Amy continued to check in with positive reinforcement for months after. I am fully healed now and cannot thank her enough. Amy is the absolute best at what she does, and truly special human.

Meeting Dr. Amy was serendipity for me. Having several musculoskeletal issues and particularly right shoulder and left hip pain. I am an active person and I am a retired Physical Therapist. Dr. Amy finally gave me what I was missing in the help I had sought spanning 4 years. She sees the body as a whole and that pain is related to movement patterns. She has a 3D vision and has helped me in ways I did not think possible. I am back at the gym, gaining strength, if the pain returns I know just what to do to get back on the path because she gave me such great tools to use. In a word, Dr. Amy is awesome, so very nice, a truly great person, and professional.

I would just like to start off by saying Amy Nguyen, has supported me through some very difficult times. She is very encouraging! When I was having such very difficult problems with my lower back, she suggested things that I could do to be comfortable. The exercises were always so helpful at the time and just what I needed. In my opinion, she was a Godsend– the perfect person at the right time. I am so thankful to call her a friend and she really is very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of her profession.

I am very impressed with the Tele visits I had with Dr. Nguyen. I was in pain for months with a sprained ankle, and she was able to help me to almost pain-free. Dr. Nguyen was always positive, engaging, and made my recovery her main priority. Thank you.
