I dislocated my knee on a ski trip in April with the trip of a lifetime scheduled for July – rafting the entire 280 miles of the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. I HAD to get better. I was referred to physical therapy at one location and I contacted Dr. Neely’s office and asked if I could do both programs. Dr. Neely and his team said yes and we’re remarkable: they worked with me to find exercises that complimented my PT regime, worked their own program with me, and helped me stay accountable to reaching my goal. I “graduated” from both programs in June but was still nervous about the Grand Canyon. The team kept in touch through follow-up emails and the client portal and helped me continue strengthening my knee right up to+ show more the last minute. The trip was a huge success! I couldn’t even tell that I had been previously injured as I ran around camp, hiked gorgeous slot canyons, navigated an oar raft through some of North America’s biggest whitewater rapids, and even saved the day a time or two! Not only am I 100% recovered, I feel more aware of what’s going on in my body and able to make a better life and care decisions moving forward.

I have struggled for years with chronic neck pain and muscle tightness. It got to the point where I couldn’t sleep at night. Massage was no longer fixing my problem. After 4 appointments with Dr. Neely and the home exercises…I am better than I’ve been in a decade! Much thanks to his team. I am a believer in their process. Dr. Tammy Bunn.
