Dr. Monica Hirsch is an outstanding doctor. I began seeing her for muscle and joint injuries that just kept on returning. She helped me with my range of motion and provided preventative care exercises. These exercises strengthened the muscles around my joints and skeletal structure, so I was less likely to be in pain and thus avoid getting these injuries again. I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was very young. Exercise, resistance, and weight training have always been very helpful to ease the pain of this affliction. Since I'm aging and have acquired osteoarthritis in my neck and spine, Dr. Monica's therapy sessions are extremely important to me. I'm very fortunate and grateful to have access to the care and guidance she provides.
