Nick, I want to thank you for helping me with my recent back problems. Needless to say, I feel much better both physically and mentally. Your service and care have been outstanding from start to finish. As you know, I’m an experienced sports medicine physician and in many ways switching role as the patient has been extremely difficult. You’ve helped me solve this internal dilemma in the most efficient and professional way possible. In fact, you’ve educated me a great deal about my role as a physician in the care of the injured patient and the importance of optimal doctor-patient relation. Let me explain. It’s no secret that sports medicine physicians are often at odds with chiropractors and MSK soft tissue specialists. This of co+ show moreurse makes no sense; which I learned without doubt through my interactions with you. It’s obvious to me that you know much more than me about very important and essential topics related to MSK injuries. Biomechanics, kinesiology, proprioception and muscle balance to name a few. You’re a true expert on this topics and I felt as a first year student in my own trade while discussing my injuries with you. Your place in the care of the injured patient is as important and indispensable as mine. Most if not all of my patients would benefit from your expertise and care, no doubt about it. Patients often want an easy and quick fix to their health problems. A magic pill, a special injection or the latest surgical procedure that would erase all their problems without any effort on their part. As physicians we often ignore the root of the problem and concentrate on quick fixes that produce immediate satisfaction but failed long term results. You do the opposite. Your ability to identify the root of the problem is outstanding and likely a reflection of your broad knowledge. Your fingers are good at releasing myofascial knots. Your prescribed exercises are excellent and on point. But your strength is your knowledge and ability to convince somebody like me to adhere and believe in the process, to correct bad habits and to become industrious with my own healthcare. You’ve made a very positive impact in my life and I want to thank you for that. Sincerely, Angel Gómez-Cintrón MD, MPH Associate Professor of Radiology Section Chief – Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention Director – UT Health San Antonio Imaging Centers

Dr. Askey has a heart of gold! He helped me through one of the most physically challenging times of my life. I had multiple sites of pain and he was so patient with me. I love swimming, and when other professionals said I would never compete again Dr. Askey inspired me to have hope and that one day I would return to the pool! Because of him, his excellent care, and his positive attitude and inspiration I’m back in the water!! He listened so well to my concerns and stood by me on my journey to getting better when other professionals had given up all hope for me. Thank you Dr. Askey! I’ll always be grateful for you in my life!!

I had a fantastic experience with Airrosti. Prior to attending Airrosti I had gone to 2 different doctors which both misdiagnosed my condition. After visiting with Dr. Askey, within only 3 treatments I was able to do lifts and movements I hadn’t been able to do in two years. All staff is great, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and efficient. They treat your pain and show you simple yet efficient therapy exercises (which you do there so they know you are doing them properly and that you understood how) to follow at home on your road to recovery. I highly recommend them. They truly are attentive to your needs and questions and focus on getting you better fast. What I also loved was that they didn’t tell me I had to sit out from CrossFi+ show moret (like the other doctors that misdiagnosed my issue), they encouraged me to go try doing the movements I hadn’t been able to do and that gave us a great way to measure my improvement within those 3 visits. I am extremely happy with my experience there and I will definitely go back when needed. I highly recommend you go by if you have any type of sports injury or discomfort.

I have had Plantar Facsiitis for over 20 yrs. I have had a surgery, multiple stress fractures and have not been able to run. Running used to be my go to for stress relief. I have been going to Dr Askey for about 7-8 visits over two months and I was able to run a 9 minute mile recently. While I am still working on my strength, I am able to recover from runs faster. This has been such a blessing. I have lost 25 lbs and my Blood pressure has fallen dramatically because I am able to run again. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone.

Dr. Askey did wonders on my hip! I was a bit skeptical at first, but it took no more than a minute to win me over. The way they describe what is going on with your body and the terms they use to describe what’s happening is absolutely amazing! You won’t leave their office with any questions unanswered. I will send anyone and everyone to Airrosti after my experience with them. Talk about a caring and educated group of individuals! Loved it.
