Hobbies:The hobbies that I most enjoy are hiking with my dogs and husband, CrossFit, reading books or research papers to further my knowledge in the medical field. I also like to play board games with my family, I love to be outside and I love to play disc golf.

Interesting Facts:I played soccer in college all four years and I was captain my senior year. From 2019 to 2023 went to CrossFit Elite sanctionals, semi-finals competitions, and was the back up athlete for a 2021 games team. I can do a really good Sid the Sloth impression. I love playing and watching people play DnD

What Airrosti Means to Me:I am a proud Airrosti provider, committed to helping patients overcome pain quickly and effectively so they can return to the activities that matter to them most. What drew me to Airrosti was its unique approach in combining highly targeted manual therapy with customized active care to resolve the root cause of pain, not just mask the symptoms. To me, Airrosti represents more than a treatment method; it embodies a philosophy of patient centered care. I value the opportunity to work one on one with each individual, educating and empowering them with tools they can use well beyond their active care plan. Watching patients regain confidence in their movements, often after years of discomfort or frustration, is the most rewarding part of what I do. My mission as an Airrosti practitioner is to bridge the gap between rapid pain relief and long term result by positively impacting the patient. I believe that by treating with precision, listening with compassion and partnering with patients in their recovery process, we can achieve lasting change together.
