I have suffered chronic stress to my cervical and lumbar, as well as had the surrounding extremities affected by nerve and muscle damage since at least 2016, to the point I was rendered disabled from the workforce. I had injections, massage, chiropractic, more injections and a recommendation for neurosurgery “in some point down the line” at the ripe old age of 33. For years I suffered with random stabbing, sleepless nights, an inability to be comfy in any one position too terribly long, and no matter what I did to try and fix myself because my medical doctors just didn’t seem to know how to help me beyond “Sorry, eat these meds, good luck.”, nothing really helped. I heard about Airrosti from two guys at my gym while soaking awa+ show morey pains in the hot tub, and that they were in working form in THREE visits?! Had to check it out. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the expense, and being disabled and of minimal funds, I was DELIGHTED that the doc I stopped into to chat with told me about Airrosti training centers. For an affordable price I got way more than any combination of other practitioners ever gave me, in a matter of weeks. I still have pain in parts of the body Airrosti hasn’t given me a work up on yet, but for the first time in years I can literally breathe because my body isn’t a tense rock. Airrosti has been a lifesaver for me, and I highly recommend visiting or even going virtual to learn how to let your body heal itself, with minimal extras of drugs, injections or outrageous price of something so permanent as surgery. Thanks Airrosti – y’all hurt a little but knowing it’s the pain of growing into a new phase of movement and quality of life is WAY better than staying stuck in the debilitating, stagnating kind I’d been in for years.
