Christy Phillips Adkins is a professional CrossFitter and Airrosti patient. For the past five years she’s competed in the CrossFit Games. In 2013 she took 1st place in the Mid Atlantic Regional section of the Games and 7th overall at the final CrossFit Games in California. Christy uses Airrosti regularly as part of her recovery and injury prevention. To her, recovery is as important as training, which is why she relies on Airrosti.
