Hobbies:I love spending time with my wife and kids, but we especially enjoy anything active or outdoors. Currently I enjoy being at the gym and finding new goals and challenges to chase in the fitness world. I grew playing basketball, baseball, and football, but have also gotten into several other sports and activities through the years including Crossfit, tennis, Spartan races, and several others. I’m a huge San Francisco 49ers and Utah Jazz fan and watch games whenever I can.

Professional Affiliations:Former CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

What Airrosti Means to Me:Staying active has always played a huge role in my life—benefiting me both physically and mentally. I’ve seen firsthand the negative impact of pain and injuries in my own life and in the lives of others. I’m passionate about helping people stay active and return to the things they love—family, sports, work, hobbies, etc.—with as little downtime as possible.

A few days following a car accident, I injured my back while lifting weights. Dr. Kidman took the time to ask me important questions and listen closely to my symptoms. His demeanor was respectful, his treatment was very competent, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it was important. I am confident that the care I received at his office helped me a lot in my rehabilitation journey. I would recommend him to anybody and can’t speak highly enough of his excellent care.
