Become a Certified Recovery Specialist

Where movement meets meaningful impact.

At Airrosti, recovery isn’t passive. It’s built through movement, guidance, and consistency. As a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), you’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them rebuild strength, restore mobility, and return to what they love – faster.

A Role at the Center of Recovery

CRSs are an essential part of the Airrosti care model. Working alongside an Airrosti Certified Provider (ACP), you help bring each treatment plan to life, guiding patients through active rehabilitation and turning care into real, lasting results.

This is a dynamic, patient-facing role where you’re constantly moving, coaching, and making an impact.

CRS Training & Development

At Airrosti, Certified Recovery Specialists are set up to succeed from day one. You’ll work within a collaborative care model, supported by Providers, Regional Teams, and the Airrosti Support Center (ASC), so you can focus on delivering a great patient experience while continuing to grow your skills.

You’ll receive four weeks of in-depth, paid training followed by ongoing mentorship in the field. From therapeutic exercise techniques to patient communication, we invest in helping you build confidence and capability in your role.

CRSs work side-by-side with an Airrosti Certified Provider, creating a collaborative environment where you can learn, ask questions, and develop your clinical understanding in real time.

You’ll play an active role in the growth of your clinicYou’ll support patient engagement, participate in outreach efforts, and help build relationships within the community.

From patient education materials to digital tools and internal systems, Airrosti provides the resources you need to stay organized, support patients effectively, and contribute to a high-performing practice.

Your Impact, Day to Day

You’ll play an active role in every stage of the recovery process, guiding, supporting, and progressing patient care.
