How to Warm Up for Rock Climbing

If you ever rock climb in your spare time, you may know how important stability and mobility are. Recently, Airrosti’s Anthony Pavlich, PT, DPT, visited Armadillo Boulders in San Antonio, TX, and demonstrated several warm-up exercises and stretches that can help improve shoulder strength and hip mobility, such as dead hangs or deep squats. Try these before you head out rock climbing to help avoid injuries!
