After being misdiagnosed by a doctor and not getting better for 4 months, I was starting to feel hopeless if would ever walk normal or be able to jump and exercise how I used to before. Brandon and Sam were excellent communicators and educators in my recovery. I spent 5 sessions with them working through my lower leg and foot. I am now able to walk, jog, and even do a 9 mile hike without pain. Of course I have to keep up my PT movements, but I would much rather do that then walk in pain. I am forever thankful and will definitely come back here if I ever need to. I will always recommend Airrosti to anyone in pain!

I first found Airrosti via a Google search and was a bit skeptical of the perfect 5 star reviews that Dr. Shiflett’s office had, but I was in pain and needed a quick solution so I thought I’d give it a shot. I met with Dr. Shiflett and explained that I was training to climb Mt. Rainier in just a few months and was experiencing significant knee pain while I was doing training hikes on the weekend. Brandon was eager to understand where my pain was and assured me that it shouldn’t impact my ability to reach my goal. While it took a few visits to pinpoint the areas that were the source of my knee pain, we were able to figure it out and along with Sam, work out a training program to solve my issues. Because mountaineering training is so inten+ show moresive, I ended up coming back a few months later for an unrelated issue in my shins. Again, we worked together to find the source of the problem and were able to get it corrected in time for me to start my climb. I’m happy to say that I reached the summit of Mt. Rainier on May 31st! I can honestly say that I don’t think that I would have been able to achieve this goal without Brandon & Sam’s help. I really appreciate everything they did to help me get there!

I had been experiencing pain in my neck, shoulder blades, and upper back. My son suggested I come to Airrosti and visit Dr. Brandon Schiflett. This was the best decision! Brandon asked very thorough questions and also listened to my concerns. He was concise and clear in his explanation of the treatment he would be doing. In just two visits I found that I had full range of motion in my neck, with ability to turn my head and look over my shoulder with no pain. The pain in my upper back was gone and I was able to sleep at night. The CRS, Sam, gave me exercises to do to keep the muscles loose and pliable, demonstrating and having me go through each one to be certain I understood the proper way to use them. The two visits were all I needed to+ show more relieve this pain, and I am relieved to know that I can keep that pain away with the exercises and watching my posture when sitting at a computer, driving, etc. It has been my pleasure to refer my friends and family to the Airrosti team in Seattle.

I have had chronic back and knee pain for over 4 years. I had to modify my workouts due to the pain which was very frustrating for me. I had four visits for each issue and now I am back to my regular activities pain free. If I could go back and do it all over again I would have scheduled a visit 4 years ago. Brandon is very thorough in explaining everything that he will be working on during your visit. He makes sure that you understand why you are experiencing pain and how he is going to go about fixing it. If you are considering scheduling a visit, I promise you will end up thanking yourself!

My back pain and knee pain had been going on for years. In the last year I began to really believe that pain in my knees and back was just going to be a thing that I had to deal with for the rest of my life. Fear of throwing out my back, shooting pain across my lower back, my knee giving out was holding me back from exercise because I was just too afraid of causing myself additional pain. When I made the first appointment with Dr. Shiflett, I didn’t expect very much. I had tried so many things to address my pain in the past ranging from chiropractics, acupuncture, and physical therapy to guided aerobics and painkillers. It actually makes me emotional to think about how quickly the pain seemed to subside after my first visit with Dr. Shif+ show morelett. My range of emotions went something like this: “Oh my god, this doesn’t hurt like it has forever” to “How was it that easy to address the pain?” to “Why the heck didn’t I find them sooner” to “I have to tell everyone about this”. Obviously pain relief was my favorite part of my 5 short visits at Airrosti Downtown Seattle but my absolute close second favorite part was the empowerment Lester + Brandon gave me thru the lessons about how my body and muscles work and where my pain is truly coming from, to how I can work on these areas to improve my strength to reduce pain relapse. I love/hate that their ultimate goal is to keep me from relying on them but I feel so happy that I have confidence and the tools I need to enjoy a pain free life. Even if you’re not an athlete, and you work at a desk you should come here. You will be really amazed.

I have experienced chronic back pain throughout most of my adult years. In most cases, I would be able to live with the discomfort or would treat the flair ups through standard chiropractic visits in conjunction with medically prescribed muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory, and occasional pain medication. Recently, I experienced what I thought was a typical lower back or sciatic issue. However, in the span of over 2 1/2 months, the pain became unbearable. During this time I was seeing a chiropractor twice a week for over 4 weeks, with no discernible relief in the pain level. As the pain steadily progressed, and I could not walk, sit down, or lay in a prone position without excruciating spasms, I decided to my medical doctor. As expected, + show morethey placed me on the standard prescriptions, but also requested a series of x-rays to try and determine the underlying cause of my back pain. Unfortunately, the results were inconclusive. At this point, everything I did was impacted by my inability to move. Every step was followed by spasms that would have me in tears. I could not sleep through the night as any movement was greeted with a stabbing, burning pain. Just the act of getting out of bed became an enormous challenge. At no time in any of my past episodes with back pain had I experienced this much constant pain, even when on medication. After 2 1/2 months, I was at a loss as to what to do. After another visit with my physician, she suggested at least 6 weeks of physical therapy and if I was not able to attain relief by then, she would schedule an MRI. By some uncanny miracle, AIRROSTI, had a meet and great at my company’s health fair the following week. After reading the material, I decided to set up an initial consultation to see if the AIRROSTI program would help me. During the initial consultation with Dr. Shiflett, he was very concerned with the level of pain I had been living with. He asked that I give him at least 3 sessions, at which time, if I did not find any pain relief, he would request that an MRI be done. I must admit, I wasn’t expecting a miracle. But true to his word, by the third session, I experienced a marked decrease in my pain level. By the sixth session, I was back to my normal self with absolutely no pain. It has now been almost six glorious, pain-free weeks since my last session with Dr. Shiflett. I truly wish I had know of this therapy early on.

Nineteen years ago, at the age of 29, I was struck down by a car while crossing the street. The accident shattered my left leg, and although the doctors were able to piece it back together, my left leg remained about a half an inch shorter than the right. Due to this I have suffered from stiffness and pain in both knees, both hips and my throughout my back. After just four sessions with Dr. Shifflett, both the stiffness and pain are gone! Thank you Dr Shiflett for releasing me from my pain, and giving me my legs back! Truly amazing results!
