Our Providers identify the root cause of your muscle and joint pain while treating it directly at the source. They equip you with knowledge and tools to continue active care at home to further speed your recovery with little-to-no downtime. Your pain management plan is designed to attack your pain from all angles and get you back to doing what you love as quickly as possible.
During your Airrosti appointment, your Provider will conduct a thorough evaluation to understand the source of your pain. They will test for limited range of motion, loss of muscle strength, nerve tension, and joint mobility to identify and understand the source of your discomfort.
After discussing their findings and their recommended approach, your Airrosti Provider will begin hands-on soft tissue manual therapy (also known as Myofascial Release) to stimulate the healing process and deeply release adhesions/tightness throughout the problem areas. While intense, this release helps the body to begin to return to normal, pain-free movement.
This treatment, combined with the customized active rehab regimen prescribed to each patient, allows your body to strengthen, stabilize, and move while the pain decreases between each subsequent visit.

Additionally, our providers engage patients in their treatment plans through patient education; our patients are educated about their injuries, as well as all of their treatment risk and alternatives.
Yes, we treat children of all ages. Airrosti requires a parent or legal guardian to provide consent for minors at the initial visit and potentially subsequent visits.
There are significant differences in the treatments relative to depth, pressure, direction, and treatment planning. However, the biggest difference is our level of training and adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines and quality assurance. Unlike a Rolfing or ART certification, which requires no formal medical education, our providers are licensed doctors of chiropractic. This allows us to more accurately diagnose your condition and more quickly fully resolve the root source of your pain. Airrosti DC Providers are enrolled, but not participating, in Medicare. This means our DC Providers can see Medicare patients at our self-pay rates, and the Medicare ABN form must be completed at every visit. Based on the ABN selection by the patient, we can file claims to Medicare, but anticipate Medicare denying those claims based on Medicare Chiropractic Guidelines.
Yes, we have an in-house, interest-free payment plan where you are required to pay a minimum payment of $50 at the time of each visit. Your remaining balance will be billed to you at a minimum of $50 each month until the total is paid off, without exceeding 12 months.
