At Airrosti, our goal is to provide an exceptional patient experience from scheduling your first appointment to completing your treatment plan. When you are ready to schedule your appointment, our Patient Advocate Team will prepare you for your first visit so you know exactly what to expect. All scheduling is coordinated through our centralized scheduling center in San Antonio. Our team will help schedule you at the time, date, and location most convenient for you and your schedule.
Verifying Your Benefits and Determining Your Airrosti Cost
Airrosti is a covered benefit by most major carriers, and we are always working to establish new relationships with out-of-network carriers. Insurance coverage varies by location and your individual policy structure. Below is a list of carriers Airrosti is currently contracted with:
Aetna (Texas, Virginia, Washington and most Aetna Ohio healthplan members)
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Texas, Ohio and Washington only)
Cigna (Texas, Virginia, and Washington only)

Due to our unique carrier arrangements, Airrosti only accepts and bills primary insurance. However, our patients have access to their superbills through the Airrosti Patient Portal to independently file claims with any secondary carrier.
Airrosti is not enrolled in Medicare and therefore to remain compliant with Federal regulations, we cannot treat any beneficiary of Medicare.
As part of the initial scheduling process, our Patient Advocate Team will contact your insurance carrier (if applicable) and verify your specific coverage. We will notify you prior to your appointment to explain your benefits and our flexible payment options. Please note we may not be able to verify benefits in advance for appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Flexible Payment Options
If you do not have insurance, have a high deductible plan, or if Airrosti is not covered under your plan, we do offer a convenient self-pay option. Our self-pay rates vary by location. The cost of treatment includes an hour-long appointment with our provider. Each appointment consists of a detailed evaluation, manual therapy, and active rehab. At Airrosti, our average treatment plan is 3 visits and, in most cases, Airrosti care is the most affordable and efficient care option for resolving pain and injuries.
We accept checks and all major forms of credit cards, excluding American Express. HSA and Flex cards are accepted, providing the card has a credit card logo. We are unable to accept cash at any of our locations. We do offer convenient interest-free payment plans for those who need them, requiring an initial minimum payment at the time of each visit and monthly payments up to 12 months. When we call to verify your coverage and/or confirm your appointment, we will be happy to discuss our payment options in more detail and help make sure cost doesn’t keep you from getting the quality care you deserve.
No Risk Guarantee
Airrosti is proud to offer a no-risk guarantee for your first Airrosti visit. During the first part of your visit with an Airrosti provider, you will receive a thorough evaluation and injury diagnosis. Your provider will make sure you fully understand your condition and all your treatment options. If your provider determines Airrosti is not your best treatment option based on the nature of your injury, or if you decide Airrosti is not right for you for whatever reason, your visit up to that point will be free of charge and any money paid prior to your appointment will be refunded.
