Here at Airrosti we specialize in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal pain and discomfort quickly! The average treatment plan for an Airrosti patient is only 3 visits (based on patient-reported outcomes). Each visit will include a detailed evaluation to determine the root cause of your pain. The doctor will build a custom treatment plan with manual therapy provided by the doctor, as well as assigned stretches and exercises that are designed to promote and expedite your recovery.
Each visit includes ample time with a provider and a thorough evaluation to determine the root cause of your pain; Manual Therapy in which the doctor will use their hands and thumbs to smooth out any soft-tissue distortions; and custom-built Active Rehab stretches and exercises designed to help with your recovery from home.
Airrosti is in-network most major health insurance carriers, and a physician referral is typically not required. Once your registration is complete, and you have selected an appointment date/time (see confirmation?), we will verify your benefits and reach out to you with your estimated out-of-pocket amount prior to your treatment.

All scheduling is coordinated through our centralized scheduling center in San Antonio. Our team will help schedule you at the time, date, and location most convenient for you and your schedule.
Verifying Your Benefits and Determining Your Airrosti Cost
Airrosti is contracted with most major carriers, and we are always working to establish new relationships with out-of-network carriers. Insurance coverage varies by location and your individual policy structure.
Please call us at (800) 404-6050 to verify your specific coverage and your potential out-of-pocket costs. Our goal is to always provide your estimated cost per visit for in-clinic care or virtual, Remote Recovery appointments upfront.
You may also request an in-clinic or Remote Recovery tele-visit online, and we will verify your benefits coverage prior to your first appointment.
Please note we may not be able to verify benefits in advance for appointments scheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Additional Payment Details
Due to our unique carrier arrangements, Airrosti only accepts and bills primary insurance. However, our patients have access to their superbills through the Airrosti Patient Portal to independently file claims with any secondary carrier.
Airrosti DC Providers are enrolled, but not participating, in Medicare. This means our DC Providers can see Medicare patients at our self-pay rates, and the Medicare ABN form must be completed at every visit.
Flexible Payment Options
If you do not have insurance, have a high deductible plan, or if Airrosti is not covered under your plan, we do offer a convenient self-pay option. Our self-pay rates vary by location. The cost of treatment includes an hour-long appointment with our provider. Each appointment consists of a detailed evaluation, manual therapy, and active rehab. At Airrosti, our average treatment plan is 3 visits and, in most cases, Airrosti care is the most affordable and efficient care option for resolving pain and injuries.
We accept all major forms of credit cards. HSA and Flex cards are accepted, providing the card has a credit card logo. We are unable to accept cash at any of our locations. We do offer convenient interest-free payment plans for those who need them, requiring an initial minimum payment at the time of each visit and monthly payments up to 12 months. When we call to verify your coverage and/or confirm your appointment, we will be happy to discuss our payment options in more detail and help make sure cost doesn’t keep you from getting the quality care you deserve.
