It has been five years since having surgery, and since then, I have worked on keeping my core and all pelvis areas strong. I recently advanced my regimen, and I was having some glute area discomfort. I scheduled with Dr. Andy Pichardo, and he pinpointed my weakness and muscle imbalances on my first assessment. I went for a total of three visits, and with each visit, I saw results. Dr. Pichardo got me moving, feeling stronger, and able to work on my advanced regimen with no pain. I am always amazed at how our bodies can make up when other areas are not doing their job.
