I came to Airrosti Dripping Springs with a painful left foot caused by tight muscles running from my hip flexor down to my plantar fascia. The treatment was what I’d call blissful pain — not exactly enjoyable in the moment, but incredibly effective. Once the fascia released, I could feel the difference immediately. Dr. Martin and Mandy provided personalized strengthening and stretching exercises, along with clear icing instructions to support recovery at home. I was discharged once my pain was completely gone, and I’m feeling great as I continue my half marathon training and regular workouts. It’s reassuring to know that if any pain returns, I have a trusted team at Airrosti ready to help me heal again. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Martin and Mandy. I would go first thing in the morning to start my day- they were always on time, they always explained exactly what they were doing and why, and let me ask questions along the way. I loved the app and all of the recommended exercises and how you can go through them and check them off everyday. Dr. Martin would check in with me, and my symptoms continue to remain gone, and I continue to do my exercises. I absolutely love physical therapy, and Dr. Martin and Mandy are experts. Plus, they made it fun!
