After injuring my back in CrossFit, I could hardly walk or stand up straight. I saw my general practitioner and was only given pain medication. I was in constant pain. After just one visit with Dr. Cheema, I noticed a huge difference in my mobility. With every visit, I continued to improve. I rarely experience back pain and when I do, I use the tools that Dr. Cheema taught me to self heal. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Cheema. She’s professional, fun, and great at what she does!

When I first came to Dr. Cheema I could never dream of being pain free. I thought I had to either have surgery or learn to live with the pain as pills are not an option. She showed me that being pain free takes a personal effort and commitment. As I started to see that participation in my healing was attainable the light at the end of the tunnel became much brighter. I no longer limp and have a greater degree of freedom to do the things I never thought I could not do anymore. Dr. Cheema’s knowledge and encouragement sparked a new sense of passion for life. I had gone to physical therapy for 3 years with no results but after just 4 visits I have resumed an optimal level of life! Thank you Dr. Cheema and Airrosti!

Came in for some nagging shoulder pain I was unable to fix myself. Dr Cheema was extremely attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She developed a treatment plan that day and my visits back were extremely few. I followed her advice and saw results immediately. She took very good care of me. I’ll go back if (when) I get injured again.
