I had been dealing with a persistent hip issue for a long time, but I kept ignoring it and would constantly aggravate it during my long runs. Dr. Jamison and Hafsa took the time to evaluate the problem and created a routine that not only helped relieve my pain but also improved my recovery after running. While working through my hip issues, I also developed a chest injury. My PCP initially advised me to rest, but after a couple of months with little to no improvement, I mentioned it to Dr. Jamison. He recommended gradually strengthening and engaging the affected muscles, and I started noticing improvements almost immediately. What had felt like a chronic issue slowly began to resolve itself. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and expertis... + show more

I had never been to a PT before coming to see Dr. Jamison. I had been struggling with overuse injuries while training for half and full marathons. Dr. Jamison was extremely knowledgeable as he is a runner and fitness enthusiast himself. Airrosti Red River has been thorough and I couldn't recommend them more. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Ryan Jamison and his assistant Hafsa have been incredible to me. They have helped me overcome a long going issue with my back, all while being incredibly friendly and professional.

Dr. Jamison definitely fixes pain fast! There's always an immediate lessening of the pain and each time is better and better. The combination of his work and therapy is most effective. I've been going to bodywork/chiropractors since my teens (now 42) and he's the best of all the ones I've been to. I love how passionate he is about his work and takes the time to explain everything, discuss how my movements created the issue and then we talk about how I can change my lifestyle and avoid the injury again in the future. He's worked on 3 different issues now and none of them have recurred!

This was not my first visit to see Dr. Jamison. But whenever I have a significant pain, I always know who to call. This time it was my lower back. Hurt to sit, bend down, lift up. Nearly everything. His targeted deep tissue work and prescribed exercises got me back to my active summer. He and his team have helped me through hip pain, knee pain, and now back pain. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is amazing. I hike, swim, climb, and mountain bike. And he keeps me active and feeling great!

I walked into Dr. Jamison's office on July 7th limping on the right leg. I was in excruciating pain since the 4th of July. In fact, the pain was so bad, I had not had a decent night sleep since July 4th. Dr Jamison listened to my compliant, asked a few questions, then he asked me to lay on the table. He touched a certain spot on my back. Immediately, I knew it was the source of my pain. After a thorough examination, Dr Jamison gave me instructions. I had to talk to Hofsa for exercise instructions, over a period of 4 visits, the pain was gone. I mean completely gone. I was so......excited. I was back to my old marvelous self again. I truly love the Airrosti team. Thanks for your wonderful service.

Dr. Jamison and Leah were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. We quickly diagnosed the issue, laid out a plan, and made progress.

Ryan and Leah fixed my arm! I’d been living with a shoulder injury for months. 5 weeks later I am as good as new. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have had right hip/glute pain for probably 18 months. After the first visit with Dr. Jamison I already had some physical relief, but also I got mental relief as he explained why I was having the issue, and how to improve it. I'm well on my way to being pain-free now.

After injections didn’t work, I went Airrosti to see Dr Ryan Jamison and Leah. After three visits with Dr Jamison's treatment and Leah’s exercise regimen, I have less pain and am able to continue at home with their guidance. I recommend them to anyone with lower back pain.

I'd been struggling a lot with lower back pain, without a very clear understanding of what was wrong. Dr. Jamison showed a lot of understanding of both the issue I was dealing with, and what I needed to feel comfortable in my recovery. He and Leah used their expertise to come up with a plan that has left me feeling better than I have in years! Many thanks to the both of them.

I wrecked my shoulder swimming despite being reasonably fit for 75 years. Dr. Jamison and Leah worked out the muscle spasms and started me on a eccentric program with elastic bands with progressive increases in resistance. After 2 months, which is fast for an old shoulder, I am back in the gym.

I saw Dr. Jamison for left anterior ankle impingement. My left ankle would flare up after certain physical activity and I would be unable to walk on it for a few days until it would calm down. It happened once a month for 5 months and created fear that I couldn’t participate in sports and other exercises without creating a flare up. After seeing Dr. Jamison a handful of times, I have not had a flare up (going on 8 months no issues). He helped me right before my big Europe trip to hike the Dolomites last July. Thanks to him I was able to do everything I’d hoped to do on the trip pain free! I’m so grateful for him and Leah and all the time they took to educate me and build a treatment plan. I highly recommend them!

I had been dealing with tarsal tunnel for over a year before I met Dr. Jamison and Leah. They helped me work through stiffness, avoid surgery, and get moving again!

I began treatment at Airrosti for a hamstring injury after it being recommended by a friend, and had such a positive experience that I have returned for several injuries since. Dr. Jamison really listens to you and works hands-on to achieve healing. Leah explains the theory behind the exercises and makes sure patients are using correct form to have the utmost success. Both Dr. Jamison and Leah are extremely helpful and pleasant, professional and it is obvious that they really care about their patients' progress. I am a vet tech and a dancer, so this care has been essential to maintaining my very physical lifestyle. I can't recommend this team enough for all types of injuries!

The team of Ryan and Leah quite literally gave me my mobility back...twice. Transparently, I was new to the Airrosti approach but now I am a HUGE advocate for them! I came in first after months of very intense shoulder pain and again, for a severe lower back issue. My shoulder got to a point where I could not move it without significant pain (pain that brought me to tears) and my lower back had me bed ridden for a few days. Ryan and Leah 1000% brought me back to full health. They are extremely thoughtful, caring and just genuinely good humans and I simply would not be where I am without them. They are very knowledgeable and I still incorporate many of the movements in my stretching to avoid injury. I am an extremely active person so having ... + show more

After a deliberating shoulder injury in 2021, tried every means of recovery possible. After many visits to providers and therapist and even alternative medicine practices, daily pain and inability to perform became the norm. As a very active person, this was so difficult and not something I wanted to accept for myself. I’m so glad that I found Airrosti and specifically Dr. Jamison and Leah. They are a fantastic pair that truly care about their patients well being and recovery. They both took so much time to work with me, identify the real issue (that multiple other providers said wasn’t the root cause) and teach me how to recovery properly. Within two treatments, I had more mobility and less pain in my shoulder than I had in years. I ha... + show more

Dr. Jamison was incredibly personable and showed a great amount of care during my visits with him. Leah also showed me some really helpful PT exercises to help me reduce the pain I had in my left index finger. Even after months of not seeing him, he would text me from time to time asking how my recovery was going—it really made me feel cared for.

I've been to Airrosti twice for muscular skeletal issues. I injured a rib moving a mattress and then injured another rib just by shrugging the wrong way. It turns out both of my issues were rooted in the way I was sitting and working. My posture and core strength were terrible. Dr. Jamison and Leah, the massage and stretch experts at Airrosti Red River in Austin, took great care to make sure I had the tools and information I needed to strengthen my core and stand properly. I have not been bothered by either injury at all ever since my visits, and I've kept up my core strength and exercises. My gym uses the same stretches Airrosti teaches for our warm ups and cool downs. It did take a little bit longer for the rib my upper back to heal but t... + show more

I had lower back pain from a weight lifting incident that’d been bothering me for 6 months. After 3 weeks at Airrosti I felt better. I had been going to the chiropractor for months and it did nothing. All I had to do was see Dr Jamison, which he built a stretching plan for me. I now stretch every day, am back to lifting, and my back feels great. Wish I had gone a lot sooner.

I came into Airrosti feeling very confused and frustrated about recent lower back tightness that had gone from a mild inconvenience to significant pain that was affecting all aspects of my daily life. I was confused as to why my active lifestyle was not preventing these issues and previous visits to a physical therapist yielded only vague answers such as "most back pain is not understood and not easily treatable, you are better off just trying to stay active and waiting for it to go away on its own." This was not the case when I came into Airrosti and met my care team, Dr. Jamison and Leah, they explained that the likely cause of my issue the many years of prolonged time spent in a sitting position at work and even at home. They demonstrate... + show more

For years, I had chronic back pain. Terrible, cannot breathe pain that would last for a week or more. Dr. Jamison (and the other two doctors I saw), along with their therapists, showed me WHAT was causing the problem, and how to fix it with regular stretches at home. LIFE changing.

by Lauren Lichterman

I've never not left an Airrosti treatment feeling better. Even if it takes a few treatments, there's improvement each time. Grateful for Dr. Jamison and the amazing Airrosti team!

I went to see Dr. Jamison for a wrist injury that’s proved to be kind of tricky. He definitely helped in the early days with reducing the inflammation and increasing mobility. I worked with both him and Leah on the PT portion and they were both very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I’ve continued doing their recommended exercises any time my wrist pain flares up and that always gets me back on track.
