I have waited two months since being discharged to post this review. I wanted to be able to report that the improvement has been maintained. IT HAS!!! I had had increasingly debilitating back, leg and hip pain for months. It was getting to be painful to even brush my teeth or roll over to get out of bed. The pain was intermittent, but frequent, and intense (#4-8 on the pain scale). The spikes of pain often caught me by surprise, causing me to literally cry out. My husband was not excited to be awakened this way in the middle of the night! I was retreating “into myself” to deal with the low level constant pain. I was tense and hesitant to move most of the time. I took a three-pronged approach to try to deal with it. Medical doctor fou+ show morend hip bursitis and injected steroids. Chiropractor adjusted me. Both helped a little but did not resolve the issue. AIRROSTI has ultimately returned me to a pain-free active life!! I went to the training center here in San Antonio over the course of 5 months. I did 14 visits and I did the exercises diligently. All but one of the visits brought a little more relief. I was getting so much better, but there was some lingering pain that would keep spiking up. I kept thinking Dr. Arnold would tell me to stop coming, that they had reached the end of what they could do for me. I figured I would need surgery. We did move toward that option, and I had an MRI. It showed three issues: a displaced vertebrae, some arthritis and a slightly bulging disc. But once he had that precise information, Dr Arnold was able to prescribe one more exercise that was the clincher! I *think* it actually helped the disc to relocate back to a more normal location. What I know for sure is that after I added those to the routine the last vestiges of pain were gone!!! I AM PAIN FREE!! I’m sure I still have a kink in my spinal cord and arthritic vertebrae. Maybe I still have bulging disc. But I do NOT have pain! THANK YOU, Dr. Arnold, and the MANY trainees who treated me during those months!!! I will forever be bragging about you all!! To maintain my progress, I am in aquacise classes which use all the muscles groups that AIRROSTI targeted. (Plus more!) PS. The neurosurgeon my MD referred me to after the MRI said that, though my back looks bad, the fact that I can live my life pain free means I DO NOT NEED SURGERY! To celebrate my renewed life, I learned to paddle-board on my 70th birthday.
