McKinley Rich is a strategic people leader with a wide range of business experience. As a data-driven professional who has a passion for employee engagement, she brings a unique lens to our Human Resources department. 

McKinley graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and subsequently earned her Master’s in Teaching the following year. 

After spending 3 years in the classroom teaching high school mathematics, McKinley moved into the corporate sector and has worked in multiple industries – including both B2C and B2B businesses. 

With a background in human resources, operations management, and business development, McKinley is excited to make a significant positive impact on the HR department and Airrosti as a whole. 

When McKinley is not at work, she enjoys shuttling her 3 sons to all of their sporting activities and traveling as a family. You will probably find her skiing in the Utah mountains during the winter or on horseback in Montana in the summer.
