Mobility Monday: Glutes and Hips

Sitting all day, as many people with desk jobs do, tightens and shortens the hip flexors. This tightness can lead to hip, knee, and back pain. Incorporating hip and glute mobility and stability exercises into your daily routine can help eliminate these aches and pains.

In this week’s Mobility Monday video, Dr. Jerry Naum, demonstrates two stretches and one stability exercise that help stretch the hip flexor and strengthen the glute muscles.
